It's quickly creepin' up on us. In just two weeks, a Season Four champion of ABDC will be crowned! Man, seems like just yesterday Season One's JabbaWockeeZ were blowin' us away with their awesome isolations. Still, the Jabbas had three other tough crews to top at this point in the competition, and that got us thinking ...
The current remaining crews are extremely different from one another, showing us the full spectrum of dance moves and making the competition that much more tough to judge. But are they the most talented final four from all seasons? Take the poll and tell us: Which group of dancers brought the game to its highest level?

In the spirit of previous underdog crews like Fanny Pak and Fly Khicks, AfroBorike are fighting hard to win over the hearts -- and votes -- of ABDC audiences everywhere. And it's not just the mainland support that's propelling this sexy crew closer to the end.
"The whole island [of Puerto Rico] is promoting us right now," Josue Vega Torres tells us. "We are representing for all Latin countries though like Mexico, Columbia and Venezuela too," he adds. "We offer something different then just hip-hop and people are responding," adds Elisabet Riera. "It's anyone's race now," she predicts.
On the other hand, AfroBorike will really be out of their comfort zone for this week's Dance Craze Challenge. So will they be able to pull off the hottest steps in the dirty South? Keep your fingers crossed and you might just see some straight-up dirty dancing!

Remember all those jaw-dropping, "Holy Sh**!" routines we'd see each week on Seasons 1-3 of ABDC? Well, we hate to say it, but we're pretty anxious to feel some of that heat from before. It's not like there aren't a ton of talented dance crews on Season 4 -- but each of them certainly do appear to be competing on a more even playing field. Right?
We've watched a bunch of fun, energetic performances in the past few weeks, but when will it come time for us to shake our heads in disbelief and shout, "How'd they even think of that?" Question to the fans: Has the bar been set too high by superstar crews of the past, such as JabbaWockeeZ, Kaba Modern, Super Cr3w, Fanny Pak and Quest Crew? Sound off in the comments! (And if you think we're smokin' something stupid, be sure and let us know which crew's about to blow us all away!)

Friday we revealed that last week's eliminated crew, Artistry in Motion, made a surprise visit to ABDC's Episode 3 taping. It took a lot of guts to show up to the scene of their dramatic exit, but it seems that time -- and good food -- heal wounds. Listen to the girls tell members of Fanny Pak how they spent their brief days of mourning:

It was like they never even left! For Thursday night's round of guest blog reporting, we called upon ABDC Season 2 heroes Meg Lawson and Matt Cady, who pulled off their temp job like pros. Watch the video of these Fanny Pakkers 'sneaking' backstage and bombarding the remaining crews with some of the latest questions you've sent in.

Before Episode 3 of ABDC began to film last night, the seven remaining crews all stood on the stage anxiously waiting to hear "We're on in 20!" (showbiz lingo for "We're going to start filming in 20 seconds."). Then, with one minute left to spare, the warm-up guy pointed out that Quest Crew, Ringmasters, Fanny Pak and recently eliminated Artistry in Motion were in the stands, to which the fans and Season 4 crews roared. Here are some other fun highlights from the evening:
- JC Chasez loses his ability to form a sentence after one crew's cat-like performance.
- Shane Sparks calls out a crew for being "boring" and another for stealing from YouTube.
- Lil Mama claims to have a yellow belt in Tae Kwon Do.
- Bottom two = Best performances of the night (or so the judges had to say!).

Last night's show taping was nothing short of entertaining! The audience was packed with ABDC alumni (video to come on Monday!) who were brought to their feet on more than one occasion. Here are some deets you can look forward to seeing on Sunday's airing.
- One crew pays homage to the late Michael Jackson by throwing into their routine an iconic "Thriller" move.
- An all-male crew wears some of the shortest shorts since Fanny Pak's gym challenge performance.
- Shane Sparks tells one crew that they are the "sexiest females to ever grace the stage!"
- A female dancer is tossed over 15 feet into the air! (Take that, Do-Knock!)
- And finally, a crew dressed as cops comes out with guns blazing!

It's almost showtime, folks! And to help tide you over 'til 9pm, we've got some video of what went down just minutes before taping.
This year, we've decided to have a different guest blogger backstage covering all the action before each show. Below, ABDC alumni and Season 3 Special Correspondent Phil Collins kick off this season with our first round of pre-show interviews. (Check back each Sunday for more video hosted by one of your favorite dancers from the past!)
BONUS PIC: Before getting started, the crews were given a final pep talk by production. Can you feel the pre-game excitement in the air?

In the great words of ABDC creator and Journey alumni, Randy Jackson, "It's on and poppin'!"
All nine crews landed in Los Angeles yesterday and have begun the necessary steps (like meeting with MTV execs in person; see above) to hit the Season 4 stage on Aug. 9.

So what's the first thing we found out these guys have in common (besides dance, of course)? They all happen to be huge Fanny Pak fans! Each of them was asked to name their favorite crew from seasons past, and nine out of nine said the eclectic 80s troupe from Season 2. What?? No love for SassX7?
In anticipation of MTV's Aug. 2 ABDC special -- Top 10 Performances of All Time -- we here in dot-com-land spent the past week fishing through old episodes of Season 1 through 3 ... And we gots to say (a la Lil Mama style), this show really knows how to bring it! So many twists and turns (literally), you never quite know for sure what'll be the outcome of the final competition -- and in appreciation of that fact, we've put together our own countdown of 'Top 5 Game-Changing Moments.' From Super Cr3w's stunt-heavy Ninja performance to the JabbaWockeeZ' illuminating Michael Jackson Challenge, watching parts of these routines has us completely pumped for the Aug. 9 season premiere of America's Best Dance Crew. (We're betting you're also pretty psyched.)
Check out the our Top 5 video below and sound off about whether you agree with our picks!
BONUS: Check back next Friday for another one of our video countdowns: 'Top 5 Moments Of Lil Mama ... Being Lil Mama.'
