Everyone was thrilled to see rapper Chamillionaire swing by From G's to Gents to teach the gentlemen-in-training about proper speech and eloquence. And while we're not sure which other special guest speakers are lined up this season, we have a few helpful recommendations:

Kanye West, the self-proclaimed "end-all, be-all of music," to act as an example of humility.
• Hollywood playboy Brody Jenner, to speak on the importance of monogamy.
• The members of failed girl group Danity Kane (RIP), to serve as models of compromise.
• A lecture on "The Joys Of Moderation" from visiting professor, Amy Winehouse.
• Blinged-out Bad Boy Diddy, to opine on the long-lost art of subtlety.

Anyone else you would like to see on this season's G's to Gents? Let us know in the comments below!

T.I., Chamillionaire, Angel Food Cake. What do these things have in common?  TUESDAY'S DETOX OF COURSE!

On Tuesday's episode of Detox, wishes come true.  T.I.'s Road to Redemption and G's to Gents grant the wish of a second chance for some troubled teens and gangballerinos - while on Detox, I get to meet my heroes!

For the keen-eyed Detox fans who also love watching the Food Network (and I know who all four of you are!) they may have noticed my theme of t-shirts such as SEMI-HOMEMADE and COCKTAIL TIME!  These, of course, are homages to my hero of the kitchen, Sandra Lee, host of the Food Network's Semi-Homemade Cooking and the editor-of-chief of the brand spankin' new "Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade Magazine" on newstands now. (Plug plug plug!)

Sandra Lee not only taught me the secrets of making a Kwanzaa Cake, but she also reformed my life like T.I. or Fonzworth Bentley.  Without her, I would probably just be arguing in the streets of Brooklyn with Karl Lagerfeld - but now, I am in the kitchen mastering the art of Semi-Homemade cooking!

Thanks Aunt Sandy! And thank you for watching the latest episode of Daily Detox.
