SoReal Cru have been moving non-stop since the start of Season 2 — in fact, they’re the only crew taking part in Saturday’s dance-off that hasn’t had a break. Hear what the guys have in store for their fans after this final bonus showdown…

One of America’s favorite crews from Season One, Break Sk8, is back in LA for one more shot at glory. They’ve been rehearsing all week — along with Fanny Pak, SoReal Cru, Kaba Modern and Status Quo — for a chance to perform live at the VMA’s on September 7.

When these shows merge on Sunday, September 14, Marie will get tips from Fanny Pak and other Season 2 crews on how to add a little spring to her step. But can rhythm be learned? Hands down, it’s been the coolest week of the competition for all the crews. They’ve enjoyed every minute of collaborating for their regional dance routines. A nice break from the same ole same ole.

I watched A.S.I.I.D. rehearse with XDF today, and I gotta admit, I was really impressed with how good they looked. In the vid below, check out all the crews back together again, and tell us: which region do you think will rip it the hardest tonight?

Watching Super Cr3w and SoReal Cru rehearse together this morning was sick! You really have to pat these final two crews on the back for all the hard work they’ve been putting in — while all the other crews came back to L.A. well rested, Super Cr3w and SoReal Cru haven’t had a moment to breathe, let alone sleep.

We tip our hats to both of you… top hats in this case.

The girls of SassX7 are all back together after a nice and welcomed break from each other. They told us that they were thrilled to learn how many lives they had touched with their dancing — something they didn’t realize until they flew back home to their native New Jersey.

Now that they’re back on ABDC for one final performance, the all-female crew is excited to soak in the new styles of Phresh Select and Boogie Bots for their regional number and have another shot at showing America what they’re capable of doing on stage.

This week has been a little confusing — well, just for Fanny Pak. It seems they didn’t get the memo (”You’re eliminated”) and showed up to rehearse their final challenge.
