Wanna get "MADE" into a rock star? Just Kait singer Kaitlyn DiBenedetto knows a little something about that. Born and bred in New Jersey (a.k.a. The State That Springsteen Put On The Map), Kaitlyn borrowed her dad's drumset at age five, picked up her first guitar as a pre-teen and started slappin' da bass ("I Love You, Man," anyone?) before the rest of us had even passed Drivers Ed. By sweet sixteen, her punk pedigree also grew to include songwriting, and she scored her first big break when her song, "U Suck," was chosen as the new (and appropriately named) theme song to MTV's dating disaster series, "Parental Control".

So what makes this girl different from all other aspiring Avrils? That'd be her edge. After you get past Kaitlyn's wholesome, girl-next-door looks (think Amanda Bynes), you'll notice she's actually rockin' some razor-sharp vocals (think Joan Jett). Her femme, Fall Out Boy-style single, "Heart Shaped Bruise" is more Pixies punk than Selena sweet, and her steamy cover of "Hot Stuff" is enough to make Miley Cyrus and the Disney Dream Team blush.

Now at the ripe old age of eighteen, Kaitlyn's already released her first EP, Being On TV (Again), seen her new single, "Sick," tearin' it up on E! and landed a killer track ("Girls World") in "MADE, The Movie" (slow down, girl!). When you dish celebrity dirt for a living, you're bound to have plenty of famous friends (and enemies) in Tinseltown. And Saturday night, gossip guru Perez Hilton rang in his 31st bday at The Viper Room, surrounded by some his fave boldfacers (including Christina Aguilera, Kim Kardashian, Tara Reid, Amanda Bynes and the Jonas Brothers, who serenaded Perez with that oldie but goodie, "Happy Birthday").

Natch, red carpet regulars Spencer and Heidi were on hand to fete their friend (and milk the photo op), as was fellow Hillzie Doug Reinhardt, who showed up with his main squeeze Paris Hilton.

Happy OMFB, Perez! Now, let's all raise a glass and toast to Mr. Hilton! And, of course, to Dougie and Amanda's awkward/inevitable "Ew, didn't we used to date?!" moment.

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt have been almost inseparable ever since they were spotted hanging (read: giggling like schoolgirls) at a Super Bowl Party early last month. Reinhardt (who recently split from actress Amanda Bynes and briefly dated Lauren Conrad on The Hills) accompanied Paris on a trip to Tokyo last week, and was spotted out in L.A. with P. Hilton again as recently as this past Saturday night.

+ Think this unlikely couple has staying potential? Or are they just in it for the free photo opps? Either way, Speidi better watch their step -- cause Parhardt has the paparazzi's number, and they're not afraid to use it.

We figured Amanda Bynes and Doug Reinhardt would be together forever! Or at least until Valentine's Day, (because, really, who wants to bother trying to find a NEW special someone before then?) Sadly, however, it seems we were sorely mistaken on both counts.

Despite the couple's hot n' heavy history of holding each other's knees at Lakers games, it seems that someone (Amanda, obvs) has decided to call it quits. Here's the latest rumor report!

"She ended it. She had had enough," an unnamed source helpfully informs Usmagazine.com. "Her friends didn't trust him. Everyone thought he was using her for celebrity. He was not good, and she was over it. It was definitely her who ended it."

Those of you who are up on your Hills hookup history know that Brody Jenner (a.k.a.
