Recently, Lauren Conrad told MTV News she'd be tuning in to watch Whitney Port on The City, and last night, Whit returned the favor by showing up to help LC celebrate her latest fashion coup: a new line at Kohl's department stores. And she wasn't the only one of LC's famous friends -- or former costars -- to lend her support.

Joining Whit on the red carpet was Lo Bosworth, LC's constant companion and roomie, who smiled prettily for the cameras (and even managed to squeeze in a little private time with her sweetie, lacrosse player Scott Hochstadt), as well as fellow reality stars Brittny Gastineau, The City's Roxy Olin and The Hills' own Frankie Delgado.

Check out these pics of Whitney, Lo and (of course) Lauren kickin' it at the big unveiling and get your first glimpse of the Lauren Conrad line for Kohl's!

Reputed beyotch Kristin Cavallari swung by MTV Canada last night to talk about Laguna Beach, The Hills and, more importantly, apologize for unleashing Speidi on an unsuspecting world. And while the After Show's Dan and Jessi grilled K-Cav about what it's like being the queen of mean (more on that in a sec), childhood pal Lo Bosworth defended Kristin, blaming Stephen Colletti for all that high school boy drama and claimed Kristin's never *officially* done her wrong (unless you count hating her best friend's guts).

So what DID Kristin have to say about her well-publicized role as 'the bitch'? Eh, it doesn't really seem to bother her (trust us, she's heard it all before), though for the record, she argued the B-word doesn't actually apply.

Looking ahead to The Hills' (imminent!) return has had us looking back at Kristin Cavallari's Laguna days -- and wondering how much of her old self she'll be bringin' to her new gig. And while we've reviewed some of the evidence (i.e. admired Kristin's ability to piss off LC/suck face with her best friend's crush), we've still got two loooong weeks to go before we get to see K-Cav -- and Justin Bobby -- in action.

BUT, since we know you've got about as much patience as we do (i.e. zero), we've called in a couple of Hills experts to help bone up for the big Sept. 29 premiere. Tonight, After Show hosts Jessi and Dan are giving us our first REAL glimpse of the post-Conrad era Hills and getting the scoop from K-Cav, Lo Bosworth and Brody Jenner's loyal sidekick, Frankie Delgado.

Get up to speed with The B*tch Is Back: The Hills Season Preview (airing tonight at 11pm), and tune in Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 10pm to find out what happens when LC's No. 1 rival (and self-avowed "man-hunter") Kristin turns her attention to stealin' Steph's flair for the dramatic -- and moving in on Audrina's tasty-lookin' ex.

With the premiere of Paris Hilton's My New BFF (Season Two!) just a few days away (June 2 at 10pm!), its star is getting vocal about what it takes to make a good reality TV show. And according to her, The Hills doesn't have it. (Hmm, millions of people would prolly beg to differ, P.)

The heiress told Usmagazine.com yesterday, "The [Hills] is, like, so lame and fake" and continued to comment that her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt wants nothing more to do with it. (Uh, deal?)

As you'd imagine, some of The Hills cast members didn't take too lightly to Paris' dis. Here to set the record straight about their "as-real-as-it-gets" show, we give you 2009 MTV Movie Awards guest reporters, Stephanie Pratt and Frankie Delgado!

Whether you're a high schooler or a happily hitched mother of three, odds are you've had one or two pseudo-dirty thoughts about Twilight hottie Robert Pattinson. So you can imagine whose seat Stephanie Pratt wanted to share when she and Frankie Delgado surveyed the 2009 MTV Movie Awards auditorium ...

Lo Bosworth, Stephanie Pratt and Frankie Delgado aren't only useful for stirring up drama on The Hills. Living the fab life in L.A. 24/7, all three cast members totes qualify as glitterati experts, and accordingly they'll be reporting from the red carpet throughout Sunday night's hour-long Hills finale (8pm) which precedes the MTV Movie Awards (live at 9pm)!

Since starving oneself before a big Hollywood event is just so LiLo, our Lo's been working hard at the gym to get her already-slim bod into even healthier shape. So check out MTV News' core coverage of her kickboxing routine -- you might just learn a thing or two about how to protect yourself against a gaggle of angry Playboy Playmates!

With all the Brody/Audrina talk this week (will they? won't they? are they? did they?), you'd think someone in Hills country would've taken a sec to ask another question: should they?

Apparently Steph didn't see a problem with it -- after all, she's the one who encouraged 'Drina from the getgo ("maybe you should do it to get Justin back!"). And let's not forget Frankie and the boys, who cheered Brody on (um, seriously??) when he announced that he'd cheated on his girlfriend.

And then there's LC. As the closest person to both Brody and Audrina (and, presumably, Jayde), she would've been the most logical choice to speak up. But while she raised a disapproving eyebrow at the mention of Audrina and the Brodester, she didn't do a thing to stop them from crossing into more-than-friends territory.

+ So, what gives? Are these guys (and girls) the least judgmental group of friends in history? Or are they more interested in watching a scandal play out than avoiding one? Putting Brody and Audrina's culpability aside (for the moment), you tell us: should someone have done something to stop 'em?

It was a busy weekend for the Hills crew (and no, we're not JUST talking about Super Bowl madness). First thing's first: Lauren Conrad celebrated her 23rd b-day, Vegas-style (at club LAVO), joined by bestie Lo Bosworth, boyfriend Kyle Howard and a few of her closest, Mardi Gras mask-wearing friendzies.

I was just sitting here at my desk, counting down the minutes 'til 2009 and wondering if last year's sequined New Year's Eve number will still fit, when suddenly I was reminded of how snazzy everyone looked at the Hills finale event.

Man, what a fun night! Maybe the funnest finale ever. Personally, I think the P.D.A. had something to do with it. After all the naughty rumors, bad blood and mascara-stained tears from Season 4, it truly was a pleasant surprise to see the entire Hills cast showing each other so much love. Like, lots of it. In fact, some of them couldn't keep their hands off each other!

Exhibit A: Given their body language, there was absolutely no need for Audrina and Justin to vocalize their obvs on-again relationship status during the After Show. (A good thing, since neither of them quite excel at public speaking.)

Exhibit B: Brody and Frankie got super bromantic on the red carpet (and even dished about their secret slumber parties).

More touchy feely pics after the jump!

Sure, you've seen Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado on a little show called The Hills. But we're guessing you might not be as familiar with the third member of their posse: Sleazy T. Read on to find out five things you never knew about the Bromance sidekick, then tell us what you think of him!

1. He's got a blingtastic jewelry line with Brody Jenner. Archangel has been worn by major celebs like Weezy and Justin Timberlake. Take that, Jacob the Jeweler!

2. You've actually seen him on The Hills. Sleazy T partied it up with Doug, Brody, Frankie and Justin Bobby in Cabo in the episode where JB stole Audrina's flower.

3. Sleazy's wicked smart! Dude graduated college cum laude, with a degree in business/communication. Which brings us to #4:

4. He was almost a boring lawyer. After graduating with honors, T was thisclose to taking the LSATS and heading off to law school before he came to his senses and became a jeweler/full-time Bromance-er instead. Phew!

5. His mom isn't really that mean. Sleazy's real name is Taylor Mosher, and he's from Dallas, Texas.
