Erin Lucas has repeatedly said she's not ready to settle down with one dude just yet ... so what's up with her supposed spring fling going into overtime? While girl's been raving about being single lately (she sez she's "holding true" to her "three guy" rule!), she's also been spotted everywhere with her hot, pseudo-squeeze, Patrick Cabido.

Sound confusing? Well, it is! 'Specially since she and Patrick, who made the rounds at a Hamptons mag party last weekend, always seem to be looking ridonculously cute and coupley. Note to Erin: If you happen to be secretly and madly in love with this Patrick fella, there's truly NO shame in coming out. Guy looks 10x cooler than Duncan!

Rumors of Erin Lucas' monogamy have been greatly exaggerated. The City star may be linked to nightlife impresario Patrick Cabido these days, but that doesn't mean she's swearing off other men. Best of all? She has no problem juggling guys in front of the City cameras!

"There's going to be a lot of dating," she tells OK! magazine of the upcoming season. "I'm holding true to my three guys, 30 percent rule nowadays."

And according to Erin, Whitney Port (who's back on the singles' market after her split with Jay Lyon) isn't exactly spending her Saturday nights alone, either. "I know [Whit]’s dating a couple guys, too, so she seems happy," dishes Erin.

Oh, and FYI? The happily UN-hitched City gal isn't showing any signs of slowing (or settling) down just yet. “It’s been fun,” Erin says of playing the field in NYC. “I’m single so I’m dating up a storm!”

Some people change boyfriends as often as they change clothes. Others are just waiting to settle down with the right guy. And while The City's Erin Lucas defies characterization (she loves being in love but hates being tied down), she's managed to find herself a boyfriend who's neither a) Canadian, nor b) her Michael Phelpsian high school ex!

So who's Mr. Right (Now)? According to the New York Observer, that would be Patrick Cabido, a manager at NYC's Gold Bar (it's so trendy you saw it on Gossip Girl!) and Hamptons hot spot Surf Lodge.

No word yet on how long the two have been dating (she only started Twittering about him this week!), but one couples pic we dug up dates back to earlier this month. And from what little we know about Patrick, we like him already! (Among the plusses? Dude earns his own money, has great taste in women and is only a domestic call/cab ride away!)

Watch out, Erin! If things work out with Patrick, you may have to rethink that whole dating-three-guys-at-once plan!
