Tonight's "True Life" explored the stories of two young people who were struggling with severe social anxiety. We had an opportunity to check in with them to find out how their lives have changed since filming wrapped -- take a look at the follow-up Q&As below.

NONIE SocialAnxietyNonie

Did participating in the show make you more aware that you had a diagnosable disorder?
I still don't feel that my disorder has been properly diagnosed, and the anxiety caused by social situations is only part of something deeper.

Do you think you're now more aware of how much social anxiety holds you back?
Being on the show definitely opened my eyes to the limitations my anxiety creates for me. It wasn't until actually telling my story out loud that I became aware of how unfulfilled my life has been.

Was the trade-off in stopping Paxil worth it?
There is no better or worse when I have Paxil operating in my system. My decision to stop taking the drug was not met with a consequence, I only reverted to my former self. Both states of being were unbearable, I just chose the one with which I am most familiar.

Where do you think you will be in five years?
I have to start from scratch, so I imagine in five years I will be living on my own and finishing school.

NiaLamp

Remember when we wondered whether Hurricane Nia was merely a blip on the radar? Yeah...that was dumb. On tonight's "Real World," the issues between the two biggest s**t-stirrers in the house came to a head, and Nia almost beat the living daylights out of Jordan, coming thisclose to smashing a lamp over his head. Yikes, aren't confrontations like this typically reserved for "The Challenge"?

In the MTV.com "Real World: After Show" clips below, Jordan and Nia may appear calmer than they did on the episode, but tensions still run high as they rehash the incidents that led to one of the most epic fights in "Real World" history. In the first clip, both parties explain how harsh words left a sour taste in each other's mouths -- for Nia, it was Jordan's incessant accusations that she was a gold digger; for Jordan, it was Nia'a cheap shots about his hand and manhood. Frankly, we think they were both wrong...very wrong. We all saw the outcome of their hateful jibes, and it's a miracle things didn't get so out of control that the show's producers needed to step in.

SnookiBynes

Amanda Bynes has a lot of bad-mouthers, but Snooki ain't one of 'em.

Amanda Bynes may have her Internet detractors, but she's got major support coming from where it really counts: Jersey. In a new Celebuzz video, Snooki gives big ups to the former Nickelodeon star, whose racy tweets and selfies have earned her plenty of critics as of late.

Never one to back down when confronted with a bully, the "Snooki & JWOWW" star had the following to say about Amanda: "She's comfortable with herself right now. No, she's not working, yeah, she's just strolling around the city doing whatever she wants, but...that's what she wants to do." Preach! While Snooks has come a long way since her days of living it up at the "Jersey Shore," transforming herself into a successful businesswoman and responsible mom, she definitely knows a thing or two about haters...like when to give them the middle finger. And this time, she's flipping the bird on behalf of someone else who maybe needs a few friends right now.

 DylanS3Shot

Dylan O'Brien plays the goofy best friend on "Teen Wolf" to a tee, and he couldn't be any cuter doing it, but it was pretty epic to see a whole different (i.e. SEX-AY, GUITAR-STRUMMING) side of the actor on last night's "New Girl." Has he been taking lady-killer lessons from Tyler and Tyler?

The flashback-heavy episode featured stories about how each main character lost their virginity, and Dylan played Jess' (Zooey Deschanel) '90s knight in shining armor, rescuing her from a bitter prom date with the simple use of an acoustic guitar, Lisa Loeb lyrics and undone tuxedo tie.

In the clip from the ep below, Dylan consoles a sulking Jess by playing a few bars of "Stay," which is the single greatest love song of all time (sorry, Celine Dion), and going in for a kiss. Unfortunately, her drag of a date interrupts the moment, and just as quickly as Dylan appears, he descends into the mist of the Red Roof Inn hallway, leaving behind only a trace of the tune's signature chorus. "Pretty In Pink," eat your heart out.

+ Check out the video, and let us know which kind of Dylan you like better: the brooding, mysterious musician or the quirky best friend!

ChelseaTeenPregnancyDay

If the beautiful weather, dwindling school days and seemingly endless hours of daylight haven't already convinced you that May is just the best, then maybe having a little fun for a great cause will help sweeten the deal. Today, May 1, is the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, an initiative that kicks off National Teen Pregnancy Prevention Month, which urges everyone to get informed and protect themselves if and when they choose to have sex.

Teen pregnancy has declined by almost 40 percent over the past 20 years, but we still have a long way to go. With nearly 3 in 10 teens becoming pregnant by age 20 in the United States, it's important for all of us to understand that there are some very real consequences -- both physical and emotional -- to the stuff we decide to do behind closed doors. The girls on "Teen Mom" have shown us time and time again that raising a child before you're ready changes your life completely, and opens you up to unforeseen struggles, such as relationship issues, custody battles, debt and, without fail, toddler tantrums that keep you from getting anywhere on time, if at all (we're looking at you, Aubree).

Chanel West Coast, Rob Dyrdek and Mac Miller get silly behind the scenes of "Ridiculousness."

Mac Miller and Ariana Grande have undeniable chemistry in their hit video, "The Way," but now that Mac's dispelled rumors of an IRL romance with the songstress, he's found another ridiculously cute musician to collab with. Chanel West Coast premiered the vid for her new single, "I Love Money," on hotnewhiphop.com today, and her "Most Dope" rapper pal makes a brief cameo in it. Guess Charlamagne Tha God's not the only MTV/MTV2 star Mac's willing to share camera time with!

In the video below, Mac and Chanel are seen chatting while walking down a hallway, and judging by the hip-shop star's familiar blue poncho, the scene was shot during his guest spot on "Ridiculousness." Three cheers for context clues! Rob Dyrdek can also be spotted supporting his blonde sidekick, which makes us wonder if a parade of MTV/MTV2 faces will become a recurring theme in Chanel's music videos. Think fashion bugs Lauren Conrad or Kristin Cavallari will pop up in "Karl Lagerfeld"? We'll find out soon, because the official video premieres this June. Stay tuned!

CoreyJeremy412

Not many young men possess as much maturity as Leah Calvert's ex-husband, Corey, and current husband, Jeremy. We've discussed how the girls have changed over the season, but this bonus scene from the "Teen Mom 2" finale illustrates how much the guys have evolved, as well. In it, Corey and Jeremy show that they've buried the hatchet to focus on what's most important: being there for the twins.

"I know I'm thankful that Ali has all of us," Leah says as the trio hangs out in the hospital waiting room. Amid this rather tumultuous and dramatic season, it's refreshing to see them push aside their relationship issues in light of Ali's medical condition. Corey, who has been thrown for loop after loop as Leah's moved on with her life, pleasantly surprises the couple with some kind words. "And I just really wanted to say thanks to you, for all the help you've done, too. I mean, it takes a lot of man to step up and take in two kids," he tells Jeremy, who insists it's no problem. It also takes a lot of man to accept his ex-wife's new husband into his life with open arms, so Cor, don't sell yourself short! You're all in this together.

StilesFunny

"Teen Wolf" Season 3 has many twists and turns in store, but one constant we can always rely on is that Stiles Stilinski will remain the same ol' goofball we've come to know and love. The Robin to Scott's Batman, Stiles has been a loyal friend to many across two seasons, and in the video package below, the cast can't help but smile as they think back on all of his neck-jerking, vending machine-tipping follies. Being a liability is fun!

"I forget about him sometimes," Holland Roden jokes. "I think that most people do." Sorry, Holland, but not us! Stiles has made quite an impact on Beacon Hills and beyond, and for new cast member Adelaide Kane, his personality is a key element to the show's success. "With all the supernatural craziness, you really do need somebody who's kind of goofy," the actress who's set to play Cora says. Dylan O'Brien, on the other hand, thinks Stiles' appeal is that you just can't shake him.

"I like to look as Stiles as being like the best friend that I always wanted," he says. "He's like having a dog by your side. He's always there for you even if you forget to feed him."

Check out the video, and hang tight -- "Teen Wolf" is only ONE MONTH away!

vinny_baby

You can learn so much about a person by spending time with their mother, especially when their mother has kept -- and is eager to share -- every single report card, participation certificate, arts-and-crafts project, blue ribbon etc. etc. etc. accumulated by her child since his birth. "[He] was always creative and talented," Paola Guadagnino says of her son's early years during the illuminating show-and-tell video below. Vinny, naturally, is mortified.

Whether she's displaying his first sixth-place horseback riding awards (yes, he wore leggings), Kindergarten diploma (he graduated with a "Bachelor of Rhymes" degree) or Dior communion cufflinks, Vinny's ma beams with pride. Well, until she realizes that the t-shirt he designed for the American Cancer Society features babies smoking cigarettes. "It's terrible, actually," Paola remarks, then quickly shifts the subject to his high school honor roll status. There's nothing like a mother's love...

Noteworthy fact: Vinny rode horses English style, not Western. You'll hear, it's an important distinction.

Check out the video, and make sure to tune in for the series premiere of "The Show with Vinny" this Thursday at 10/9!

Whether it's why you should love your boobs or why you should not cut your own bangs, MTV's "Girl Code" delivers fresh insight about all-too-familiar topics, and is sure to sometimes have its female viewers fervently nodding their heads while mouthing to the television screen, "Yessss, exactllllly!!!" Oprah calls that kind of catharsis an "aha! moment," which sounds like a positive thing, so we're highlighting a different part of the show each week that made us feel like maybe, just maybe, we're not the loner freaks we originally assumed. Take a look at the latest below.

"Who just lets that s**t ferment in the toilet bowl?! It is disgusting! We are ladies! CLEAN IT UP!" - Alesha Renee

They don't call it the porcelain palace for nothing, ladies. The public restroom at any bar, club or restaurant should be our sanctuary, not a war zone in which we're left scrounging for that one stall that doesn't look like someone's bladder or bowels spontaneously combusted inside of it. While we've all rolled our eyes at that super annoying phrase plastered on the dorm bathroom door, "If you sprinkle while you tinkle, be a sweetie and wipe the seatie!" your RA kiiiinda has a point. In the words of Nicole Byer, "Here's a tip: F**king be clean!"

We're pretty sure there could be an entire episode devoted to bathroom "Code" violations, but the clip below does a pretty good job of summing up everything wrong with non-team players. "TELL ME IF THERE'S NO TOILET PAPER!" Shalyah Evans screams with the kind of passion that leads us to believe she's been burned on the girls' room front one too many times. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned mid-pee.
