It's been quite a "Season of the Superstars" at "America's Best Dance Crew," and the moment we've all been waiting for is here at last! The Season 6 finale airs tonight at 7:30/6:30c and promises to be unforgettable with all five previous champions (Jabbawockeez, Quest Crew, Super Cr3w, Poreotix, We Are Heroes) returning for special performances, and the Top 2 crews battling one last time on stage. The energy on the "ABDC" set is gonna be unlike anything you've ever seen before!
At the show's taping, ABDC Insider host Layla Kayleigh caught up with all the major hitters just before the action went down, including Executive Producer Randy Jackson, judges JC Chasez, Lil Mama and D-Trix, remaining competitors IaMmE and Iconic Boyz, and the now-legendary Wockeez. Find out from them why you MUST tune in tonight for this star-studded finale:

We're no Randy Jackson, but we're guessing that if you wanna make it in tha biz, you need a whole lotta charisma and talent. We've all heard Sahar harmonize inside the "Real World: New Orleans" shower, but the girl is definitely off-key in the confidence department. On tonight's episode, she made huge strides by mustering up the courage to grab the mic and do her thing in front of a room of strangers. Even though she messed up and forgot a few words (OK, more like lines), she was resolute on that stage and that's all that really matters ... right?
+ You've heard Sahar sing, so does she have a shot at becoming a successful artist? Or is she just too darn shy? Take the poll and share your opinion!

The finale fun will continue long after Thursday night's winning crew announcement. Just head to MTV's "Dance Crew" site right after the episode ends to catch the "ABDC Live Post Show," hosted by Quest Crew's Hok and myself, ABDC Insider. We'll be talking with the newly crowned Season 5 champs, Randy Jackson, the judges and many more!

You might've caught a glimpse of some of the crew logos in our Dance Crew video blogs from this week, but during last night's show, Mr. Randy Jackson made them official by revealing all nine banners. Which flag do you think best represents the crew it stands for? Take our poll, and don't be scared to tell us in the comments if you think any of them are lame. (We know you guys don't like to hold back!)

The studio audience got a special treat at last night's regional finals when Randy Jackson came onto the stage to kick off the fifth season of his iconic dance show -- AND to introduce the newest member of the ABDC family, Omarion!
Mr. Jackson rattled off the young pop star's resume before telling the crowd how pretty Lil Mama was looking. He then moved his attention to JC Chasez, commenting on how he looked equally pretty ... Hilarious! Obviously, everyone got a laugh, including the ex-*NSYNCer.

'Bout time some ladies took the crown, eh? We got to speak with the winning crew after tonight's live finale, and their mood was nothing short of ecstatic. Check out We Are Heroes' response to beating AfroBorike -- and seven other talented crews -- for the coveted title of 'America's Best Dance Crew'!
As everyone knows, only one crew can win the competition -- and it just wasn't AfroBorike's moment. Hear their bittersweet goodbye and watch as Randy Jackson himself gives these talented dancers a proper send off.

In the great words of ABDC creator and Journey alumni, Randy Jackson, "It's on and poppin'!"
All nine crews landed in Los Angeles yesterday and have begun the necessary steps (like meeting with MTV execs in person; see above) to hit the Season 4 stage on Aug. 9.
So what's the first thing we found out these guys have in common (besides dance, of course)? They all happen to be huge Fanny Pak fans! Each of them was asked to name their favorite crew from seasons past, and nine out of nine said the eclectic 80s troupe from Season 2. What?? No love for SassX7?

JabbaWockeeZ. Super Cr3w. Quest Crew. In three seasons of America's Best Dance Crew, we've seen three West Coast crews stomp the competition and take home the title. But with Season Four auditions underway (and a buncha talented East Coast crews coming atcha!), the time has come for an all-out turf war.
So is the West Coast still the best coast? Watch as the West fights to defend their title while Randy Jackson challenges crews across the country to represent for their regions. And don't forget about ABDC's new night/time! The battle begins on Sunday, August 9th at 9pm. Time to place your bets.

The polls are on fire today as viewers place their votes for 'Americas Best Dance Crew.' Both the Beat Freaks and Quest Crew can take a collective exhale now that the physical competition is over, though now's when the real waiting and wondering begin.
Check out Randy Jackson congratulate the crews and listen to them spill their hearts out right after sealing their standing in the ABDC Live Finale...
Have you voted for your favorite crew yet? Ya best get on that!

Last week I got to witness Randy Jackson and his wife Erika donate two new rooms to the Lula Washington Dance Theater on Crenshaw Blvd. in Los Angeles. It was a big surprise to all the kids who attend the dance studio for daily lessons when Randy (in the flesh!) walked through the doors. The sound was deafening as the children (ranging from 4 to 16) went absolutely nuts hearing about the new rooms they'll have at their disposal. And that wasn't the end of their surprise -- two members from each Season 3 crew were on hand to give lessons in everything from breakin' to clogging! Guess Randy's making sure there will be Dance Crew talent for many season to come!
