ELLE magazine's creative director, Joe Zee, got involved in a long, arduous process on last season of "The City" when he set out to find the next face of ELLE.com. After crowning the sorta-amiable Olivia Palermo over super-sweet Brit Louise Roe (she went to L.A. for a hosting gig instead), it seemed like Joe could finally shelve his decision-making hat. But apparently, he and publicity director Erin Kaplan are still butting heads on the matter...or at least something very similar. This time, ELLE needs a face for their flashy new iPad app, and Joe's pushing for none other than Snooki from "Jersey Shore"! Think she's a good fit for the job? Check out the fun video below and chime in!

We doubted Olivia Palermo would make it this far, but on the season finale of "The City," she proved herself to be a strong asset and Joe Zee named her the perfect face of ELLE.com. Of course, not everyone at the magazine was happy with his decision, and Seth went so far as to suggest that Erin might leave. Meanwhile, Olivia looked positively jubilant in her bright, yellow dress. Go to ELLE.com to get Olivia’s sunny look.

On tonight's season finale of "The City," Olivia Palermo came to work and learned that Joe Zee crowned her the new(?) face of ELLE.com. 'Course, Erin Kaplan and her new office buddy Seth appeared pretty livid with Joe's decision, but there was simply nothing they could do -- runner-up Louise Roe was leaving for a hosting gig in L.A. (Perhaps that influenced Joe's decision?). Alas, Erin's plan to send Olivia on a one-way flight to Japan had failed.

+ Now that Olivia's British competition is out of the picture, do you think she'll step up her game and keep killing it, or will she slack off seeing that her job at ELLE is now secure? Take the poll and weigh in!

Snooki's been ob-freaking-sessed with her MacBook camera and the world of Pandora lately, but she dismounted from "Tony The Dragon" yesterday to meet up with JWOWW for a little early morning fun. While most of you were sound asleep, the two "Jersey Shore" casties were running shiz in the Sirius XM Radio studio (apparently they were talking about some crazy stuff). Vinny also dropped by to step behind the mic, then later got into a car with a hot-tempered driver (dude, take the subway next time!).

Elsewhere, Diddy tried to start rumors about LeBron James coming to New York, and "The City" star Joe Zee found himself in a rare moment -- asking for wardrobe tips! Check out their tweets below:

It looked like Olivia Palermo finally reached her breaking point on last night's episode of "The City." After multiple tiffs with ELLE's Erin Kaplan and a bit of discipline from Joe Zee, she was ready to fight back. Erin's transparent plan to pit her against Louise totally backfired when 'Liv befriended her competitor (like they say, keep your friends close and your enemies closer). Guess Erin will just have to find another way to push her out of the spotlight!

One woman's trash is another woman's treasure, as proven on last night's episode of "The City." Olivia Palermo helped produce an avantegarde, "garbage bag-chic" fashion shoot with pop star sensation Ke$ha and used her natural instinct for picking the perfect accessories (remember the dragon ring Fergie died for?) to knock things out of the park with a pair of 'filthy' Nicholas Kirkwood heels. Dreck never looked so good!

+ What did you think of this fashion concept? Were you feeling the garbage-chic look, or was it just too outrageous for your taste buds? Take the poll!

Not many people can go from enjoying a fashion show to suddenly jumping backstage to film an interview with the designers. But when Olivia slept through the Badgley Mischka show, Joe and Erin quickly employed Louise Roe to fill in ... and she blew them away with her energy and talent!

Louise pounced on the opportunity to impress ELLE staffers, and luckily, she was already dressed for the part in a sophisticated yet femme print dress with on-trend accessories. To get a stylish camera-ready look like Louise's -- and possibly land a new job! -- shop the look at ELLE.com.

There's no denying that Miss I'm-besties-with-Marc Jacobs screwed the pooch on tonight's episode of "The City." After Olivia Palermo boasted about her tight-knit relationship with the designer, she was unable to get an interview with him for ELLE.com, thoroughly pissing off Joe Zee. And instead of taking advantage of an opportunity to make up for it at the Badgley Mischka show, 'Liv royally messed up by opting for beauty sleep over being punctual. Fortunately, Louise Roe was there to step in and fill the void ... just in time for a well-rested Palerms to waltz in and watch the Brit steal her shine.

+ There's no doubt that Louise helped out ELLE.com, but do you think she did a good job? Take the poll and give us your performance review!

Newbie fashion designer Whitney Port got slammed for her inexperienced eye on tonight's episode of "The City" (and it wasn't the first time). After scoring an opportunity to show her complete collection to ELLE's creative director, Joe Zee, and fashion news director, Anne Slowey, Whit left the appointment feeling completely defeated by editrix Slowey's harsh appraisal. (At least Zee doled out some constructive criticism!)

+ Whitney now says she's fed up with rejection, so is it time for her to retire as a designer ... or should she pick her head up and press on? Take the poll and tell us what you think!

Olivia Palermo's unorthodox workplace manner might just be harder to digest than the mystery meat in MTV's office cafeteria. Let's review her report card: She blew off an interview assignment with Whitney, made some poor decisions on behalf of ELLE and can't play well with others (who are a lot higher on the totem pole than she is!). Oh, and here's an apparent oversight: Editors are supposed to, you know, edit (gotta protect our own, ya feel?). Nonetheless, Joe Zee sees 'Liv as an asset to the magazine because she knows how to schmooze a room and stack rings.

On tonight's episode of "The City," Erin Kaplan finally took matters into her own hands and secretly interviewed a replacement candidate for ELLE.com, Louise Roe. We've only known the British reporter for a few minutes, but she seems more qualified to take up a masthead spot than you-know-who.

+ How do you feel about Louise? Think she should slide into Olivia's position at the mag? Take the poll!
