It seems like only yesterday that Evanschemed his way into a $100,000 payday on The Duel 2. And now he's back to defend his title on The Ruins -- along with 13 other winners (and a buncha losers!) you may remember from Challenges past.
So who else is signed on for the ultimate RW/RR grudge match? That'd be everyone from old-school vets (like Syrus, Veronica and Tonya) to newbies (like Brianna and Chet) to all-time fan faves (like Brad, Derrick and Kenny).
On this week's Duel 2 Reunion, Dunbar struck out with all THREE of his ladies -- that'd be Paula, Kim and Aneesa(!) -- then put the boys on blast for not welcoming into their little bromance. The only problem? Mark actually kinda liked the guy! At least, he did ... right up until Dunbar started whining (about how sucky everyone was in New Zealand and stuff). Fortch, Evan's here to break it down and explain why Dunbar's the King Of Bad Decisions. The two-line summary? If you're gonna cheat on your girlfriend, don't do it on tv. Fool!
Paula Walnuts' potty-mouthed tirades on this season's Duel Dish have taught us that you never, ever wanna get on her bad side. And even though Evan's known her forevs, he managed to do just that when he sacrificed Paula (his supposed best bud on The Duel 2) in order to appease the alliance gods.
+ Think grudgy old Paula will stay mad at Evan forever? Or will she (eventually) give him an opp to earn back her trust? Sound off, and tell us whether you think the former friendzies are "rebuilding" -- or on permanent not-speaking terms.
After last week's reunion taping, we still had a few of our own nagging, unresolved issues with some of The Duel 2 cast members ... so we rounded 'em up and whisked them off to a very Brady room, where we poked and prodded. And danced to '70s music.
Our first order of business was with Landon. We knew he came onto the Challenge already committed to a girl back home, but we really needed to hear whether he'd considered a little harmless adultery with his hot, leggy partner, Brittini. We coulda sworn we saw sparks!
Well, our hunch proved correct. According to Lando, the opportunity for some hookage arose (tee hee, we're 12) at many points, but the strong-willed teammates decided to stick to a plan of staying professional (and sexually frustrated) so they could win the 100k. Fail.
As you saw from The S@#! They Should've Shown, some of the best Duel 2 footage never even made it onto the air. And we're thinking this vid -- of the Duelers playing "F***, Marry or Kill" -- definitely qualifies as too hot for tv. Find out who's at the top of everyone's "People To Kill" list (hint, his name rhymes with Funbar!) and hear who Diem, Jenn, Landon, Evan and Rachel want to bed, wed and leave for dead -- although not necessarily in that order.
Warning: The following video contains excessive use of the F-word. Sensitive Sallies (and folks under 18) are strongly advised to cover their ears.
Jenn didn't exactly hold back her feelings about Aneesa on the show. But behind closed doors, she's got an even stronger message for her old pal 'Neezy. Hear Jenn get out her "secret" aggression, watch Evan rip Nehemiah a new one and find out who MJ thinks was even faker than Shauvon's you-know-what's ...
+ Want more Duel 2 dirt? Get a Brad and Tori relationship update(plus find out how Evan blew his $100G's!) on the RW/RR reunion special, tomorrow night at 10pm.
The Duel 2 might be over and done with (Recap: Evan won, Aneesa swore off smoking and Landon totally got screwed), but the Dailies still live on! At least, 'til the Duel 2 Reunion show airs this Wednesday, at 10pm. And in today's late breaking installment, Evan's hijackin' the camera and asking all the RW/RR casties to tell us what REALLY turns them on -- besides the thought of leaving with 100 G's. And some of their answers (particularly Derrick's) just might surprise you. Or else just really, really, really creep you out ...
One-hundred thousand dolla bills can go a long way -- even after making a major purchase like a new car. Or boobs!
Hey now, don't go assuming anything just yet ... the implants are for Rachel's funnyman friend! (Did we trick you? Did we trick you?) In fact, according to The Duel 2 alum in the video below, most of Rachel's prize money will be put towards enhancing other people's bodies. (It's not like she needs any alterations!) See just what we mean:
After the jump, find out what Evan will most likely do with his reward money! Read more...
Once a man-child loved by many, Evan came pretty close to losing all of his sandbox companions during The Duel 2. But just like John Travolta before him (Pulp Fiction wasquite the comeback after Michael!), dude dusted himself off, danced around like a peacock (with a random bike slung over its shoulder) and won back his fame and fortune in record-breaking time. All the people were cheering and wondering how they could have ever doubted such awesomeness. Check it out:
Before tonight's show, we asked you to vote for your favorite Duel 2 boys and girls. And you might be interested to know that the men's Duel champion didn't even make it into your top three! 'Course, liking someone and thinking they deserve the "W" are two different things entirely. Which is why we wanna know: did the best guy (and girl) win? Take the poll, and tell us how you really feel!
