As the reigning smog capital of the world, L.A's pretty much the last place you'd wanna go to bone up on your astronomy. 'Course, if it's stargazing you're after, you won't find a better view on this side of the equator -- and last night, all the biggest/brightest stars of Tinseltown were out at Us Weekly's annual Hot Hollywood party.

So who lit up the room? Amid the usual melange of musicians, socialites and actresses (like Leona Lewis, Nicky Hilton and Eliza Dushku), Hillzies Kristin Cavallari, Audrina Patridge and Stephanie Pratt glimmered and shined in glitzy metallics, sparkly bangles and sexy corsets. Take a look at our Hills gals' shimmery red carpet style and let us know who you think had the most dazzling dress of the night!

Of course Tiniecia was disappointed that she wasn't picked to be Paris' BFF (see tonight's finale), but that doesn't mean she's bitter. At all! In fact, we reached out to Tiniecia to find out her feelings on Stephen winning the contest, and she couldn't be happier for him. Check out her update below...

First of all, I would like to thank Paris for having me on her show. It was a wonderful opportunity, and I had a BLAST!!!!! I got to know Paris on a personal level and actually see her for the loving and caring icon she is. The best part of being on the show was that I was blessed to meet some amazing people who I will always keep in my circle.

Watching the show opened my eyes to how straightforward I am as a person. I loved how I acted and wouldn’t change or take back anything. It's why I'm the strong and successful woman I am today. Some viewers considered me GHETTO. If they only knew ... I am far from ghetto. That is just their lack of knowledge about me. I am a ‘country girl,’ and if speaking with a Southern twang makes me ghetto, then those viewers have a lot to learn. I am a Well-Educated, Gorgeous, Classy, Original and Tenacious individual. I am a wonderful person once you get to know me. Like I've always said, "You're either going to love me then hate me or hate me then love me."

I’m happy with Paris’ decision to choose Stephen (my baby) as her new BFF. Stephen and I always said when we were in the top three that as long as it was out of the two of us, we were okay. Stephen and I are both loving and caring people who will always have Paris’ best interest at heart. So choosing Stephen was great for her. Honestly, every female should have a gay friend, because gay friends are so much fun. You can have girl talk about other guys, shop together and do each other’s make-up ... and most of all, you always have someone to tell you if your man is on the down low. (LOL) I love Stephen and I always will.

Although I didn’t win the title of 'Paris Hilton’s New BFF,' she and I are still close friends. Like Paris said, I’m a leader and a strong confident woman that isn’t scared of a challenge. So thank you, Paris, for seeing me as the positive woman that I am. Now let me share some words about the special people that I met...

For those of you skeptics who thought Paris Hilton wasn't really serious about finding a new BFF when she began the search on MTV a few months ago, behold Brittany's latest life update. High points include spending X-mas with Paris and her family, ringing in the New Year with each other in Australia and watching tons of Gossip Girl together while pigging out on breakfast food. Sounds like a best friendship to me. Take that, haters!

First, can I just say ... I'm so grateful for my fans. Without your support I'd really be nothing. So thanks so much for reading my interviews, messaging me on my sites ... being excited for my music and whatever comes next, and even just saying "hey" on the streets. Your positive attitudes and love really are what keep me going. You guys are like my life blood, dude. Couldn't be here without you! xoxo

OK, since the last time I talked to you guys, Paris and I have been going out almost every night to clubs, all kinds of openings, etc. We also hang at her house a lot (I don't really go home to my place anymore ha ha). I think it's safe to say that I've claimed one of the guest rooms. And yes, believe it or not, it's pink.

As soon as Paris Hilton picked Brittany Flickinger to be her best friend forever, we asked you guys whether this twosome had longterm potential. Turns out, the girls are still totally joined at the hip!

We heard directly from Paris why she disqualified Onch from becoming her BFF -- and we can't exactly argue with her point that Onch was stealing much of the spotlight from other contestants. Still, we wanted to give our techno-colored (bi-?)Curious George one more chance to wave his freak flag and straighten up the confusion: Who's The Real Onch? (PLUS: Check out these post-breakup pics of Onch hangin' with Paris and her little sis, Nicky.)

Who is the real Onch? Well, I'm still figuring that out for myself. I continue to grow and change with each experience (both good and bad). It would be hard to fully understand my fabulosity from watching just four episodes of the show, though I'm finding it difficult to put into words even now. Here's a shot:

I don't believe in labels or boundaries. I do believe in being myself, even if it makes someone else uncomfortable (I've met very few "perfect" people so it's no one's place to judge). I consider myself lucky that I wear my emotions on my pretty little sleeves, that I am strong enough to speak up for myself and for those who can't speak up for themselves. Yes, I can get carried away sometimes -- but that's only because I'm very passionate about EVERYthing I do. I have very few regrets about how I approach life and friendships. I see Paris as a very similar person, which is why I wanted to be on the show in the first place.

I knew Paris Hilton was looking for a new BFF...but I didn't realize Lauren Conrad was up for the part! According to People.com, the Hills star was spotted table-hopping between the Hilton sisters and Frankie Delgado at West Hollywood's Coco de Ville. Who knows, maybe Paris will join Lindsay in making a cameo next season!
