Britney Spears doesn't like to think of her upcoming album as a "comeback." But how else would you describe the roller coaster year that saw Brit go from chrome-domed party girl to three-time VMA winner?

"[It was] a really bad time in my life," Spears says of her breakdown in her new MTV documentary, Britney: For The Record. "I'm not gonna sugarcoat it and say I was OK," she admits. "Maybe I had traumatic stress. I just remember I did not want to be at home. When I was in my car, I was driving and I was going somewhere."

Meanwhile, Brit also opens up about her painful breakups (from Justin Timberlake and Kevin Federline), the dark side of fame ("It's just like Groundhog Day every day") and what keeps her going through it all ("I see my babies and say ... you have to believe in God.")

+ If you missed Britney: For The Record last night, catch it again tonight at 9pm and watch the entire show on MTV.com starting Wednesday, December 3rd at 8pm ET.

Just how open does Britney Spears get in her new documentary, For The Record? Well, we'll put it this way -- she compares being a superstar to serving a life sentence without parole, admits she might've made a teensy miscalculation by marrying K-Fed (Ya think??) and makes fun of herself for having a minor major 'tude on set.

So check out this sneak peek from Spears' upcoming mini-doc (airs Sunday, November 30th at 10 p.m. ET/PT on MTV!), head over to the show's official site to stay up-to-date on the latest Brit news and flip through this behind-the-scenes photo gallery.

+ Plus, check out the original trailer and learn more about Britney's reasons for doing the show!

Last week, I told you to tune in tonight for the series premiere of From G's to Gents and gave you a rundown of my fave real-life G-to-G transformations. And while this season's roster is already full, I figured it's never to early to start casting the new crop of G's -- and wannabe G's. So here's a few suggestions I have for the show's producers. You're welcome!

Lil Wayne. To put it simply, anyone whose lyrics proclaim "I'm a venereal disease" could probably benefit from a lesson or two in social etiquette.
