When last we saw Ryan Sheckler, he was looking extremely cute (and well-vested!) on the red carpet at Sunday night's VMAs. Now, we hear the Life of Ryan star will be taking that handsome mug of his and putting it right where it belongs: on the big screen.

That's right, folks -- in the not-so-distant future, Sheckler will be co-starring with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Ashley Judd and Mary Poppins herself (i.e. Julie Andrews) in 20th Century Fox's upcoming new flick, The Tooth Fairy.

And despite the film's Mary-Kate-Olsen-thin premise (The Rock is forced to wear a pink dress/tights for exhibiting unsportsmanlike behavior!) we're looking forward to seeing Sheckler hone his acting chops.

Hey, the way we see it? If a pro-wrestler can convince the world he's an action-movie star, and a former action-movie star is currently the Governator of California, it's only a matter of time before our fave pro-skateboarder is thanking the Academy.

After last week's lesson on inner beauty and the power of Mole people, we weren't sure what to expect on this week's Run's House. So imagine our surprise when we learned that gorgeous pro-boarder -- and Life of Ryan star -- Ryan Sheckler was gonna be in the hizouse. Natch, this should be right up the guys' alley (particularly Diggy, the fam's resident skater boy) but it turns out to be Russy who gets the benefit of a private lesson from the master himself.

Meanwhile, Team Blackout gets ready for their first big gig by hiring a choreographer (spirit fingers, everyone!), while Russy considers a new business venture and Rev Run explains why rappers over 40 shouldn't rhyme. So whether you're on Team Simmons or (hoping to be) the future wife of Ryan Sheckler, make a date with the Rev tonight at 10pm and check out all the crazy crossover fun!

Skater boy Ryan Sheckler might be having the Best Week Ever. First, the shirtless ESPN coverboy won the gold medal at the X Games' Skateboard Men's Street Final, and then he took home the title of Choice Action Sports Male at last night's Teen Choice Awards.

So what's next for Ryan? We're not sure, but you can bet we'll be watching. Meanwhile, check out this pic of the Life of Ryan star walking the TCA red carpet and tell us how jealous you are (on a scale from 1-10)* of Sheckler's female arm-candy.

*With 1 being "Eh" and 10 being "Psychotic Murderous Rage."

Listen up, ladies -- it's time to ditch the Teen Vogue (Sorry, LC!) and swipe your boyfriend's copy of ESPN The Magazine. Because barely-legal hottie Ryan "Skater Boy" Sheckler is looking FIERCE on the cover. Don't believe me? By all means, see for yourselves. Just be sure to thoughtfully rip out the article on fantasy football for your man before you get too immersed in studying the Life of Ryan star's physique.

Ryan Sheckler may have a broken arm, but that's not gonna stop the skateboarding champ from competing in the Maloof Money Cup this weekend...or from shooting the third season of Life of Ryan.

Forget about crusty old Vincent Chase and his group of fictional clinger-ons. Sure, the HBO posse knows how to have a good time, but then again, so does 18 year-old Ryan Sheckler and his real-life teen entourage (not to mention his impossibly cute younger bro, Kane).

It was intense.

A lot of stuff came up during this week. Shooting guns? Crazy. Just insane. And it was my first week as a “boyfriend.” A lot was going on, but let’s start with the good stuff... Read more...

I’m so busy.

...and I don’t even know where I’m actually finding the time to write this because my schedule’s still packed with business stuff that is going on, but here goes...
This week, the business side of my skating just blew up. I know I won’t be able to skate forever and even though I’m only 17 right now, I gotta start thinking about the future. One thing I’ve always wanted to have was my own line of clothes and this week, I busted my butt to get a business like that off the ground...

gretchen_400.jpgI’m surrounded by family and friends who I love. I travel the world and get to see places most people only dream of. I get paid a lot of money to do something I absolutely love for a living. And I’m only 17. There are some adults out there who can’t even say that... Read more...

Kane is my brother and one of the most important people in my life.

Most people might not like the responsibility that comes with being the big brother, but I love it. Part of the reason I decided to stay home a while longer is to make sure my brothers are good with the divorce. It was hard hearing from mom that I might need to rethink moving out, but ultimately, I knew it was the right decision when I get to hang with them pretty much anytime I get the chance. Lately, I’ve been trying to make sure that time happens a lot... Read more...
