We thought nothing could shock us more than Tara and Jen Rade's smackdown (or Gary and Tara's public reconciliation) -- but that was before we sneak-previewed these steamy scenes from Saturday's Styl'D. Turns out, five junior assistants + one game of Spin The Bottle = THE most surprising (and saliva-filled!) moment of the season! Watch as Cody and Janna's playful peck turns into a total PDA and tell us whether you think this inter-office love story will have a happy ending!

Now that we're more than halfway through the Styl'D season, we thought we'd take a mo and find out which junior assistants you're rooting for at home. But first: we're going down the list and telling you what WE like best about all the JAs! Starting with...:

Gary: We love his self-assured cockiness, his high-pitched giggle and his affinity for tight, muscle tanks. And the boy can sing!

Tara: We love her hilarious asides, her evil death glares and her cherry red lipstick. Most of all, we LOVE how she actually threw a drink in Gary's face. At his own frickin' party! (Seriously, who DOES that?!)

Brett: We love his inappropriate humor, his crazy/messy apartment, his red, rocker pants and his (multiple!) vehicular mishaps.

Cody: We love his big, puppy dog eyes, his unparalleled internet research skills and his adorably awkward crush on Julie.

Janna: We love that she showed up five hours late to work -- due to complications stemming from a BAR BRAWL -- and STILL finished ahead of Tara. (Related side note: Jen Rade, you're our hero!)

Fashion isn't just about wearing flashy labels or keeping up with the latest trends. Every great designer (and celebrity stylist) dreams of using their clothes to make a statement. And the cast of Styl'D just made a pretty strong one by teaming up with the graphic designers at Truth. Watch as Gary, Tara and Brett help highlight the dangers of smoking -- and pull back the curtain on Big Tobacco -- with their custom t-shirt creations, then tell us whose design you think packed the most powerful punch.

If you like Brenda Song, backstabbing and accidental falls into swimming pools, you're not gonna wanna miss this week's Styl'D. Not only does the episode have Gary and Tara working the same job (get ready to see some on-the-job fireworks!) but it features TWO junior assistants (one desperate, one coordinationally-challenged) trying to keep their heads above water. Watch as Tara proves how far she's willing to go to save her job -- and beat Gary out in the rankings -- while Janna dives right in to her next big assignment. And don't forget to catch Styl'D on its brand new night/time: Saturdays, at 10pm!

Even if you don't have a secret soft spot for Tara, you've got to admit: right now, it kinda sucks to be her. Not only is she getting the silent treatment from Gary AND Cody, but she finished out the week dead last ... after getting thrown under the bus (and run over repeatedly!) by Julie Weiss.

True, Tara showed up late to MMA's biggest event of the year (and crossed a SERIOUS line by reporting Julie and Cody for 'bad behavior'!), but if we're judging her based solely on performance? Girl should've beat out Janna (the absentee Bar Brawla) by a mile!

+ Think our girl Tara can still bounce back (a la Brett) and prove she's MMA material? Or is she one screw-up away from gettin' the sack? Let us know whether T deserved that fifth place finish, then tell us whether you think she's a victim -- or a bully!

Although we've got love for all our Styl'D boys and girls, we've been pulling for Team Tara ever since Week One, when she referred to Brett as the "illegitimate white child" of DJ Jazzy Jeff in her introductory RC blog. (Um, AMAZING.) Unfortunately, there are those out there (partick at MMA) who aren't quite as enamored with the sharp-tongued stylista.

Fact: Tara's had her moments of greatness (like pulling the Colbie Caillat-endorsed Advil dress!), but she's also dropped the ball a time or two, i.e. by cold-shouldering Cody, keeping quiet on set and, uh, helping Julie Weiss clean house. And now that she's declared open war on Gary and Cody (by throwing drinks and bringing Jen/Julie into the mix), we're starting to wonder whether she's finally created a problem she can't talk her way out of.

Take a look back at the three-way fight that started it all, then watch as Julie warns Tara that her job may be in jeopardy -- on tomorrow's all-new Styl'D.

Since you last saw Styl'D's Gary, he's picked up an English (or is it Australian?) accent and decided to quit his day job to become a Broadway has-been who now sings holiday jingles. Watch the video clip below for a dose of really awesome entertainment from Lauren Conrad's favorite stylista, plus hear his sassy reactions to all the drama that went down during tonight's episode!

Throughout this season of Styl'D, the junior assistants are blogging about their reactions to each show. Below, check out what Tara wrote after watching Episode 4.

My purpose of telling Jen Rade about the 'situation' between Cody and Julie Weiss was not to make waves. I wanted to make sure that he wasn’t getting any unfair advantage over the rest of us. I approached Jen because she is our mentor in the program -- I didn’t think that any concern I voiced to her would be blown up into a huge ordeal. She squashed any doubts I had, and I thought everything was over and done with ... Boy, was I in for a treat.

Throughout this season of Styl'D, the junior assistants will be watching each episode and blogging about their reactions. Below, check out what Gary wrote after seeing Episode 3.

Tyler Hilton. He is so talented, and I loved working with him. His entire family was there for his performance, and I have to say, they were a delight!

I don’t really know how I feel about my job on this week's episode. Is it just me, or did Julie seem over it? I thought I did great last week with Josh Henderson, but something changed with her, and it was totally bumming me out. She was treating me like a first day assistant! From the coffee runs to the critiquing, I felt that these senior stylists were not seeing my potential. I didn’t really know what to do, and I was getting discouraged.

I did like working with Cody though. He is smart, organized and we have a great time together. Spending time with him is like chillin’ with my brother … effortless and fun. One thing I like about Cody is that he does his research, and he knows his clients. This is key in the biz.

Can you believe Brett really crashed into a car? Holy guacamole, the poor guy! I swear, if it is not one thing with him, it is another. I actually had no idea that happened. I feel like there was a curse following him around.

So what did I learn on Episode 3, you ask? I learned that patience is a virtue. And it is something that I have to work on every day.

Love you - mean it!
