During the first few weeks of ABDC, Saltare's smooth timing and huge acrobatics made them a fan favorite, but after last week's flub, a lot of you were pretty harsh on them. Luckily, the voting error meant they got a free pass. This week, they tried to make up for things with a mistake-free performance (it was their most well-rounded dance yet).
You Tell Us: Did Saltare's performance bump them back up? Let us know what ya think.

Last Thursday, Saltare were feeling feisty as they prepared for this week's performance. As soon as they finished rehearsing, the crew grabbed what per diem they had left and b-lined it for a tattoo parlor. Check out their new ink and tell us if you're feelin' it.

We knew that ABDC stylist Kara Saun was really going to have to bring it this coming challenge, so we sat down with her to get deets on what to expect.
"Every week we do a lot of customization and build from scratch, but for Lady Gaga we have to do that times five," the ex-Project Runway contestant told us. "We really have to transform the wardrobe into something that is very Gaga-esque."
Her inspiration isn't coming purely from the pop artist, though: "Even though it's Lady Gaga week, the outfits still have to fit the crew—it still has to be a Poreotix costume, ya know?"
Make sure to tune in Thursday night at 10/9c to see how everyone's ensembles turned out!

Just one week after America voted for the first time this season, it came down to two very different stylized crews -- 'big tricks' vs. 'big choreo'. Royal Flush delivered a flawless performance on tonight's episode of ABDC, but it wasn't enough to outshine Blueprint Cru's strong (but also flawed) routine. Omarion gave the Canadians a pass for their collapsed headstands, and it seemed that the other two judges followed suit.
Royal Flush are now the second crew to be booted from the competition -- take a listen to their farewell words below.

During tape days, there's always a block of time when the crews are sequestered outside of Stage 15 (where ABDC films) so that production can rehearse with Mario Lopez and the judges. Some crews use this time to practice dance moves, while others use it to sing really bad songs. Check out the video to see what we mean...

It's been one crazy, rumor-filled afternoon here on the ABDC set. And it all started when the SoReal boys finished telling us what they think of when they hear the word "80's." Because that's when Jackie stole control of the lens by filling us in on her favorite song of the night...and then some.
Fortunately for us, Super Cr3w just happened to be standing nearby, which means we also got a little scoop on the supposed inter-crew romance between SoReal's Jackie and SC's Rockadile. Yeah, you guys know what we're talking about (you've only been yappin' about it online for weeks) but as it turns out, you were wrong!
At least, that's what Jackie wants you to think...

Last week we said goodbye to the Boogie Bots on ABDC, and this week we're learning that they're not as robotic as we thought they were. Case in point, crew member Ryan Dalisay admitting that they're actually relieved to be off the show. Why? Because now "the stress is off our shoulders and we are back in the real world." And that's no artificial intelligence.
"I know our performance wasn't that great," Dalisay confided. "I [already] thought it was pretty bad...but hearing [Lil Mama's] comments was like twisting the knife." (Ouch).
So, what's the former Bot boy been doing since the show? Well, right now he's flying solo for the Hip-Hop International contest in Vegas, but he'll be rejoining his crew back in D.C. after the show finale.

Extra, extra! Read all about it! Or, better yet, just tune into the eponymous longrunning news magazine show every weekday to ogle the hunky new host. Yep, that's right -- ABDC cutie Mario Lopez (who's been a weekend correspondent for Extra since January 2007) will be taking over as the show's weeknight anchor when the new season kicks off this September. Apparently, the show's current host (and former Sugar Ray frontman Mark McGrath) decided it was time to move on. Turns out, he just wanted to fly out of his contract...and reunite with his old band!
+ Think Mario's up to the challenge? Let us know whether you think he's got the energy, charm and television savvy to handle daily hosting duties.

Are Mario Lopez and his former girlfriend/Dancing with the Stars partner Karina Smirnoff getting back together? Probably not, but that doesn't mean they can't still rip it up on the dance floor. Says the still-single ABDC host, "I love dancing and she's the best partner and the best teacher, and I'd be honored if she would dance with me."
Then again, it might just be that Mario's craving some female attention...
