Bryson Gilreath's love triangle with Liz Lee was the least of his worries yesterday afternoon. The "My Life As Liz" cast member was caught in the middle of the Occupy Houston movement's disbandment, where many protesters were arrested by law enforcement. In the middle of all the action, he took to Twitter to share his observations.
"We're literally being followed by a police helicopter on the way to the Houston port," Gilreath tweeted. "This is spooky, guys." He went on to document city police lowering tents over protesters to hide their arrests, and said that officers were stomping on demonstrators with horses and using the animals' heads to force the crowd into submission.
According to the Houston Chronicle, 20 people were arrested for trying to block a commercial port in Houston. Police said that those who were arrested were taken into custody for blocking public roadways.
The last thing Bryson wrote was "Department of Homeland Security shows up to Occupy Houston..." and we haven't heard from him since. We hope he's doing OK! Below, check out some of the photos he posted with his commentary.

Liz Lee should never stray from her signature T-Shirt and jeans motif--she's one of the only girls we know that can make an oversize "Goofy" top look outstandingly cool (who wants to deal with a frilly dress wardrobe malfunction anyway?). The "My Life As Liz" castie's casual style doesn't just appeal to us either. In fact, it just earned her a spot in up-and-coming artist Blood Orange's "Champagne Coast" video.
The Texan export played up her Brooklyn persona alongside former MTV host Alexa Chung for the British composer's new single. So that not a single denim jacket or ironic accessory would go unnoticed, V Magazine was on hand to catch the two lounging on amplifiers and looking perfectly gloomy.
Check out some photos from the shoot below and keep your eyes peeled for the "Champagne Coast" video soon!

Liz Lee adds subtle touches of silver, red and geeky hipster to the VMA black carpet.
When life hands you lemons, Kreayshawn will tell millions of people you ripped your dress by passing gas. So you might opt to stay away from her.
"My Life As Liz" star Liz Lee fessed up to an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction at last night's Video Music Awards, and rather than play nice and let it slide, Red Carpet Report host Kreayshawn out-awkwarded the Texas-bred supergeek by chalking up the hole in her fabric's backside to an explosive fart. This might be the standalone time someone hoped they could settle in the nosebleed section.
Take a look at Liz and her buddies of Waves discussing the finest in minimalist fashion and their big after-party goals, mainly, getting high and eating a frozen pizza. SOMEONE HAVE THE AUTHORITIES ON STANDBY.

When we first watched the red carpet interview below of lively fashion darling Christian Siriano talking to "My Life As Liz" starlet Liz Lee at last night's 2011 MTV Movie Awards, we thought the girl went rogue and chopped her hair off into an Emma Watson-like pixie cut. Upon closer inspection, we discovered that her trademark red locks were all still in tact. She did, however, dye delicate wisps of her 'do teal blue, which went perfectly with her artsy, intimidating rocker-chick look.
Check out this video clip from the big event, where the chic geek raves about her bad-ass Twenty Cluny leather dress and confesses that she still doesn't know how to walk in high heels. It's OK, Liz, we like you better in Chucks anyway.

After watching Sully pin himself inside the "friend zone" all season long--nay, for the past TWO seasons--it was a huge relief to see him bear his soul for his best friend on last night's season finale of "My Life As Liz." 'Course, he told Liz he lurved her only because he was ready to make things official with Marlene, but that didn't exactly work out.
Now that Sul's confessed his true feelings to Liz, do you think it's really possible for him to go back to being just her pal? Take the poll, then chime in and let us know if you've ever had a similar experience.

It's been a roller-coaster season filled with heated Bryson vs. Louis debates, and on tonight's "My Life as Liz" finale, fate stepped in to help along the decision-making process--Louis booked a three-month tour with Augustine and Sully accidentally let it rip that Bryson's in love with Liz (to which Bryson added, "I always have been."). But even with all this new information, something tells us that Liz is still confused.
Louis and Liz left things off with an agreement to be single and then see what happens when he gets back into town, but this sudden Bryson development may hinder plans for a romantic reunion between them. So once and for all we're asking you to share some advice with Liz: Should she try again with Bryson now that she 110 percent knows his true feelings, or should she remain single and possibly try to reconnect with Louis in a few months? Take the poll!

We wish we could say it ain't so--that tonight isn't the season finale of "My Life as Liz." But alas, we were hired to tell the whole truth and nuthin' but the truth here at Remote Control, and the plain fact is that Liz Lee and her costars are peacing out after tonight's episode.
As a small condolence, Liz, Louis, Jordan and Taylor will be stopping by our studio tonight at 11:30 p.m. ET to talk LIVE about the most memorable moments of Season 2 and answer your questions about what's next for them. Louis and Jordan's band, Augustine, will also perform! Check out the Season 2 finale sneak peek below, then tweet your Q's for the crew to @MTV with the hashtag #AskLiz.

Sully might be totally gaga over Marlene, but that'll never change the way he feels about his best friend Liz Lee. He's always gone above and beyond to keep her happy, so now that he's in New York to tell Marlene that he's digging her, he's concerned about how his bff will take the news.
Check out a sneak peek of the new episode below, where Sully brings in Bryson for a secret meeting of the minds. Sully's got a few ideas to help B-Man get LL back and ensure that she won't bat an eye over Marlene. Wonder how Louis will feel about about this plan...

It's so frickin' cute to see Sully interact with his comic book-loving crush, Marlene. On this week's episode of "My Life As Liz," the lovestruck dog walker realized that Skype calls weren't enough (and don't guarantee privacy, especially if your friends decide to jump on the call unannounced), so he decided to sell his belongings in order to go back to New York and see her.
Check out this bonus video, where he talks to his mom about his feelings for Marlene. Momsers has some advice for him, but it doesn't take long before she heads for the ole "birds and the bees" chat. Awk-ward!

Inspired by the heroism of her favorite comic characters, Liz Lee decided to stare danger in its face and volunteer her vocal skills on tonight's episode of "My Life As Liz." 'Course, as soon as she told Louis she'd sing with him, he invited her ex-crush Bryson to the show. Can life ever NOT be awkward for this girl?
Just as Liz thought her nerves were going to get the best of her, she threw on some hoop earrings, gazed into Louis' dreamy eyes and wowed the crowd with her enchanting voice.
Did Liz nail her performance, or did it fall short? Take the poll and tell us whether you think she's got true rock star potential!
