Thanks to tonight's My Life As Liz cliffhanger (argh!), we'll have to wait a whole 'nother week before we get to see Liz take on Cori and her loyal minions. Worse? We still have no idea how much Liz does, or doesn't, suck. For all we know, Ms. Revenge of the Nerds plans to bust a rhyme, get up there and yodel -- or, worse, sing something by Ke$ha -- and the bonus clip below of her "songwriting" workshop isn't exactly doing wonders for our confidence. Think we're exaggerating? Check out this deleted scene from Episode 3 of My Life As Liz and find out what Katie Couric, the Loch Ness Monster and bears all DON'T have to do with winning the school talent show ....

Amber and Gary have been trying to work things out for a while now, but last week, Amber decided the time had come for her -- and Leah -- to move out on their own. So what gave her the push she needed to pack her bags and go? Well, while her main motivation was Leah (Amber hated the idea of fighting in front of her daughter), Amber insists none of it would have been possible without government assistance. Watch Amber walk Teen Mom After Show host SuChin Pak through the process of asking for help, and explain why getting that apartment made her feel "amazing" for the first time in months.

Teen Mom's Farrah never thought she'd spend this long living under her parents' roof -- but moving out isn't the easiest thing in the world once you factor in baby Sophia. After checking out some small (and overcrowded) apartments last week, Farrah came back with a newfound appreciation for her mom's digs -- and the realization that there's no place like home. 'Course, like most major breakthroughs, this one took a little time. Before she was brimming over with gratitude (and thanking her mom for all her help), Farrah was ranting, raving and insisting she could NEVER live at home. Check out this deleted scene from Episode 7 of Teen Mom, and watch as Farrah takes a moment to vent her frustrations to her old pal, Alli.

+ BONUS: Hear Farrah talk more about her struggle to live a (somewhat) "normal" life on last week's Teen Mom After Show.

Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari recently admitted they have a soft spot for Jersey Shore. And while Whitney Port's no stranger to Seaside Heights herself (she told her Twit fam Vinny's her fave cast member), she's even more excited about MTV's newest show: The Buried Life.

"This past week I had the opportunity to meet and hang out with the boys from The Buried Life. Ben, Dave, Jonnie, and Duncan," the City star wrote on her website. "They are so sweet and beyond ambitious. I am so excited to watch [their show]! They have me thinking about my own bucket list!"

(Hey, us, too!)

Glad to see you're so on board with The B. Life, Whit. If you ever want a job blogging 'bout the show, let us know! Just please, please promise you'll stay away from our boyfriend, BenDaveJonnieDuncan. (Sorry, lady -- he's taken!)

It's been a busy week so far for Stephanie Pratt. Like Lo Bosworth, she doesn't mind a few raindrops (or dark, ominous-looking storm clouds), so she spent the beginning of it breaking in her winter boots, having playdates with Audrina Patridge and dreaming about Pauly D. And what'd the Hillzie do yesterday? Oh, you know, the usual -- she bought some long undies, spent some QT with Frankie Delgado ... and found out Shanna Moakler had (accidentally) stolen her ride!

"Omg the valet gave away my car! This can't be happening!" Steph tweeted last night, around 3am L.A. time. Fortch, it didn't take Shanna long to realize she'd mistakenly driven off in the Prattmobile. Within an hour, the girls were already chatting away (on Twitter, where else?) and discussing how quickly they could arrange a swap.

Real World: D.C. airs Wednesdays at 10pm, but you don’t have to wait ’til then to check out the raw footage. Every day, we’ll be sifting through the ‘Real World Dailies‘ to make sure you’re getting your fill of the D.C. crew. (Tough job, we know, but hey — someone’s gotta do it!)

Emily, Ty, Andrew and Callie helped us break down Ashley and Mike's love-hate relationship -- she loves, he hates -- and now Josh is ready to weigh in with his two cents. Strangely, Josh, who's said next-to-nothing so far (but looks to have a larger, Lothario-type role in next week's episode!) seems to think he's partially responsible for Ashley's off-the-wall comments. This, however, does not stop him from casually throwing around the word "bitch." Hear the hot rocker dude explain why he's on Mike's side, then watch him go off on a nonsensical rant about something or other. Ladies and gentleman, he speaks!
