Last week's episode of Pageant Place can pretty much be summed up in 4 words: Katie and Josh, over. Katie flew to Pasadena to crown the new Miss Teen USA, and she starts the new phase of her career by dropping approximately 180 pounds of bad attitude, disrespect, and insensitivity. Last week we learn that the main duty of beauty queens is to judge other beauty queens. Whether its official (Riyo judging the Miss Indonesia pageant; Rachel judging the Turks and Caicos pageant) or unofficial (Rachel judging Katie; Rachel and Katie judging Tara), these queens are experts at throwing stones in glass houses. They could sit around all day wearing their crowns and brushing each other’s hair while gossiping about boys. Wouldn’t that be great? Well, lucky for all of us, Donald Trump has made this a reality with Pageant Place. “I hope these girls can get along,†he says, “but in my experience they never do.†Let’s hope!...

Just when you begin to think that reality shows are over and that there are no more original unscripted programming left to be developed, in walks Donald Trump with a platter of four smiling beauty queens sharpening their claws and ready to scratch each other’s eyes out for our amusement. Thank you Mr. Trump...
