Shooting video and snapping photos at the ABDC set ain't a bad gig. And to top off the fun we've had every day, all season long, we're live-blogging from the show finale. Before, during and after this last episode airs at 9pm, we'll be sharing video of everything and anything we catch happening on stage, off stage, in the stands, behind the blahblahblah. You get the picture. Take a peek below and see what's already been goin' down!

Last night's show taping was nothing short of entertaining! The audience was packed with ABDC alumni (video to come on Monday!) who were brought to their feet on more than one occasion. Here are some deets you can look forward to seeing on Sunday's airing.
- One crew pays homage to the late Michael Jackson by throwing into their routine an iconic "Thriller" move.
- An all-male crew wears some of the shortest shorts since Fanny Pak's gym challenge performance.
- Shane Sparks tells one crew that they are the "sexiest females to ever grace the stage!"
- A female dancer is tossed over 15 feet into the air! (Take that, Do-Knock!)
- And finally, a crew dressed as cops comes out with guns blazing!
Before the Battle Of The Sexes Challenge kicked off, Fanny Pak's Phil Collins checked in with Shane Sparks to find out what was up with his warning to Quest Crew last week. (If you recall, he told the guys to watch out for Beat Freaks.) Hear Shane explain his words, plus watch a cat fight erupt between Phil and his ex-rival, Super Cr3w's Do-Knock!
Last week, we told you how Do-Knock (Super Cr3w) and Phi (JabbaWockeeZ) took to the ABDC stage for a dance off during one of the show's commercial breaks. A lot of you asked (uh, pretty loudly) to see some video of the action, so here y'all go. Now stop yelling at us!
It's no secret that Shane, Lil Mama and JC have the best seats in the house. And if you think they've got a great view of the on-air action, you should see what goes down on the ABDC set during the commercial breaks. Like this week's no-holds-barred dance battle between Do-Knock (Super Cr3w) and Phi Nguyen (JabbaWockeeZ).
Yep, when the cameras stop rolling, that's when the real dance-offs begin. And with both champion crews in attendance for tonight's show, the weekly audience dance competition (which takes place in between commercial breaks) was hotter than ever. The objective? To get the crowd so revved up that they're dancing in (and out!) of their seats.
'Course, the audience might've struggled just a bit when Do-Knock decided to do approximately 8 air flares in a row ...
+ Can't get the picture? Check back later this weekend, and you just might get to see video footage of the SuperWockeeZ in action!
Earlier yesterday, Layla got a firsthand lesson from Do-Knock on how to show some Super Cr3w pride. As part of their dance craze performance tomorrow night, you can expect to see lots of original hand signs like the one pictured above.
Before the tears and goodbye hugs last Thursday night, the guys in Super Cr3w were loose as can be backstage. Not since the Harlem Globetrotters have we seen such charismatic ballers. Check it for yourself yo...
A much happier Do-Knock showed up to rehearsal today. If you were watching ABDC last night, you probably noticed how emotional he got when Shane was complimenting him on that off-the-stage/off-the-chain flip (which he nailed like an Olympic gymnast!) We asked Do-Knock today why he was so emotional and he had this to say:
"I just felt my crew that night, and we hit everything. I was so proud of my crew for doing such a good job, I couldn't hold it back. The only thing I was thinking about at that moment was my crew. I wasn't happy we were in that spot but, I knew we had done a great job."
And that they did. It's down to four teams left and only time (and voting!) will tell who's next on the chopping block.
In the below video, Super Cr3w's Do-Knock questions the important stuff in life -- like whether to grow a goatee or not. Luckily, he's got his crew to help him with the big decision (and possibly get him a deal with Gillette).
Personally, I think they all could rock a nice burly mustache but then legally they must grow a mullet to match.
