Well, it didn't take long for the baby talk to begin on The Hills. One episode in and Heidi's already oohing and ahhing about a nursery. Spencer's response? To roll his eyes and plunk down a fat deposit on a swingin' bachelor pad. Yep, the honeymoon's over, and Heidi's biological clock is ticking loud and clear. And while Spence has no prob hitting the snooze button, he sez baby-proofing his wife is beginning to take its toll in the bedroom.

"I'm very concerned," the male half of Speidi admitted to the NY Post's PopWrap blog earlier this week. "Our sex life has dramatically changed recently."

In fact, Spencer said he and Heidi haven't been up to much of anything in the bedroom as of late. "[W]e're barely having sex because I'm scared that she's gonna have a baby," he confessed. "That's the level our marriage is on right now."

Hillzies Heidi Pratt and Lauren Conrad showed off their bikini bods in September (on the covers of Playboy and Shape respectively), and now Audrina Patridge is celebrating her own skin-baring cover coup. Last night, 'Drina proudly showed off her sexy Maxim spread (she's steamin' up the pages of the mag's October issue) and shimmered around L.A.'s Ecco Ultra Lounge in a sparkly red tube dress.

Hills star Heidi Pratt couldn't be happier with how her Playboy spread turned out. (Girl's even taken to carrying the mag with her wherever she goes!) But fellow MTV star and Playboy vet Aubrey O'Day sez that Heidi's pics were a total snoozefest. At least, compared to her own provocative peepshow.

"I don't know, I think [my pics are] still the winner," O'Day said of Heidi's spread. "You know, you can take a million pretty pictures," she told MTV News, "but it's like: Which pictures are really going to stand out and be iconic, and which pictures are just pretty pictures that are here today, gone tomorrow?" (Watch out, Heids -- dem's catfightin' words!)

If you thought Heidi Pratt's Playboy spread was conservative (at least, by Playboy standards), then know this: the Hills gal hasn't ruled out the possibility of a no-holds-barred follow up. So why'd she hold back this time? Simple: It's all part of her master plan.

"Always leave them asking for more," she teased on Ryan Seacrest's radio show yesterday. "Next time, I'll have more to reveal."

Wait a sec ... next time?? Yep, you heard right. According to Usmagazine.com, Heidi might've inked a two -- or even three-part -- deal with Hugh Hefner. For now, though, Heidi's staying mum. When Seacrest asked whether we'd (ahem) be seeing more of her soon, all she would give him was a coy "Maybe."

Meanwhile, Heidi also addressed the possibility of a repeat spread in her Playboy interview with Spencer Pratt. "This is the most I've ever shown," she said in the mag's September issue, "but I made the decision not to show everything." At least, not yet.

Heidi Pratt took Hills fans by storm with her nearly-naked Playboy spread, but she's not the only Hillzie lookin' to show off her curves. For the second time in two years, Lauren Conrad's on the cover of  Shape magazine -- and her interview's almost as revealing as that orange string bikini she's wearin'!

According to Shape.com, LC knows exactly how settling down with someone can lead to unwanted weight gain. In fact, she even has a name for it! "I call it the 'boyfriend layer'," she tells the mag. "[Kyle and I] were having more romantic dinners out, and I was exercising less."

But where there's a will, there's a way. And, the way Lauren sees it, where there's a boyfriend, there's a built-in gym buddy! "I just ask Kyle, 'You feel like working out?'" says the Hills star. Her rationale? "It's way more fun than hitting the gym alone!"

Most girls shudder at the thought of having their every move, smile and outfit critiqued by catty onlookers. But for Heidi Pratt, it's pretty much an everyday occurrence. So how does she cope? Simple: she reminds herself that, in a weird way, all that backbiting and attention is actually sorta flattering. Oh, and she's got a message for all you haters out there: BRING IT ON!
