Rapper 50 Cent likes his workouts like he likes his women: girly. And while the hip hop mogul is, perhaps, best known for his abs (did ya SEE the upside down situps in "In Da Club"?!) he's got a new exercise regimen now. One that would make JLo proud. Here's what Fiddy told the NYDN (according to Scandalist):
“It’s intense, and there are no weights involved. And some of it’s like girly stuff, like just kicking your leg, but it’s muscles you don’t really ever work at. Men don’t usually go to the gym and say, ‘I’m going to develop my ass. This’ll be the J.Lo workout.’”
Awww, we always knew 50 Cent was an ass man! Now, if you'll excuse him, it's time for the extremely manly (and frequently shot) gangsta rapper to change into his pink, Juicy velor sweatpants -- and start making with the squat thrusts.

Recently, Kanye West made the decision to forgo his tried and true formula of infectious rhymes and danceable beats in favor of an album (808s + Heartbreaks) comprised of mediocre R&B songs and slightly sub-par singing.
Among those unimpressed by 'Ye's departure? Rapper 50 Cent, who -- according to ContactMusic -- has criticized West in a track from his upcoming album, Before I Self-Destruct.

It's not entirely clear what's about to go down on next week's 50 Cent: The Money and the Power. All we know is it involves strippers, a group melee and a pissed-off Fiddy demanding to know "who the f--- is responsible" for all the drama. Check out these scenes from Friday's all-new episode and see if you can figure out why every night is fight night at Camp Curtis.

We all do silly, forgetful things from time to time (you know, like forgetting to turn off your straightening iron and accidentally setting your friends' bathroom on fire ... oopsies!)
But it's still funny to think of rapper-slash-mogul 50 Cent having one of those sheepish "duh" moment. Fortunately for us, he did! And E! Online's super-spies were there to see it. Here's what supposedly went down:

Got plans later on? Yeah, you may want to cancel 'em. Cause we can pretty much guarantee that you won't wanna miss tonight's all-new episode of 50 Cent's The Money and the Power. So what makes us so sure? Two words: Aubrey. O'Day.
Dude, this chick is so hot she can wear a furry, white half-shirt, ten pounds of eyeliner and doorknob-sized earrings -- and still make it look classy! Don't believe us? Check out this clip from last night's show, and watch the full episode online to see Aubrey do what no one in Camp Curtis has EVER done before: stun the entire house into complete and total silence.
Fiddy’s new reality show, 50 Cent: The Money and the Power, airs Thursdays at 10pm, but you don’t have to wait ’til then to check out the raw footage. Every day, I’ll be sifting through the ‘50 Cent Dailies‘ to make sure you’re getting your fill of the rapper-turned-mogul. (Tough job, I know, but somebody’s gotta do it!)
Poor mild-mannered, pseudo-spiritual Rebecca never really took to the hot-tempered, backstabby, vibe of Camp Curtis. So what does she have to say for herself these days? Apparently, not much -- but we're thinking that's mainly cuz her roomies won't let her get a word in edgewise.
Check out this 50 Cent Daily and watch as Rebecca's riled-up roommates drown her out while simultaneously demanding that she start 'splaining. Then be glad you don't live in a house where NOT fighting with everyone (or threatening physical violence, or making ugly, racist innuendos) makes you the outcast.

Trash-talkin' Jenn wants Larry and DaJuan to know she's really, really sorry for throwing them under a bus the first chance she got. But will Jenn's former friendsies forgive her for selling them out to Fiddy? Find out whether Larry and DaJuan (and an irrationally incensed Cornbreadd) are willing to let Little J back into the Circle of Trust.
There's nothing worse than finding out your "friends" have been talking about you behind your back. So we're thinking DaJuan and Larry weren't exactly thrilled to hear Jenn dishing the dirt to 50 Cent. Check out these scenes from next week's The Money and the Power, and watch as Jenn's private one-on-one with Fiddy accidentally-on-purpose ends up blasting over the house intercom ...

This week's been full of ups and downs. We said hello to (the still-dreamy!!) Carson Daly, goodbye to TRL and watched our fave stars from the past 10 years brave the screaming fans in Times Square one last time to send the once-beloved show out in a blaze of live music glory.
And since the MTV veejays, the fans and the performers (like Beyonce, 50 Cent, Fall Out Boy and yes, the Backstreet Boys) put on such a brave face, we've decided to celebrate the last-ever week of TRL by posting these amazing performance clips from Total Finale Live. Check em' out, plus catch our all-time fave "Top Ten" countdowns after the jump.
Oh, and feel free to dance in your seats (and/or break out the "I LOVE YOU, CARSON!" signs) one last time. It's what TRL would've wanted.
+ After the jump, catch the Top Ten Funniest Videos, and the Top Ten Times Square Moments.

Now that the roomies have gotten to know each other a little better, they've learned how to push each other's buttons. And it looks as though Jenn's had just about enough of Musso's creepy come-ons -- or, as she puts it, "the winking, and the gross comments and the touching and the nasty sh--." Sound icky? It totally is! And just wait till you hear Musso's smug response (Hint: it involves the proud non-denial "I'm good at what I do.")
So check out this vid to watch Jenn call Musso a "disgusting" pig (how very Jessi Spanow-esque!) and stay tuned to hear Ryan's expert take on the subject...after the jump.
