All the dancers are back in Los Angeles for the ABDC Live Finale this Thursday night -- and each of the seven crews who were previously eliminated are very much looking forward to this special shot at redemption. One more chance to take the Dance Crew stage and show off their stuff for America!

This year the judges chose how the crews would be grouped for the final dance numbers. Here's what you can expect to see and hear:

Performing to "Just Dance" by Lady Gaga
* Boxcuttuhz
* Beat Freaks
* Team Millennia

Performing to "Right Round" by Flo Rida
* Dynamic Edition
* Strikers All-Stars
* Quest Crew

Performing to "Numba One (Tide is High)" by Kardinal Offishall ft. Keri Hilson
* Fly Khicks
* G.O.P.
* Ringmasters

Six of Puerto Rico's best dancers are headed home sooner than they had expected. Tonight's elimination sent G.O.P. Dance packing, which was quite a relief for Fly Khicks and Boxcuttuhz. It all came down to a sudden death dance-off between the three crews -- in the end, G.O.P. Dance seemed to literally fall flat under the pressure. Check out the boys in their humbling exit interview as they do their best to fight the tears.

It’s Dance Crew day here at MTV, and that means Team Detox put on their tightest outfits and did the Mashed Potato. It also means that singer/actor/dancer/awesome-dude Nolan Gerard Funk stopped by to save the day. (He’s the star of the new Nickelodeon movie musical, Spectacular! Weeeee!)

His publicist wasn’t entirely sure what we were all about when we called to book him for Detox. And then when they showed up today and she saw me in my Dance Crew outfit (word up to my wardrobe guru, Chamisa Lamm, for putting that together in like 4 seconds), it didn’t help our cause. But Nolan was an awesome sport and had tons of fun. Plus, he made Lil Mama cry!

Things also got surreal when we hung our own G.O.P. Dance banner, but not as surreal as when we told our PA, Joel, to do his best Jim Halpert impression. Um, he did it in one take! This kid’s tryin’a steal my job, methinks. Remind me to fire him tomorrow. Kiddings!

So stretch your legs, arms and neck (but not like those sideshow freaks on ABDC! EEEK!) and press play. It’s time for your daily Detox!

That's right, the competition is in full swing! Since they arrived in L.A. last week, the crews have been busy preparing for their first official showdown on ABDC -- all done behind closed doors so each of them could keep their tricks on the DL 'til they took the stage.

You can feel the excitement on set ... the crews are like a shaken up bottle of soda, ready to explode! Check out the video below to meet the Season 3 competitors for the very first time!

As the ABDC photo shoot began the other day, the house DJ got to work on loosening up the crews with some pop and hip-hop tunes. Quest, G.O.P. and Dynamic Edition were first at the studio, randomly picking through wardrobe choices before their photo sessions began. Without too much chatter, a circle slowly formed between G.O.P. and Quest -- and the competition was off...

It was friendly showmanship with a distinct taste of rivalry as the two crews showed one another that they had much more than just one bag of tricks. Can't wait to see what they'll both bring to the stage Thursday night!

The final crews who'll appear on next week's Dance Crew premiere are taking part in their first photo shoot today! The pics will be posted on Remote Control soon, but in the meantime, we thought we'd give you a small taste of what's to come January 15. See below for profiles of all nine contenders!
