Now that we're more than halfway through the Styl'D season, we thought we'd take a mo and find out which junior assistants you're rooting for at home. But first: we're going down the list and telling you what WE like best about all the JAs! Starting with...:
Gary: We love his self-assured cockiness, his high-pitched giggle and his affinity for tight, muscle tanks. And the boy can sing!
Tara: We love her hilarious asides, her evil death glares and her cherry red lipstick. Most of all, we LOVE how she actually threw a drink in Gary's face. At his own frickin' party! (Seriously, who DOES that?!)
Brett: We love his inappropriate humor, his crazy/messy apartment, his red, rocker pants and his (multiple!) vehicular mishaps.
Cody: We love his big, puppy dog eyes, his unparalleled internet research skills and his adorably awkward crush on Julie.
Janna: We love that she showed up five hours late to work -- due to complications stemming from a BAR BRAWL -- and STILL finished ahead of Tara. (Related side note: Jen Rade, you're our hero!)

We already know Eric Archibald, Jen Rade and Julie Weiss are used to working with high-profile clients. 'Course, there's a lot more to styling than just knowing how to pick the winning look. When you're dealing with A-list celebs, you've gotta be polite but professional, patient (but not patronizing) and above all, ya really gotta refrain from getting starstruck! But that doesn't mean it's all work and no play.
After a long day of scouring showrooms and fast-paced fittings, there's nothing more gratifying than seeing a star like Nicole Richie strut her stuff (and your styles!) on the red carpet. Check out a sneak peek from tonight's all-new Styl'D and watch as Eric enjoys a brief moment of triumph, and shows us there's a time to play it cool -- and a time to celebrate!

Although we've got love for all our Styl'D boys and girls, we've been pulling for Team Tara ever since Week One, when she referred to Brett as the "illegitimate white child" of DJ Jazzy Jeff in her introductory RC blog. (Um, AMAZING.) Unfortunately, there are those out there (partick at MMA) who aren't quite as enamored with the sharp-tongued stylista.
Fact: Tara's had her moments of greatness (like pulling the Colbie Caillat-endorsed Advil dress!), but she's also dropped the ball a time or two, i.e. by cold-shouldering Cody, keeping quiet on set and, uh, helping Julie Weiss clean house. And now that she's declared open war on Gary and Cody (by throwing drinks and bringing Jen/Julie into the mix), we're starting to wonder whether she's finally created a problem she can't talk her way out of.
Take a look back at the three-way fight that started it all, then watch as Julie warns Tara that her job may be in jeopardy -- on tomorrow's all-new Styl'D.

Throughout this season of Styl'D, the junior assistants are blogging about their reactions to each show. Below, check out what Tara wrote after watching Episode 4.
My purpose of telling Jen Rade about the 'situation' between Cody and Julie Weiss was not to make waves. I wanted to make sure that he wasn’t getting any unfair advantage over the rest of us. I approached Jen because she is our mentor in the program -- I didn’t think that any concern I voiced to her would be blown up into a huge ordeal. She squashed any doubts I had, and I thought everything was over and done with ... Boy, was I in for a treat.

Up there among her nightmare scenarios? Throughout this season of Styl'D, the junior assistants will be watching each episode and blogging about their reactions. Below, check out what Tara wrote after seeing Episode 3.
I was so terrified to work with Jen Rade. She is one of the top stylists in the fashion industry so it is definitely intimidating to work with someone so successful in my dream job. Additionally, I had just seen her rip Gary a new ass**le so I was going into this assignment thinking, ‘Okay, no talking and no trying to f**k the clients.’
Watching the Chester French job was really hard for me. I just wanted to reach through the screen and shake myself. I clammed up and hid in a corner the entire time. I was hoping to stay in Jen’s good graces, but I became really self-conscious and doubted my every move. I wasn’t bringing creativity or anything at all to the table. At the time, I felt like there was nothing I could do to be proactive, but watching now, I could have performed 1000% better by speaking up and being more confident.

Hear what other style staples get the Jen Rade stamp of approval (think fun necklaces and LBDs), and listen up as she 'splains why it all starts with a good over-the-shoulder boulder holder.
