Over the years, we've watched as Diddy worked his magic on Day26, turned Danity Kane into a super group and catapulted Donnie Klang's solo career. But with his new show, Making His Band, Diddy's shifting the focus back onto himself, spotlighting his journey as an artist -- and chronicling his search for the ultimate backup band.

And with the exception of Dawn Richard (who makes an appearance later on this season!), there's no DK (or Day26ers) anywhere to be found.

So will y'all still be watching? Take our poll and let us know whether you guys will tune in to see Diddy do his thing.

+ Missed the MHB series premiere? Watch it online now then tell us what you think!

Today in Twitterland: Donnie Klang's got girl troubles, Willie's settin' the record straight, Big Mike's done with flying, Que's got dogs everywhere and Rob's on his way to Hangover City! Read our fave MTB tweets from the month of May and start following dem Day26ers (and Donnie), ya heard!?

There was singing, and a little dancing. Laughter, and a teary eye or two (ahem, Shannon Bex). But most of all, there was closure! When The Quadruple Ds (Diddy, Danity Kane, Day26 and Donnie Klang) reunited tonight for the Making the Band 4 Live Finale, all was finally said ... and done. We think.

Here are some highlights from the historic MTB4 conclusion!

++ In a flashy show of solidarity, Diddy joined Day26 on stage to perform the group's single, "Imma Put It On Her."

++ Que apologized for going "crazy" this season and said it was (mostly) temporary. Mike and Que then hugged it out.

++ Donnie expressed some serious disappointment over losing camera time to the other boys' bitchassness. And then he stole back everyone's attention with a fab solo performance of "Pick It Up."

++ Aundrea was the only member of Danity Kane who didn't show. Shannon passed along the message that "'Drea loves her fans" but she's "been through a lot" and just needs to be with family right now.

++ Dawn got her hair chopped off! (Maybe that's not a big deal to some, but we think it's MAY-JOR!)

++ Aubrey said she wants to forgive and forget. Let it go. Move on! She's so zen, y'all.

++ Diddy told DK he loves them and "it's been a pleasure," and they returned the sentiment.

++ Shannon and Aubrey admitted that they wouldn't mind a do-over after a solid time out (D Woods not so much), and then Diddy announced that (as far as he's concerned) there will never be another Danity Kane unless it includes its original members. (Still, he's letting each of them out of their contracts so they can currently pursue solo projects.)

++ Diddy also confirmed that he'll be making yet another band -- a girl group! -- and hopefully they'll "appreciate things and work things out."

++ Aubrey's got her own Reality TV show coming up in the fall!

++ And last but not least ... Diddy wants you to follow him on Twitter: iamdiddy.

Stay tuned for exclusive video from our backstage interviews at the event -- and tell us what you think about all the news!!!

We already told ya Aubrey O'Day will be hitting up tomorrow night's live Making The Band finale. What we didn't mention was we might be looking at a full-scale Danity Kane reunion(!). And while the girls discuss the possibility of getting back together (ZOMG!), the boys from Day26 will be performing songs from their new album and updating us on their relationship with Que.

Natch, Donnie will be there to promote his next something-or-other and Diddy will try and keep the "bitchassness" to a minimum (don't worry, that never seems to work). So tune in tomorrow night at 9pm to catch the LIVE special (hosted by Sway) and remember: ANYTHING can happen. Especially now that Aubs is back ...

We hear what Donnie was saying about how Dawn's constant presence has altered the Day26 dynamic. But from what we've seen, Que owes his woman a big thank you (and maybe some roses) for getting him, his group and his career back on track.

If Dawn hadn't been there to talk some sense into Que at the studio, dude would've slammed the door behind him and never looked back. Instead, he had a reassuring heart-to-heart with Brian, Will and Mike, while Dawn gently convinced Robert that this was all one big misunderstanding.

Come to think of it, we can't even count the number of times Dawn's calmed Que down, stopped him from storming off in frustration and encouraged him to swallow his pride. So has she changed the fellas' group dynamic? Of course. But we think she's changed it for the better.

+ Think Dawn's part of Que's problem? Or part of the solution? Tell us whether you guys think she crossed the line -- or saved the day -- by getting involved.

When Big Mike broke down in tears last week, we hoped it's be a wakeup call for the rest of Day26. But last night, the boys' fighting reached fever pitch after Que went after Brian, blew up at Screwface and mouthed off in front of Diddy.

And while Donnie Klang sez Dawn's being around 24/7 might've contributed to the tension between Que and the rest of Day26, Diddy has an even simpler theory: no more Que, no more problems.

+ Is Qwanell on the outs with Diddy? Or is he just on his way out? Peep this scene from next week's Making the Band and tell us whether Que's days with Day26 are numbered.

We love ourselves some Dawn around here. But lately, we've been noticing that the Danity Kane alum been giving Que a lot of advice about how to handle his bizness, i.e. the ever-worsening sitch with Day26.

And while she's mostly been right on the money (calming Que down, encouraging him to talk things out with his bandmates), the very fact that she's always there might be part of the reason why the dynamic between Que and the boys shifted in the first place.

At least, that's what Donnie Klang seems to think.

Donnie Klang's had a tough time of it so far this season, but this week, things may be looking up. And what's the first step towards any major career swing? A Derek Zoolander-inspired modeling montage!

Peep these hot shots of Donnie (the former baby model!) and watch Making the Band tonight to find out why he's having trouble NOT smiling for camera ...

Sure, this week's all-new Making the Band is MOSTLY about the whole "Is-Day26-on-the-brink-of-a-breakup?" thing. But it also addresses two different but equally important question, namely: 1) Is Donnie Klang still single? and 2) What does she have that WE don't have??

Sorry ladies, but turns out Dr. Love's already found the perfect patient -- her name's Melissa, she's a total hottie and she's been in the picture (and tight with Mama Klang!) for at least a year. Check out her pic here, look for her on tonight's episode and hit us with your best "Why I'm Better Than Melissa" rants in the comments.

Diddy has an annoying way of being right most of the time. Still, we think he might've been a little hasty in telling Donnie Klang his dream was "in jeopardy." True, he didn't have the sameĀ  overnight success as fellow Bad Boys Danity Kane and Day26. But dude's been working his cute little tushy off, sacrificing sleep, playing up to 3 gigs a night and allowing himself to be groped by crowds of screaming pre-teen girls at every shopping mall from here to Minneapolis.

And, like Diddy said himself, 99% of all artists don't start out with a #1 album.

+ Think Donnie's dedication to his fans (dude even dated his #1 Stalker, Tiffany!) will be enough to show Diddy he's got what it takes? Or will it all come down to album sales -- or, in Donnie's case, a lack thereof?
