Whitney Port worked her hustle muscle during tonight's episode of "The City." The aspiring fashion designer headed to Miami (Whitney Eve collection in hand and Roxy in tow) to woo buyers with a fashion show at Gen Art's Annual Fresh Faces in Fashion event (R.I.P. Gen Art! The company went out of business last month). While backstage it looked like the show would turn out catastrophic -- model stealing, competitive designers and giggly management -- Whitney put on her game face and did what she set out to do: deliver a good show. By the end, Miami buyers seemed interested, which is great for her line. (Because behind-the-scenes drama doesn't seem to matter as soon as the money starts rolling in!)

Audrina Patridge has a real knack for dressing for the occasion. While last week we saw her play up the rocker-girl look at The Viper Room, this week she took on motorcycle-chic to visit Justin Bobby at Los Angeles bike shop Lindibilt Customs. 'Drina's outfit consisted of a gray top and black cardigan, which she paired with denim cutoffs and brown leather motorcycle boots. Alas, a "Hills" endorsement for the mixing of winter and summer clothes!

Thing is, whenever we see the shorts-plus-boots combo, we think about how ignored the legs must feel, left out there to deal with the elements, idling between keeping cool and staying warm. Not that fashion's known for being practical.

+ You tell us: What are your thoughts on mixing shorts and boots? Take the poll!

In MTV's new scripted series "The Hard Times of RJ Berger," its leading man is hopelessly whipped on fellow classmate Jenny Swanson. But while Jenny's beauty and charm are what make RJ swoon, she captured our attention for a whole different reason: her Girl Next Door style. Let's discuss her signature accessories ...

The Fashionable Book Bag. When we first met Jenny, she was in the cafeteria, toting a canvas carryall with brown leather accents. The bag looked like it could fit a whole locker's worth of stuff, which is definitely useful if you don't have time to make midday pit stops. And we really like how it complemented her pastel plaid shirtdress. But wait! Does this mean backpacks are for suckers? Because that would suck.

The "Gossip Girl" Headband. Later in the episode, at the pool party, Jenny approached RJ wearing a coral bikini with a button-down shirt as a cover-up. Where were her Soffee shorts? Doesn't everyone wear those to the pool? No? They wear menswear-inspired tops? Oh. Anyway, she changed the look of her hair with a really simple addition: a great headband. It wasn't too over-the-top, and it's a style you can do in under a minute. Blair Waldorf would definitely approve!

The Butterfly. Looks like we've got a signature necklace here! Every time we saw Jenny, she was sporting a silver chain with a butterfly charm on it. Maybe this will be a new sweeping trend across the nation, and every girl will rock a butterfly necklace, because butterflies are suddenly cool again. Or not. 'Tis too early to tell.

+ Which of Jenny's accessories was your favorite -- the bag, headband or necklace? Tell us in the comments!

Last night on "The Hills," Lo and Stephanie tagged along with Audrina as she popped by The Viper Room to scope out bands for Epic Records. But when the trio showed up, we were more interested in their rock-show outfits than the rock show itself. Between the three of them, who had the best Sunset Strip style? Let's discuss ...

Lo outfitted herself in a floral top made of sparkly sequins, a daring choice considering its lack of headbanger appeal. Plus, sequins can really make a girl sweat, especially in an overcrowded, overheated venue! At least her shimmery shirt served a practical purpose -- she remained highly visible in a dark room.

Stephanie played it conservative by wearing a banana-yellow tank and black blazer, which she paired with gray pants and double platform black heels. Since the outfit she wore to go shopping at the Anya Hindmarch store earlier in the episode revealed more skin than that, we were a little surprised by its simplicity. Audrina, however, played up her definitive rocker-chick look. With knee-high suede boots, a high-waist black skirt and a gray cropped T-shirt with a tiger print, she was the only one of the pack that looked like she was out to hear some live music. Perhaps that's why the hot drummer (aka Justin Bobby) was paying her so much attention?

+ Regardless of whether all the girls met the dress code, we want to know: Whose outfit did you like the best? Sound off in the comments, plus tell us what you would wear to a place like The Viper Room!

On last night's episode of "The City," the editors at Glamour magazine challenged Whitney to create an outfit using only pieces under $100 to complement a skirt from her own Whitney Eve line. The final look can be seen in this month's Glamour issue (on page 96 to be exact). Her picks are actually cute -- girly, feminine and totally Whitney. We particularly like the Sondra Roberts studded lilac crossbody bag ($75). Just last week, we spotted Whit wearing a similar style at the NYLON Young Hollywood party. Clearly, crossbody bags with long chains must be one of her new faves.

On last night's episode of "The Hills," Lo and her boyfriend Scott (finally, his first appearance!) set Stephanie up on a blind date with one of Scott's lacrosse friends, Max. During dinner, Steph's new man revealed that other than being an athlete, he helps out Scott's clothing company, Adrenaline Apparel. And it's true -- he modeled for the company. Like, legitimately.

Adrenaline Apparel featured Max in its 2009 photo shoot, which you can see below. Just look at how hard he's working for the camera. He even managed to point his toes. Well, on one foot at least.

On tonight’s episode of "The City," Whitney enlisted the help of French photographer Jonathan Alpeyrie to shoot the lookbook for her fall 2010 Whitney Eve collection. We were lucky enough to snag a copy of the lookbook and see the final results of their team effort. Applause is in order! The clothes are shot so you can actually see them. We picked our top six favorites from the 26-piece collection: a range of flirty looks and metallic pieces. Check them out below.

The collection, which Whitney said was inspired by the New York-Meets-L.A. mentality (how fitting!), includes a variety of flirty, feminine looks, from a double-breasted lemon-yellow blazer to pastel lace dresses to a purple silk floor-length dress. The accessories are by Lulu Frost and Bing Bang, and the shoes are by Madison Harding, Giuseppe Zanotti and Montana Rader.

We’re particularly fond of the attention-grabbing metallic pieces, like sequin shorts and copper dresses, and -- our absolute favorite -- bright gold pants. You know, for the days you want to walk around looking like a shiny Oscar statue.
