Last we checked, a weekend in Atlantic City meant riding the Old Lady Express, playing nickel slots ’til sunrise and inhaling a carton of saltwater taffy. ‘Course, when you’re a high roller like Kristin Cavallari, all ya gotta do is put on a party dress, head for the hottest club in town and wait for the flashbulbs to catch up!
And after an action-packed weekend in Jerz (spent co-hosting a Borgata Hotel partay with Samantha Ronson), K-Cav flew back to L.A. just in time to show off her tan at the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen premiere.
There was no taffy anywhere to be found, but there was plenty of celebrity eye candy! Joining Kristin for the Cali premiere were fellow carpet walkers Emile Hirsche, Aubrey O’Day, Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox.

With guest appearances from Aubrey O’Day, Soulja Boy, Speidi and Bradley Cooper, premiere week of It’s On with Alexa Chung was like a mini-VMAs here at Times Square’s MTV studio. And the celebs we’ve got lined up for next week will stir up even more excitement, starting with everyone’s fave City social, Olivia Palermo!
It seems like ages (teardrop) since we’ve seen Whitney receive some proper life coaching from ‘Liv, or an expert lesson in celebrity styling, so we’re keeping our fingers crossed that Alexa’s a bit too “matchy-matchy” with her outfit on Monday or maybe (pretty please?) pop culture commentator Michelle Collins spits out one of her notorious F-bombs. Ya know, just in case Miss Manners has something to say about it. (Note to Michelle: Extra points if you use the words c*** or di*** or ***face!)
Anyone who’s ever seen Heidi Pratt in a string bikini knows this Hills gal’s comfortable showing some serious skin. And now that she’s confirmed to Us Weekly that she did indeed pose for Playboy (her spread will be in the August 15th issue), everybody’s wondering just how far she’s gonna go.
Natch, Mrs. Pratt’s playing it coy for right now (”I can’t say how much I revealed or didn’t reveal,” she teased in the new issue of Us), though rumor has it she won’t be making ALL of her private parts public. And whether or not she’s going for a PG-13 or an R rating, the I’m A Celebrity dropout admits she worked out “the hardest [she] ever did in [her] life” in preparation.
So is she capable of living up to Playboy’s sky-high standards? According to Heids, it’s in the bag!
“It’s an amazing magazine, very iconic,” she explained to Us. “You have to be a sex symbol, like Marilyn Monroe, to [even] be considered!” she added.

First, Aubrey O’Day gets accused of being a diva on the set of her new anti-discrimination PSA for “NOH8″. Then, she gets straight-up robbed (in the middle of the street!) on her way to shoot a segment for the TV Guide channel yesterday! According to TMZ. the muggers took everything — including the Zac Posen dress she’d brought for the shoot! — leaving her wardrobe-less and sadsies.
But, being a professional, Aubs decided the show must go on. “Left without a proper outfit, Aubrey [was] forced to wear whatever the TV Guide people had handy,” writes TMZ.
On the plus side, Aubrey’s adorabs little doggy, Ginger, survived the robbery intact (she was in the arms of the makeup artist at the time) and was safely returned to her grateful owner, post-trauma. And as of late yesterday afternoon, the former Danity Kaner was recovering nicely — presumably thanks to Ginger, and her happy puppy kisses.
“Aubrey is doing well,” O’Day’s rep confirms to Usmagazine.com. “She is just a bit shaken up from the day’s chaos and is grateful that she and those around her were unharmed.”
Following in the bare footsteps of Making the Band 4’s Aubrey O’Day, it’s been confirmed by People that Heidi Pratt recently got nekked (give or take a thong and some ‘pretty princess’ bling) and posed in a sexy photo shoot for September’s issue of Playboy. (Insert “overexposed celeb” joke here.)
While her rep declined to comment, one source told the mag that the pictures snapped were “tasteful.”
Something tells us The Hills cameras weren’t invited to the shoot, though it’s just a matter of time before her castmates start commenting. Think Brody’s Playmate gf Jayde will welcome Heids onto the bunny ranch with open arms?
We know, we know, Aubrey O’Day’s already got her own show, and she’s described it as a singing, dancing, music-making extravaganza. But that doesn’t means Aubs isn’t already thinking about her next role. And according to E! Online, the Danity Kane departee is eying a part on ABC’s hit reality series, Dancing With the Stars. “I hope they ask me to [go on the show],” she gushed to reporters, promising “I’ll win if I do it.”

Aubrey O’Day isn’t the kinda girl who keeps her opinions (or NBA allegiances) to herself. When we caught up with her at the Making the Band live finale, girl was checking the Celtics score on her Blackberry, carrying a white-and-green dog (the green parts were spray-paint, we think) and telling us Paul Pierce was her puppy’s “baby daddy.” And now the sporty singer sez she’s taking Celtic pride to a whole new level! After watching last night’s Danity Kane retrospective, we’re even more confused than ever about what ultimately caused the split. Was it Aubrey’s supposed rift with Aundrea (or her very public feud with Diddy)? D. Woods‘ long rumored desire to go solo? Dawn’s budding relationship with Que? All of the above??
Fact is, watching the drama unfold all over again didn’t clear things up so much as remind us how much magic Danity Kane had when all five girls were actually on the same page.
Which made us wonder: what’s DK’s legacy? The explosive breakup? The girls? Their two number one albums? Now that their wild ride is finally over, tell us what you’ll remember most about The Rise and Fall of Danity Kane.
Former Making the Bander Aubrey O’Day has spent her post-Danity days singing on Broadway, posing provocatively for Playboy, exploring her feminine (loving) side and habitually spray-painting her Crayola-colored canine, Ginger. So when she told us she had a brand-new reality show in the works, we had zero idea what to expect. ‘Specially after we read (on Perez) that girl was slated to take over Tila Tequila’s bisexual dating show.
