So far, most of the Season 4 dancers have been in culture shock as they adjust to the lights and cameras of Hollywood, but for Artistry In Motion's leader, Donyelle Jones, this is a road she's been down before ... And that's because she finished as the top female on the second season of So You Think You Can Dance!

"There's a lot more on my shoulders now," she told us yesterday, "because I'm now responsible for everything we do on stage." (On SYTYCD, choreographers planned out what the dancers would perform each week, but ABDC allows the crews to create and showcase their own moves.) Ultimately, what matters most to Donyelle is that her crew "portrays women in hip-hop as more than just booty-shakin' objects." Amen, sistah!
