We bumped into Della, Meme and Tristan (Season 2's A.S.I.I.D.) backstage after last week's Dance Crew premiere and they gave us a quick recap of the ABDC Live tour, as well as what they're working on now.

Della already had mad love for this season's Dynamic Edition, which she demonstrated by tapping and making a weak plea to join the group. Not happening Miss Licious! Check out the video to hear the sound advice A.S.I.I.D. offered the new crews.

Here's Matt from Fanny Pak signing autographs outside the Tampa show. It's a little overwhelming to step outside and see 100 people or so screaming your name and, um, flashing. BUT we allllll love it and enjoy meeting every single person. It's an honor to be able to do what we do, especially at this level. We wouldn't be anything without our fans sooooo getting to meet all of them is an absolute blessing!

Fanny Pak's Cara and Super Cr3w's Vex are watching Heroes during some downtime. We all got slightly obsessed with the TV show from the start of the tour. Thing is, you can't just watch one episode, so we stay up for HOURS watching Heroes (and even bring it into the dressing room, which is what they did here).

This late-night session with A.S.I.I.D., smack in the middle of the lobby of their hotel, turned out to be a gas -- literally. The gang let us a little too far into their inner circle, where someone let one rip so loudly that Joey even exclaimed, "I actually heard that!" (You smelt it, you dealt it, Joey!) When it's down to A.S.I.I.D. vs. Super Cr3w, you know the competition is tight. Both performances last night were off the chain, but Super Cr3w put themselves on a pedestal by show's end with their imaginative Bboy tricks, as well as their spot on moves. And So It Is Really Done for A.S.I.I.D., who are now headed back to Detroit. Say "so long" to the crew in our Comments area!

Injuries are part of the ABDC gig, but sometimes they end up bothering the dancers more than expected. Adrian Harvey of A.S.I.I.D. tore some tissue in his leg at the beginning of the week, and it's still feelin' a little iffy.
