It's quickly creepin' up on us. In just two weeks, a Season Four champion of ABDC will be crowned! Man, seems like just yesterday Season One's JabbaWockeeZ were blowin' us away with their awesome isolations. Still, the Jabbas had three other tough crews to top at this point in the competition, and that got us thinking ...

The current remaining crews are extremely different from one another, showing us the full spectrum of dance moves and making the competition that much more tough to judge. But are they the most talented final four from all seasons? Take the poll and tell us: Which group of dancers brought the game to its highest level?

Season 1 Final Four Crews
JabbaWockeez, Status Quo, Kaba Modern, BreakSk8

Season 2 Final Four Crews
Super Cr3w, SoReal Cru, Fanny Pak, Boogie Bots

Season 3 Final Four Crews
Quest Crew, Beat Freaks, Fly Khicks, Strikers All-Stars

Season 4 Final Four Crews
AfroBorike, Massive Monkees, Rhythm City, We Are Heroes

Remember all those jaw-dropping, "Holy Sh**!" routines we'd see each week on Seasons 1-3 of ABDC? Well, we hate to say it, but we're pretty anxious to feel some of that heat from before. It's not like there aren't a ton of talented dance crews on Season 4 -- but each of them certainly do appear to be competing on a more even playing field. Right?

We've watched a bunch of fun, energetic performances in the past few weeks, but when will it come time for us to shake our heads in disbelief and shout, "How'd they even think of that?" Question to the fans: Has the bar been set too high by superstar crews of the past, such as JabbaWockeeZ, Kaba Modern, Super Cr3w, Fanny Pak and Quest Crew? Sound off in the comments! (And if you think we're smokin' something stupid, be sure and let us know which crew's about to blow us all away!)

In anticipation of MTV's Aug. 2 ABDC special -- Top 10 Performances of All Time -- we here in dot-com-land spent the past week fishing through old episodes of Season 1 through 3 ... And we gots to say (a la Lil Mama style), this show really knows how to bring it! So many twists and turns (literally), you never quite know for sure what'll be the outcome of the final competition -- and in appreciation of that fact, we've put together our own countdown of 'Top 5 Game-Changing Moments.' From Super Cr3w's stunt-heavy Ninja performance to the JabbaWockeeZ' illuminating Michael Jackson Challenge, watching parts of these routines has us completely pumped for the Aug. 9 season premiere of America's Best Dance Crew. (We're betting you're also pretty psyched.)

Check out the our Top 5 video below and sound off about whether you agree with our picks!

BONUS: Check back next Friday for another one of our video countdowns: 'Top 5 Moments Of Lil Mama ... Being Lil Mama.'

JabbaWockeeZ. Super Cr3w. Quest Crew. In three seasons of America's Best Dance Crew, we've seen three West Coast crews stomp the competition and take home the title. But with Season Four auditions underway (and a buncha talented East Coast crews coming atcha!), the time has come for an all-out turf war.

So is the West Coast still the best coast? Watch as the West fights to defend their title while Randy Jackson challenges crews across the country to represent for their regions. And don't forget about ABDC's new night/time! The battle begins on Sunday, August 9th at 9pm. Time to place your bets.

With only three crews left in the game, ABDC's challenges are about to get a lot harder -- if you can believe it! In fact, next week each crew will have to perform in two different challenges. One of them, the Hip-Hop "Decathlon", will test the remaining crews' raw skill level, as they'll have to incorporate five different dance styles into one routine. And who better to demonstrate these fives styles than ABDC's own graduates? Behold, the professors of dance:

HOUSING - Taeko (Fysh n Chicks)
TUTTING - Mike (Kaba Modern)
THREADING - Ronnie B. (Super Cr3w)
WAVING -KB aka Kevin (JabbaWockeeZ)
KRUMPING - Frost (Supreme Soul)

I hate being so redundant, but last night's taping of ABDC smashed all previous ones this season ... and then some. From the killer opening dance number to the record-breaking dance moves to the shocking heartbreak of one crew's elimination, Thursday night's show's gonna hit you from all angles. Here's what you can look forward to seeing:

- Michael Clark Duncan (The Green Mile), Justin Chon (Twilight) and Super Cr3w were in the joint
- One crew's performance called upon the entire audience to dance along!
- A crew member got 'lost' in his routine when it mattered most
- Guinness may have a new record for longest head spin ever performed ... while putting on sunglasses!
- And by far the best highlight of the evening was when 7-year old Bboy phenom, Jalen Testerman (pictured below), put on a breakin' clinic for the audience during a commercial break. Video shall cometh on Friday, I promise.

Last week, we told you how Do-Knock (Super Cr3w) and Phi (JabbaWockeeZ) took to the ABDC stage for a dance off during one of the show's commercial breaks. A lot of you asked (uh, pretty loudly) to see some video of the action, so here y'all go. Now stop yelling at us!

P.S. Who knew Phi could kick it ballet style?

Last year, Super Cr3w found themselves in the bottom two of ABDC (three different times!) and still managed to snag the win by season's end. This year, Team Millennia are hoping they can do the same ... without having to pull rabbits out of their hats. "We're not going to do a bunch of tricks to stay around -- we're more about choreography, so hopefully that doesn't hurt us," TM told me after they beat out Boxcuttuhz and scored another chance to wow the judges.

You tell us: Think Team Millennia's got a shot at the top or are they headed straight back to the bottom rung next week?

It's no secret that Shane, Lil Mama and JC have the best seats in the house. And if you think they've got a great view of the on-air action, you should see what goes down on the ABDC set during the commercial breaks. Like this week's no-holds-barred dance battle between Do-Knock (Super Cr3w) and Phi Nguyen (JabbaWockeeZ).

Yep, when the cameras stop rolling, that's when the real dance-offs begin. And with both champion crews in attendance for tonight's show, the weekly audience dance competition (which takes place in between commercial breaks) was hotter than ever. The objective? To get the crowd so revved up that they're dancing in (and out!) of their seats.

'Course, the audience might've struggled just a bit when Do-Knock decided to do approximately 8 air flares in a row ...

+ Can't get the picture? Check back later this weekend, and you just might get to see video footage of the SuperWockeeZ in action!

What do you get when you add Super Cr3w + JabbaWockeeZ? You guessed it: SuperWockeeZ! Get all the "dope"/"hype" deets on the latest ABDC tour from SC's main man, Murda. PLUS, find out which Season 3 crews the former champs are pulling for tonight!
