Tomorrow night, the whole world will be watching as Kristin Cavallari moves into Lauren Conrad's old Hills 'hood, but LC says she has zero intention of tuning in for K-Cav's reality return.

"I haven't been following [The Hills] and we don't really talk about it in the apartment, so I don't really think about it," Conrad told E! Online last week at an Alice + Olivia event. And as for Audrina Patridge's new spinoff? Lauren says she'll be passing on that one, too -- but only cuz she makes it a policy not to watch programs starring peeps in her social circle.

"I don't like to watch people I know on TV ... it's weird," added the retired reality star. "Even friends of mine that are actors, I don't like to watch their shows. There's just something weird about it."

And while we're not sure whether that rule applies to LC's actor-slash-boyfriend, Kyle Howard, it apparently won't stop Lauren from keeping tabs on former West Coast bestie, Whitney Port. "I'll watch The City," she promised MTV News crews last Sunday night at VH1 Divas.

Heidi Pratt took Hills fans by storm with her nearly-naked Playboy spread, but she's not the only Hillzie lookin' to show off her curves. For the second time in two years, Lauren Conrad's on the cover of  Shape magazine -- and her interview's almost as revealing as that orange string bikini she's wearin'!

According to Shape.com, LC knows exactly how settling down with someone can lead to unwanted weight gain. In fact, she even has a name for it! "I call it the 'boyfriend layer'," she tells the mag. "[Kyle and I] were having more romantic dinners out, and I was exercising less."

But where there's a will, there's a way. And, the way Lauren sees it, where there's a boyfriend, there's a built-in gym buddy! "I just ask Kyle, 'You feel like working out?'" says the Hills star. Her rationale? "It's way more fun than hitting the gym alone!"

There were more than a few surprises at Sunday night's Teen Choice Awards. And while we weren't expecting to see Miley Cyrus work the pole (or Spencer Pratt lose the Choice Villain honors to Gossip Girl's Chuck Bass Ed Westwick), we kinda had a feeling Lauren Conrad would take home the Choice TV Female Reality Star title again. And we were right!

Lauren Conrad left a lot of friends, fans and memories behind on The Hills, but not everything about saying g'bye to the show was bittersweet. As we told you last week, LC's departure meant the end of the Granny Panties era (apparently, she needed thicker, sturdier undies to support  the mics!). And according to Harper's Bazaar, the minor indignities didn't end there. Below, five more things LC says she won't miss about reality TV (via Usmagazine.com).

1. Having her men pre-approved. Ever had trouble finding a date for Saturday night? How about finding a dude willing to do the first date thing on film? According to LC, getting a guy to "sign a release form" is even less fun than it sounds. Case in point, her current boyfriend: the perennially camera-shy Kyle Howard.

Most of the female population (ourselves included!) can only dream about getting propositioned by dimply Notebook star Ryan Gosling. But when it happened to Lauren Conrad this weekend, the retired Hillzie was reportedly less than amused.

According to Radar Online, LC and her bf Kyle Howard were kicking back at L.A.'s Deluxe when earwitnesses overheard Lauren saying that Ryan came onto her.

"[Lauren] told Kyle, 'Who does he think he is? I'm with you. I would never...'" Radar reports. And as for Kyle's response? Allegedly, the My Boys actor replied: "I know baby, if I was there I would have set him straight."

And it didn't end there. Radar describes how Kyle and a testosterone-y pal vowed revenge! ("Let's go find Ryan Gosling [and] beat him up!" suggested one of Kyle's bros shortly thereafter.) Fortunately, things never got that far. At the end of the night, Ryan left without incident, injury ... or Lauren Conrad's phone number.

(Ryan: Call us. We're happy to be runners-up!)

Last Friday, Star magazine started a frenzy by reporting that actor Kyle Howard had popped the question to his girlfriend of one year (and former Hills star), Lauren Conrad. So how'd she respond? According to the mag, Lauren "barely let him get the words out before she said yes."

'Course, not everybody's buying it.

Denials immediately followed (Hollyscoop.com quoted a source from LC's camp as saying "no truth to that rumor"), and Lauren/Kyle -- who've always been extremely tight-lipped about their relationship -- have yet to whisper a word about their (supposed) impending nuptials.

Since we know next-to-nothing about their coupledom (note: exactly how LC wanted it!), we're not even sure what to make of all this marriage talk. Do you think Lauren and Kyle really are ready to get hitched? Or is this all happening waaaaay too fast? Take our poll and let us know whether you're ready to see our little Hills girl hop down that aisle (a la ex-ex-bff Heidi Pratt) with her cute-but-mysterious beau!

Although Lauren Conrad admits she had "bittersweet" emotions while watching her final episode, she's not losing any sleep over ditching that Hills' camera crew. And, as predicted, her return to civilian status (well, sort of!) has already given her more time to spend with her off-camera beau, Kyle Howard. Check these pics of the cozy couple hitting up last night's Lakers game (L.A. crushed it, 100-75!) and stay tuned for more between-basket snuggles after the jump.

Forget what you've heard about trashy lingerie. The Hills' (soon-to-be former) leading lady Lauren Conrad sez the best way to romance your man is by being yourself. "I feel sexiest with [Kyle Howard] when I'm in sweatpants and no makeup," she confesses in Cosmopolitan magazine's July issue.

Girl should know -- she and the My Boys star have been going strong for almost a year now! So what's their secret? According to Lauren's BFF and roomie Lo Bosworth, it was just matter of meeting the right guy at the right time.

"They are really good together," Bosworth says in the Cosmo article (via Usmagazine.com). "Sometimes it takes somebody who treats you right to show you there's something else out there."

'Course a little privacy never hurt, either. After enduring her share of bad breakups on The Hills with Brody Jenner, Jason Wahler and Dud Reinhardt, LC decided to stay quiet about her latest relationship.

“There’s very little that I'm able to keep to myself [because of the show], so if there’s anything I can, I try to," Lauren said earlier this year.

Guess flying under the radar should be easy from here on out. Lauren's final episode on The Hills airs this Sunday at 8pm. (Sniff.)

Although Lo Bosworth says "everybody grows up and comes together" this season on The Hills, we're not sure her attitude towards former roomie Audrina Patridge has changed much since the days when they fought over custody of Lauren Conrad (while perfecting the art of the stinkeye).

So what's the latest maybe-drama? Well, in a new interview with TV Guide, Lo explained why LC's off-screen love (My Boys actor Kyle Howard) wouldn't be hitting up The Hills this season, saying "[i]f you want to be a real actor, you're not going to put yourself on reality TV because [people] think you're doing it for the fame."

Makes sense -- except didn't we just see the trailer for Audrina Patridge's new movie, The House On Sorority Row?

Hmm, maybe it was just an innocent slip of the tongue -- or maybe Miss Bosworth still has no love for the girl who once screamed "WE'LL NEVER BE FRIENDS!!" without even batting an eyelash. Either way, we're thinking there won't be any shortage of drama this season, even if it DOES end "on a high note."

+ It's baaaack! Tune in tonight at 10pm to catch the season five premiere of The Hills!

When you're a famous person, you can't even talk to a member of the opposite sex without it ending up on Page Six.

Shake someone's hand on the red carpet? You're totally doing it! Allow yourself to get photographed while holding hands? You're practically engaged! Exchange phone numbers with a handsome stranger? You might as well be holding a neon sign that says "I'm Cheating On My Boyfriend."

At least, that's how it is when you're in Lauren Conrad's world.
