Talk Strays To Sex Parts When The 'Project' Boys Play Word Association [Video]

What do tits, mayonnaise and a four-inch c**k share in common? They're all items blurted out by the "Pauly D Project" crew during what begins as an innocent game of Word Association and ends with a haunting, pornographic image of Snooki's baby-to-be permanently etched in your occipital lobe. Consider us your warning label for this latest dose of "The VIP Lounge," where Vinny Guadagnino puts his pals' linguistic chops to the test by listing off a smattering of people, places and things, and asking them to share their first thoughts. Per the usual with these guys, they take every opportunity to dip their minds in the gutter.

Pauly D On Meeting Cancer Patient Dereck: 'He Was Just Like Me' [Video]

Not only is Pauly D charismatic and skilled behind the 1s and 2s, but dude's humble and understands that if it weren't for his supporters, he wouldn't be nearly as successful as he is today. During tonight's episode of "The Pauly D Project," the DJ had an opportunity to make a meaningful connection with one of his loyal fans. When his publicist, Amanda Ruisi, told him about a 15-year-old leukemia patient named Dereck, Pauly was more than on board to surprise-visit his home and spend some QT with him. After all, it's people like Dereck that have enabled Pauly to experience such fame and fortune.

The meet-and-greet was pretty special for both of them, and as a special thank you for his support, Pauly presented Dereck with scads of swag, from a variety of coveted T-Shirts to headphones from an exclusive line. In this clip from our latest "VIP Lounge," the mix-master opens up about the experience, noting how much Dereck reminded him of his younger self. "He was just like me," he shares with his bros. We can't get enough of seeing PD's sensitive side!

Ashley Tisdale, Demi Lovato Or New Boyz: Who Got 'Punkd' The Hardest?

In 2007, Ashley Tisdale served some hard time on "Punk'd" as The Girl Who Could Wake People From Comas, but at no point did the series' production team say that made her exempt from any future humiliation. So, when Nick Cannon was passed the guest-host baton this week, he figured he'd shoot for a repeat performance.

Ash and her friend, Phil, were headed to the bowling lanes when a guy jumped off the sidewalk to wash their windshield for some extra cash. The entrepreneur seemed insistent on getting the glass all squeaky clean, but ultimately disappeared behind the car when the pair waved him off. The friends finally re-hit the open road, but a few blocks back into their trip, Ash realized Phil had been dragging ~~something~~ someone under his car. Can you guess who it was? After crumbling under guilt and making several declarations that she was two steps away from puking, The Tis proved she was a good sport when Nick revealed himself, and she admitted she'd been double-duped.

Demi Catches Her Breath After Peeping A Poltergeist [Bonus Scene]

The sight of a fake-ghost (hmm, is there any other kind?) may have taken years off of Demi Lovato's life, but the pop star isn't above giving credit where credit's due. And for the actress behind the apparition, who brought Demi dangerously close to soiling herself, credit meant a "job well done" in the form of a "Punk'd" hug. Aww...

Demi sorts through the stages of PTSD in the Episode 6 bonus scene below. After she finally manages to catch her breath and lower her heart rate, host Nick Cannon describes how the crew used expertly placed mirrors and just the right lighting to project the image of a ghost inside a recording studio. "I can't believe you guys did that to me," the singer says after tricking Nick into thinking his prank was responsible for cracking her already-broken phone. Season 10 host potential...?

'Teen Mom' Star Farrah Abraham Delivers Sex Education [Video]

May is Teen Pregnancy Prevention Month, and young mothers from both "Teen Mom" and "16 and Pregnant" are doing their part to help drive awareness about the consequences of unprotected sex and realities of unplanned parenthood. Maci Bookout spoke candidly with MTV Act about missing out on her youth, and Mackenzie, Katie, Lindsey and Briana from Season 4 of "16 and Pregnant" are featured in a video encouraging peers to take responsibility for their futures.

In her Act interview, Maci addressed the misconception that she and other MTV teen moms lead glamorous lives--it's the complete opposite, which is why she continues to speak publicly about her personal experience and initiate conversations about contraceptive options. Farrah Abraham, who's getting ready to release a memoir entitled "My Teenage Dream Ended," regularly does the same. The chef and model recently filmed a sex education-style video, in which she delivers copious amounts of health information to her fans. From the importance of visiting the gynecologist to her own personal STD scare, the "Teen Mom" cast member runs through the A-Zs of intimacy, highlighting the impact that being comfortable with yourself--especially your anatomy--has on your well-being.

'The Pauly D Project' Poll: How Would The Boys Fare As Military Soldiers?

Although it required them to take a night off from their very demanding Vegas party circuit, the "Project" boys were super honored when Pauly was invited to DJ at an army base during last week's episode. The troops even included the crew in their training exercises, which involved an obstacle course, guns and grenades of a highly different variety.

Scaling walls and handling firearms is no easy task, and some of the guys performed better than others. Aside from JROC, who already logged his time in the Marines, do you think any of them would survive some serious time in the sand? After 10 Hours In Labor, Hope Undergoes A C-Section [Sneak Peek]

During many "16 and Pregnant" episodes, we get so caught up in the family drama, boyfriend problems and imminent financial hardship that we sometimes overlook the most painful thing about the entire experience: the delivery. Childbirth can be extraordinarily agonizing--we often hear these young girls request an epidural to numb the sensation--and in some instances, when the health of the mom and/or baby is compromised, surgery is required.

In this sneak peek of Tuesday's all-new episode, we meet expecting teen Hope. Her doctor isn't satisfied with the progress she's making after 10 hours of labor, so he suggests a C-section to get the baby out. Hope's mom cries when the physician says he wants to perform a cesarean, but the operation goes smoothly, and within minutes, Hope cradles the infant--a boy--in her arms.

Swizz Beatz Seeks Hip Hop Renaissance On 'POV' [Video]

There's no doubt about it--rapper/producer Swizz Beatz has really "made it," as "Hip Hop POV" host and longtime friend Bu Thiam pointed out in the show's recent interview segment. But for all of his success, the guy says he will not rest until he's done his part to encourage youth to harness their talents and embrace their inner-entrepreneurs.

In an online-exclusive extended version of the crew's chat, Swizz says he's bent on becoming a leader in what he hopes will amount to the new artistic awakening. "That's my goal in life: To be the Renaissance man for my generation," he tells Bu below. "We've got a lot of followers, but we don't have enough leaders...I wanted to set a blueprint that people can follow where you wanna design cars, you wanna design watches...there's a certain blueprint to those things." Equally as important to artistic development, he says? Doing your homework, and knowing about the brands and field you want to break into. Yup--sadly, take-home assignments don't stop with a cap and gown...

Well, Beau and Brett filled you in on the "when," and now, Jessica Lu and Jillian Rose Reed (better known as Ming and Tamara, respectively) are out to give you the "what." The "Awkward" stars recently hinted at what's to come from Season 2 (which premieres on June 28, lest you forget), and while we're still a ways away from knowing the whole story, Jessica assured Clevver TV of one thing that will surely put fans' minds at ease: Ming's fashion compulsion is still alive and well, and even rivals that of the "Gossip Girl" cast. Stepboys Leave A Big Footprint As They Walk Away From 'ABDC' [Video]

"ABDC" 7's crew of lovable comedians were cut from the competition tonight after a jaw-dropping, stunt-heavy performance fired up the judges and launched them into a heated debate over their choreography.

During the crew's four weeks in the ring, the always funny Stepboys made an undeniable impact on MTV audiences; love or hate them, no one will forget them. "As long as people are smiling and having a good time, we're winning," said four-eyed frontman Greg Saniatan at the start of the season. Given the grins we saw across the studio audience every time they hit the stage, we think it's safe to say they deserved a blue ribbon.

ABDC Insider host Layla Kayleigh Covino chatted with the eight Stepboys following the elimination, and in a rare moment of seriousness, the guys opened up about getting knocked out. Check out the interview here:
