If you watched this week's City, then you already know why we're head over heels for Whitney Port's pal Roxy Olin. Not only is this chick frickin' hilarious, but she's also got no prob sayin' exactly what's on her mind. Which is why she's now officially our new go-to gal for long car rides, raunchy tattoo confessionals and awkward public breakups.
And just when we thought we'd seen her whole bag o' tricks, Roxy blew us away by looking ab fab at Isaac Mizrahi's launch party Wednesday night. (The best part? She actually skipped out early to run home and watch the Yanks win the World Series! Our kinda girl!) Anyhow, check out these pics of the brassy brunette workin' it in head-to-toe black, and tell us whether you're lurving her as much as we are!

Nobody would ever use the word "shy" to describe Kristin Cavallari. This week, the Hillzie went toe-to-toe with Audrina Patridge, and next week, she may finally give us the Kristin-Jayde smackdown we've all been waiting for. So is she just as bold when it comes to her wardrobe? We'll put it this way: lacy/sheer tops don't exactly scream conservative. Check out K-Cav's sexy, see-through chemise (she wore the barely-there blouse last night at L.A.'s Breeder Cup) then tell us whether you'd try this transparent look for yourself!

When we run out for a cup of coffee, we're lucky if we remember to brush our hair (or swap our flannel PJ pants for a pair of jeans) first. So we were super impressed by Lo Bosworth's ability to look casual -- but totes put together -- on her late morning coffee run. Check out these pix of the Hillzie getting her java fix in West Hollywood on Tuesday (leggings + a fitted blazer = insta-chic!) then compare it with these shots of Heidi Pratt (with her hubby!) in Bev Hills pairing some shiny red boots with her leggy look. Which ensemble would you wear?

The tightly pulled-back hair. The sparkly (but not-at-all-dangly) stud earrings. The barely-there makeup (light foundation + a smidge of peachy-pink lip gloss/mascara). Yep, it's official: Whitney Port is turning into Olivia Palermo as we speak!
Okay, fine, so her personality's still completely intact (at least, from what we've seen so far on The City). But Monday night, at the Jimmy Choo for H&M event in West Hollywood, Whitney's look was a little (too!) reminiscent of her former DVF rival's.
+ Think we're seeing things? Or does Whitney's hair and makeup remind you of Olivia's trademark red carpet look? Check out some more pix of Whitney in action, then let us know whether you like her better with loose, tumbling locks -- or pinned-up Palermo hair!

Last time we saw Audrina Patridge out on the town, she was showin' off those rock hard abs in a belly-baring genie costume. And while she looked super hot on Halloween, it's great to see our hipstery Hillzie back in full effect. Yesterday, 'Drina threw on a fitted black vest/matching fedora and strutted her stuff at the Catherine Malandrino cafe, while photogs snapped away. Check out the pix!
Natch, we wanted to know where we could score her edgy, rocker style (without spending the big bucks!), so we hit up the internets and discovered some similar styles in the fall/2009 presentation of Avril Lavigne's cheap-but-chic Abbey Dawn line (available at Kohl's). Happy window shopping!

+ Like Audrina's style but not sure you can pull it off? Don't be silly! We took a look back at some old Hills stills and found these pics of Lauren Conrad, Justin Bobby and Brent Bolthouse rocking the old-school look in Season Five. Hey, if they can do it, so can you!

Either Whitney Port's got her own private wind machine or else she's just naturally blessed with the kind of long, flowy hair that only exists on runways/in music videos. So where was the City stunner going with those salon-perfect locks? Why, for a workout, of course!
Yep, Whit wasted flaunted those magical, tangle-free tresses on her way to the gym* this weekend, proving once again that -- after an hour with the flat iron and three outfit changes -- we STILL can't compete with famous people in black sweatpants. Which isn't to say we're ready to throw in the towel ... Now if you'll excuse us, we've got a blowout (and a personal training sesh) to schedule.
*Theoretically, she could also be coming back FROM the gym, but we refuse to believe hair can look that good post-cardio.

What has pink parachute pants and a gold earring? Well, 364 days out of the year, we'd have to say MC Hammer, but on this special post-Halloween Monday Funday, the answer we're looking for starts with Audrina and ends with Patridge. Yep, once again, the Hillzie went all out for Oct. 31, this time going girly/glam as a genie in a bottle (sans bottle) for a costume partay in Atlantic City. But was her "I Dream of Genie" outfit a dream come true? Take a look back at what 'Drina wore on Halloweens past (she went from Material Girl to peacock from 2008-2009), then take our poll and vote for your favorite look.

We're used to seeing Olivia Palermo in pretty pastels and ruffled blouses on The City, but lately, she's ditched the tailored-chic look -- and started hovering on the edge of punk rock. Wednesday night, she took another step towards Audrina Patridge territory with this striped jacket/shiny pants combo she wore to the GQ Gentlemen's Ball. Think Liv looks hot in hip-hugging leather? Or do you like her better in Blair Waldorf-y business wear? Take the poll and tell us whether you're down with Olivia's dark side!

Heidi Pratt might've set her sights on becoming the next Octomom, but right now, she's content to go around looking like Kate Gosselin (at least, from now til October 31). So what's with the Jon & Kate getups? "Halloween is supposed to be about scary costumes," Spencer Pratt told Usmagazine.com. "What's scarier than Speidi Plus Eight?"
Check out these pix of the terrifying twosome, plus head over to MTV News for more shots of Spencer/Jon elbowing babies in the larynx (see above!) and Heidi/Kate in that upside-down-Carol-Brady 'do.

Although Audrina Patridge was never the frilly, sundress type, she still spent the summer showing off those lovely legs (albeit in fuscia rock gowns and slinky LBDs). But now that it's starting to get chilly -- yes, even in Hills country -- the biker babe's back to rocking her fave accessory on the red carpet: the leather jacket. Check out 'Drina's casual foray into fall (she wore this to an L.A. movie premiere last night), plus tell us whether you like her better in boots and skinny jeans -- or stilettos and a strapless!
+ Can't decide on Audrina's best look? After the jump, take another glimpse at our fave ensemble -- the dress she wore to the 2009 Los Premios awards. Now these boots were made for walkin'...
