Getting sick on The Ruins isn't exactly ideal. There's no one to bring you chicken soup or tea with honey, no one to fluff your pillows and no one to hand you the remote control (or the latest issue of Newsweek Cosmopolitan) and say "Now, you just concentrate on getting better." Nope, if you get the flu in Thailand, you're officially up shiz creek. Unless, of course, you happen to like being waited on by Nurse Kenny, Johnny the (Dis)Orderly and a room full of drunken idiots. Get a glimpse of Evan's hands-on medical "treatment" and keep your fingers crossed for a speedy recovery. Looks like this patient's gonna need it...

STDs are no laughing matter -- but if you're gonna talk S-E-X in Casa de Ruins, you'd better be prepared for a few good zingers. Natch, Sarah was being 100% serious when she told the girls she's "terrified of getting anything," but that didn't stop them from firing off the one-liners (Susie: Well, you're in the wrong house," Casey: "Don't ever share anything with Tonya"). Bu-dum-bum, ching! Kenny's not JUST Evan's sidekick, Johanna's former hookup and Sarah's (unrequited?!) man-crush. Over the years, we've seen him rock the gold chains, the slicked-back hair and slip the ladies the old "How YOU doin'"? a time or two, and now we're getting to see another side of his Armpit State heritage: a good old-fashioned game of Pass The Salami! Casey isn't good at "winning Challenges." She doesn't "run fast," or "score a lot of points." She's not a "team player" or even someone you'd really "want in the game." But one thing Casey's got going for her ('sides those adorable dimples) is her amazing sense of humor.

Sure, Cohutta's a little on the scrawny side, but there's another reason Wes wanted to take him out last week: the dude's CLEARLY still got a thing for KellyAnne!
