For the past five seasons, ABDC has honored some awesome, record-breaking music artists by dedicating entire episodes to them and their music. This latest Usher Challenge got us thinking — which of these episodes would fans rank the highest in Dance Crew history? Take the poll and tell us what you think!

Sunday night's VMAs were filled with some stellar entertainment, from Janet Jackson's MJ tribute to Jay-Z and Alicia Keys' spine-chilling performance of "Empire State Of Mind." And, oh yeah, who can forget Lil Mama jumping on stage like a metal head at a Motley Crue concert?

We hit up the remaining three crews in rehearsals today to ask about the moments that stood out to them most. Check out what everyone had to say:

In reference to Kanye West's abrupt interruption of Taylor Swift's acceptance speech, Massive Monkee Brysen Angeles commented, "As an artist you can't deny Kanye, but as a person ... what kind of person does that?" On the plus side, Brysen walked away from the VMAs a bigger fan of Beyonce Knowles, who later in the night stepped aside to allow Taylor her moment.

"[Lady Gaga] is too out there for me," We Are Heroes Ali Iannucci told us. "I feel like she's trying too hard." A nearby Hiroka Mcrae added, "Beyonce was my favorite! Every time they showed her, I got excited!" But Hiroka had a similar reaction as Ali to Lady Gaga -- apparently the gory performance gave her nightmares!

Finally, AfroBorike's Miguel A. Reyes Santiago only had eyes for Ms. Jackson. "Janet's performance was great. She really did an amazing job," he said in mid-rehearsal.

You Tell Us: What did you think was the most memorable moment of this year's VMAs?

Over the past three seasons, Dance Crew has celebrated Michael's, Janet's, Missy's and Britney's music -- and now we're finally ready for her jelly. Ring the alarm, y'all! It's time for Beyonce week! Similar to past artist-themed episodes, the crews have each been given a Beyonce song to perform to, plus Beyonce's issued out individual challenges based on each video's original choreography. Here's what you can be on the lookout for this week:

RHYTHM CITY "Sweet Dreams" - Must update "the Charleston," which is featured in the video.

WE ARE HEROES "Single Ladies" - Take the section of the video known as "the wind" and blow us away with their own version.

ARTISTRY IN MOTION "Diva" - Perform with chains incorporating the entire crew.

VOGUE EVOLUTION "Deja Vu" - Perform African-style dancing within their routine.

AFROBORIKE "Beautiful Liar" - Work exotic Shakira-like moves into the routine.

MASSIVE MONKEES "Work It Out" - Dance with hula hoops without accidentally dropping them.

SOUTHERN MOVEMENT "Jumpin' Jumpin'" - Bust out all the moves from the video with new creativity.

BEAT YA FEET KINGS "Crazy In Love" - 'Booty Pop' with never-before-seen flare.

In past seasons, ABDC brought you challenges inspired by Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson and Missy Elliott, to name a few-- and now it's time to add Britney to the mix! This week, each crew will be given one of Brit's hits and asked to create a routine that resembles her choreography. Plus: Britney's choreographer, Andre Fuentes, will be meeting with the crews during rehearsal to present them an additional surprise challenge. (More details on that coming soon!)

Below are this week's song selections! (And yes, Ringmasters got "Circus".)

Strikers All-Stars - "Gimme More"
Fly Khicks - "Baby One More Time"
Quest Crew - "Toxic"
Dynamic Edition - "Stronger"
Beat Freaks - "Womanizer"
Ringmasters - "Circus"
Team Millennia - "Me Against The Music"

After polling each of the crews about their favorite challenge this season, we got some mixed reviews. Here's the final consensus:

3rd Place: Rock The Title
2nd Place: Speed Up Challenge
And in 1st Place (drum roll please...): Missy Elliott Challenge

A couple of honorable mentions: Janet Jackson Challenge, as well as the Crew's Choice Challenge from the premiere episode.

What was your favorite challenge this season?

You've now seen both the Janet Jackson opening number with the final six, as well as the Missy Elliott opener with the final four. So, which routine rocked harder? Did the extra help of Missy being on stage bring the thunder or was Tiffani's entrance from the heavens above more titillating for you? Tell us: Which star brought more sparkle to the show and who should be invited on next?

Last night, Dance Crew honored Miss Jackson with an entire show devoted to her music and moves. Watch what JC and Layla have to say about the nasty one and decide for yourselves whether Janet lived up to the all the hype.

What beats watching each crew rehearse on their own every day? Watching them rehearse all together for a collective opening performance! This week, these guys put in overtime on the set of ABDC. On top of the normal routines they needed to perfect, crews also had to learn an intricate dance routine from three of the industry's best choreographers: Napolean Dumo, Tabitha Dumo and Rosero McCoy. It's a beautiful thing, I tell ya. But don't take my word for it -- see for yourself in the rehearsal vid below:

As we shared with you earlier in the week, the crews will be performing a combined dance number to kick off Thursday night's Janet Jackson-themed ABDC. You would think a cat fight would have broken out over which female dancer gets to play the role of Ms. Jackson, but everyone seemed very happy for Ms. Tiffani Grant from Fanny Pak for landing the spot. There were plenty of beautiful ladies to choose from, but ultimately only one girl could be chosen to fill Janet's shoulder pads. Give Tiffani a big "congrats"!
