After watching last night's Danity Kane retrospective, we're even more confused than ever about what ultimately caused the split. Was it Aubrey's supposed rift with Aundrea (or her very public feud with Diddy)? D. Woods' long rumored desire to go solo? Dawn's budding relationship with Que? All of the above??

Fact is, watching the drama unfold all over again didn't clear things up so much as remind us how much magic Danity Kane had when all five girls were actually on the same page.

Which made us wonder: what's DK's legacy? The explosive breakup? The girls? Their two number one albums? Now that their wild ride is finally over, tell us what you'll remember most about The Rise and Fall of Danity Kane.

There was singing, and a little dancing. Laughter, and a teary eye or two (ahem, Shannon Bex). But most of all, there was closure! When The Quadruple Ds (Diddy, Danity Kane, Day26 and Donnie Klang) reunited tonight for the Making the Band 4 Live Finale, all was finally said ... and done. We think.

Here are some highlights from the historic MTB4 conclusion!

++ In a flashy show of solidarity, Diddy joined Day26 on stage to perform the group's single, "Imma Put It On Her."

++ Que apologized for going "crazy" this season and said it was (mostly) temporary. Mike and Que then hugged it out.

++ Donnie expressed some serious disappointment over losing camera time to the other boys' bitchassness. And then he stole back everyone's attention with a fab solo performance of "Pick It Up."

++ Aundrea was the only member of Danity Kane who didn't show. Shannon passed along the message that "'Drea loves her fans" but she's "been through a lot" and just needs to be with family right now.

++ Dawn got her hair chopped off! (Maybe that's not a big deal to some, but we think it's MAY-JOR!)

++ Aubrey said she wants to forgive and forget. Let it go. Move on! She's so zen, y'all.

++ Diddy told DK he loves them and "it's been a pleasure," and they returned the sentiment.

++ Shannon and Aubrey admitted that they wouldn't mind a do-over after a solid time out (D Woods not so much), and then Diddy announced that (as far as he's concerned) there will never be another Danity Kane unless it includes its original members. (Still, he's letting each of them out of their contracts so they can currently pursue solo projects.)

++ Diddy also confirmed that he'll be making yet another band -- a girl group! -- and hopefully they'll "appreciate things and work things out."

++ Aubrey's got her own Reality TV show coming up in the fall!

++ And last but not least ... Diddy wants you to follow him on Twitter: iamdiddy.

Stay tuned for exclusive video from our backstage interviews at the event -- and tell us what you think about all the news!!!

All season long, Diddy's kept Dawn and Aundrea (and fans) guessing about the future of Danity Kane. And while we fretted over whether or not he'd rebuild the group, we never in a million years suspected he'd cut Aundrea -- and keep Dawn on, as DK's sole surviving member.

Sure, Aundrea was wishy-washy. (A year ago. For, like, a second.) But sad as we are to see her go, we're even more concerned about talk of rebuilding the group with Dawn ... and four new chicks.

+ Think Diddy should keep working with Dawn on a solo basis? Or is he right to consider bringing Danity back with only one of its original members? Let us know whether you guys think Diddy made a mistake in letting Aundrea walk.

We haven't seen too much of Danity Kane since Dawn and Aundrea tracked Shannon down and learned she was peacing outta the group. But next week, Diddy's ready to lay down the law for both the boys AND the girls. Watch him tell Que that he's thisclose to posing for Playgirl , and tune in Thursday at 9pm to find out whether Danity's done for good.

+ Think Danity should go on as a twosome? Recruit some new gals? Or just admit they're "Damaged" beyond repair? Take our poll and let us know what Puff should decide!

Last week, Dawn and Aundrea mopped the floors, emptied the trash, did the dishes and sprayed enough air freshener to kill a small horse. But, more importantly, they weren't afraid to get their hands dirty when the boys from Day26 needed a reality check.

At the first sign of boy trouble, the Latex gloves came off and Dawn told Que he needed to clean up his attitude ... or else. And after the dust settled, Que decided he wasn't ready to give up on Will or his dream.

And glad as we were to see the boys work it (at least, for now ...), we think it's time Dawn and Drea did a little housekeeping of their own. And they can start by sweeping all that DK drama under the rug once and for all ...

On tonight's MTB 4, money problems and growing tensions escalated into a screaming match between Que and Will that was so intense it almost turned physical. Fortunately, cooler heads prevailed (thanks to Dawn, Aundrea and Robert, who held back the would-be brawlers), and the drama diffused before officially crossing into un-making the band territory.

We loved seeing Dawn and Aundrea try and lift the guys' spirits on last week's Making the Band. But impromptu Mardi Gras parties aside, it's time these gals started focusing on their own probs (a.k.a. the fact that there are only 2 of them).

Listen up, ladies: when you want something bad enough, failure is not an option. But, as Day26 learned last week, doing nothing can be the most dangerous thing of all. Laurie Ann Gibson pretty much told y'all it's do-or-die time. So get ready to face the music!

And start thinking long and hard about what you're gonna tell Diddy the next time he asks about the future of Danity Kane.

It's not Dawn and Aundrea's fault that they're the only ones from DK who bothered to show up. But after negotiations with Shannon failed, they should've come to Diddy with a strong plan of attack and, more importantly, a united front.

After trying unsuccessfully to round up Shannon, Aundrea and Dawn decided they had two clear options: replace the girls who left or try and make it on their own. But when Diddy expressed concerns about the girls' viability as a twosome, Drea told him she thought bringing new members into the mix could lead to the same problems that took DK down in the first place.

Assuming Diddy decides to stick with the girls, we want to hear what the fans think they should do. Will you stand behind Danity Kane, no matter what? Take our poll and let us know!

Although Dawn and Aundrea have said they're willing to do whatever it takes to keep DK going, Diddy told them tonight that he's not sure he wants to go down that road again. And while we get where he's coming from (he tried, they failed, it's over?), we're not sure it's right to punish the two remaining members of DK for the absence of the other three.

Is Diddy's taking his frustrations with the group out on Dawn and Drea by not promising to stand by them down the line? Or is he smart to hold off on making any big decisions till he has a better idea of what direction the group will take?

You tell us: Assuming Danity as we know it is over, what (if any) are Diddy's obligations to Aundrea and Dawn?
