Last Thursday, during Quest Crew's arguably most original performance of the season, we got to see Ryan Conferido dance his heart out, PLUS hear him rip it up on the piano. Who knew?

Now we've uncovered yet another hidden talent amongst the guys. Check out the video to see who's most likely to have a Bob Ross shrine in their bedroom!

Quest Crew came out of the gates swinging last night, ending their routine with a 'Shablam!' And while the judges seemed to really dig the hard landing, Ryan Conferido's knee didn't seem to have the same opinion.

Maybe you didn't catch it, but when the crews finished off the night dancing in the round (per the usual), Ryan had a huge bandage packed with ice wrapped around his injured joint. (See 'zombie' pic below.)

Well, fear not, Questaholics! The knee is recovering well and Ryan's back to shablamin' it up at rehearsals.

Ryan C. (Quest Crew) is very fussy about his 'do -- so amazingly enough, he cuts it himself. In fact, dude does such a good job, he takes care of the entire crew! "When they know what they want it's fine, but it's better when they have no idea and let me do whatever," he told me as Feng modeled an example of Ryan's creation. Hok, who has about seven different styles on his head, is the only crew member Ryan doesn't touch. Guess he's fussy, too.

Surprisingly, there isn't one mullet in the group -- and that, my friends, is a real shame.
