Teen Wolf Season 2

As our friends over at RapFix can certainly attest to, the wide world of hip-hop has evolved into something much more pervasive than they heyday of Tupac and Biggie. Charts are dominated by Lil Wayne and Pitbull, videos of Flo Rida are pumped out en masse and it's getting harder to keep up with each new artist, album and track. Thankfully, we've got some experts who are ready to break it all down for you each week in "Hip Hop POV," and they definitely know what they're talking about.

From record execs to music journalists, the five industry panelists featured each Wednesday at midnight will take a critical look at the genre's movements, dole out exclusive interviews with top artists and give some necessary context to up-and-comers. You'll get to see it all yourself in a matter of hours, but so that you know exactly who you're looking at when the show premieres tonight, here's a quick little cheat sheet of the "POV" hosts:

Bu Thiam (@BuKonvict): The current Def Jam A&R vice president is no stranger to the business. He got his start in the development of Akon, who happens to be his brother, in 2004, and by 2005, he had signed T-Pain to the siblings' label, Konvict music. His spot at Def Jam has given him the chance to oversee Rihanna's Loud and the merging of Jay-Z and Kanye, but he's always searching for the next best thing. "I look at my position as an opportunity to bring a young, current perspective to today's music game," he told Billboard.

Devi Dev: (@DeviDev): It was never a goal for Devi to be the one swimming in limelight. The host of "Sway In The Morning" and childhood chatterbox always knew she wanted to be in radio. "I always thought the people on the radio were intriguing and different," she said on her website. "And the only tool they had was their voice." Having interviewed the likes of Dr. Dre and Quincy Jones along her career, Dev will have no trouble holding her own in any hip-hop roundtable discussion.

Everyone from the editors at Cosmo to your concerned grandmother will tell you that people love the art of the chase--you want to subtly lure in your prospective smush, not pounce on them like an eager lion in the Serengeti plains. And this is exactly why Pauly D, who's never been shy of DTF chicks, is starting to reconsider his, uh, open-mindedness.

In the below sneak peek of Thursday's all-new "The Pauly D Project," the Rhode Island mix-master and his trusty team of bros head out to a Las Vegas club. Like all nights, the objective is simple: drink, find hot chicks, get it in. But when one highly liquored Kim Kardashian look-alike completely throws herself at Pauly, Biggie rescues his friend from her sloppy advances. She won't resemble KK when she's puking all over his blowout! Between this one and the busty motorboat girlJerry needs to step up his security game.

MTV's "16 and Pregnant" and "Teen Mom" aim to do a lot more than document the drama that surrounds young people ill-prepared for parenthood. Highlighting the negative consequences of having unprotected sex and the complicated decisions that must follow are the focal points of both series, and while some critics argue that putting expecting teens on TV glamorizes the issue, federal data suggests otherwise.

According to The National Center for Health Statistics (via USA Today), the birthrate for U.S. teens 15-19 in all racial and ethnic groups is at its lowest level since 1946. The report attributes the decline to "strong pregnancy prevention messages," also saying that contraceptive use "may have contributed."

"Young people are being more careful," comments Sarah Brown, CEO of the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy, and Laura Lindberg, a senior research associate with the nonprofit Guttmacher Institute in New York, notes that contraception use during the first time a girl has sex "has gone up dramatically." Considering it only takes one time to become pregnant, that's some really great news to hear.

During last night's episode of "16 and Pregnant," Lindsey's lifelong dream of becoming a professional cage fighter was stalled for a number of reasons. While she was pregnant, it was absolutely necessary to abstain from practicing in order to keep the baby safe, and fear of being judged by her father-figure trainer kept her from visiting the training center at all. After she gave birth, the high cost of raising a child made reentering the ring a difficult prospect. Even with two jobs, maintaining the same luxuries she had before felt impossible.

In the bonus scene below, Lindsey goes to a used car lot with her mom to look for a family-friendly vehicle. Her price cap is $4,000, but the SUV that catches her eye is closer to $20,000. When the dealer points out a pretty cool Ford Bronco, the teen mom cringes at the thought. "You have champagne taste and a beer budget," her mom says, laughing at Lindsey's unrealistic taste.

Snooki shows the world her days-long locks.

When we first heard Snooki was pregnant, it seemed safe to bet that the "Jersey Shore" star might not amount to your typical run-ragged matriarch. We're sure she'll love her little meatball with all of her heart, but when you plan to give birth in spikes, you're probably not destined to lead shooting drills at Saturday morning soccer practice.

Still, when Snooks tweeted the above photo of her new "Barbie" extensions, even we were shocked at how anti-frump the mom-to-be remains. Having kids is a ways off for all of us here, so we can't quite fathom the many challenges of pregnancy, but when a certain blogger's mother was a bunch of months toward delivery, a rubber band-for-hair-tie and food-stained B.U.M. Equipment sweatshirt became perfectly acceptable garb for trips to the grocery store and dinner functions, alike. The times, they are a-changin'...

A work hang-up or unreliable babysitter might have forced you to decline tickets to the live show, but luckily, the full version of "Livin' It," Rob Dyrdek's musical gift to his 25-year-old cousin, Chris "Drama" Pfaff, is now available online in its entirety! And take it from me--someone who passes by "The Lion King" on Broadway to and from work--it's every bit as spellbinding and chill-inducing as you would imagine. Watchu got, Mufasa?

Rob-the-actor demonstrates just how many hats he can wear in the Episode 7 bonus scene below, and from start to finish, it's a high-energy production worthy of the Minskoff. He song-and-dances everything from Drama's first steps out of a minivan onto Los Angeles soil to surgery that yields a million-dollar smile. Plus, you get to see Big Black dressed as his own ass and Chanel in animal suits. What more could you ask for?

+ Check out the clip, and tell us if you think there's a Tony or two in the show's future.

Apparently ol' Johnny Bananas of MTV's "Challenge" franchise is having trouble fending off relationship-minded chicks. He's all, "Whyyyy do they want to be my girlfriend after a fun roll in the hay?" And we're all, "Really?"

The part-time misogynist that he is (and we mean that in the nicest way possible, JB, as the other 25 percent of the time you can actually be a pretty sweet feller), we wouldn't possibly have a solid answer for him, but our favorite sexpert Dan Savage takes a crack at the question in the video below, noting that it's NOT JUST WOMEN who have a fondness for mixing love with physical intimacy. There are actually some men out there with "emotions" (definition here) that are interested in cuddling up next to the person they've just entered, perhaps even sharing a breakfast burrito with them the following morning. Sadly, Mr. Savage does not provide a navigation system for locating such gems.

+ Check out his answer to Johnny's classic male conundrum, post your own sex question for Dan in the comments and, 'course, tune in every Tuesday night at 11/10c for new episodes of "Savage U."

Tonight's "True Life" explored the stories of two people who were addicted to sex. Isaax worked hard to maintain a healthy sexual equilibrium in his relationship, and Brittany had to learn how to respect her boyfriend, Jameik. We had an opportunity to check in with them to find out how their lives have changed since filming wrapped--take a look at the follow-up Q&As below:

ISAAX
How difficult has it been to maintain a healthy sex life?
It has been a hard time with my sexual addiction since I'm no longer in a relationship and the pattern is something I'm scared of, but I'm taking the steps discussed by the therapist and steps I've developed myself. I'm still having sex with my ex-boyfriend, but we are not together.

What have you discovered about yourself since addressing your addiction?
I was beyond a control freak and part of that was due to the fact that I wanted someone to listen to everything that I said because it showed me that they cared. But in reality, I was causing an unhealthy relationship with these guys and girls. I noticed I was always jumping from person to person because I truly never loved myself. I will never be perfect, nor do I want to, but I want to be the best person that I can.

What was it like sharing your story with us?
Sharing my story with MTV was such a big challenge in my life because I always lived in a secret low-key kind of way. I pretty much just let the whole world into my life. I hesitated about sharing my life at first with the fear of being judged, but then the best thought I ever had came to my head: "If my story can help at least one person struggling with a sex addiction or any addiction for that matter, then I know this was all worth it."

During tonight's episode of "Savage U," outspoken advice columnist Dan Savage continued on his college tour, landing on the football- and condom-crazed campus of Ohio State University. Sexual encounters were at the forefront of nearly every social event and conversation, and when Dan and Lauren met with student Emily, they were impressed to hear how strong-willed she was when it came to her body. Emily shared a story about a boy that pushed her up against a wall in an attempt to have intercourse, but she got out of his house, despite being labeled a "bitch" for denying his advances.

As we heard young mom Lindsey utter multiple times on tonight's episode of "16 and Pregnant," a sense of loneliness overtook her daily life once she gave birth to her daughter and was bound to taking care of him all day long. Not only did she lose the ability to connect with her friends socially, she confided to us in a recent interview that she now struggles to find any common ground with people her age. "When I ever do see them, it's weird," she says in the video below. "I kind of don't know what to talk about. I feel like all I have to talk about is being a mom, and honestly, as much as they act like they care, I really don't think they want to sit there and hear about my baby."

Sadly, she's probably right. As much as her high school friends might want to be there for her, their worlds no longer overlap. While Lindsey is busy changing diapers, her girlfriends are gossiping about guys or dozing off in algebra class. Simply put, they have a special type of freedom--that of the average teenager--that Lindsey will never know again.

In the below interview clip, have a listen to Lindsey as she shares how her relationships with people have changed since becoming a mom.
