With tensions mounting inside her mom's home on tonight's episode of "Teen Mom 2," Jenelle knew she needed to make a change. An offer from her friend Tori couldn't have come at a better time, and the young mother moved out almost immediately. While it required her to leave Jace behind, living with Barbara was becoming way too stressful, especially since she'd been forced to stop smoking pot.

Jenelle may have been struggling with her reliance on marijuana, but she exhibited some remarkable strength when Kieffer sent her a Facebook message stating how much he missed her. She was in no mood to jump back into his arms, and in the below clip from this week's "Teen Mom 2 After Show," Jenelle explains her emotional shift. "It's the same cycle over and over, so now it's getting old," Jenelle says about Kieffer's attempt to reel her back in. "Now when he breaks up with me, I'm like, 'whatever.' "

Unfortunately, sometimes the power of Facebook gets in the way of moving on from a relationship entirely. Check out the video to hear Jenelle and some of the other young mothers in the room discuss the times they attempted (and failed) to deactivate their accounts indefinitely, then sound off in the comments if you've ever had a similar social media experience.

Back on "Cutthroat," Camila put a huge target on her back and made herself a team outcast when she couldn't resist the charm of her then-opponent Johnny. Everyone assumed he was just using her like a chess piece, and even though she was attracted to him, ol' JB kept her at a distance because of his girlfriend back home. Well, guess what? Now he's single, and they're paired up on "Battle of the Exes"! So will the Chiquita finally get a peek of his Bananas?

In our exclusive interview with the team, Jomila talk about their hookup prospects. They dance around the subject of getting together and claim to be just buddies (he considers her a friend that knows how to make him laugh; she blushes while he compliments her), deflecting the big question by talking about the rest of the house. Whatever, we totally spy sexual tension. Don't you?

Rachel and Aneesa's love affair ended more than seven years ago, but the dust didn't settle until after the remains of their love vessel exploded on "The Duel 2." Back then, 'Neesa's broken heart got the best of her and she tried to break up Rachel and Jenn (this was when Jenn was a faux-lesbian). Fortch, it seems the two have worked out all of their differences, which is great given that they're paired up together for "Battle of the Exes."

Rachel says she and her teammate are, in fact, really close--Aneesa's actually friends with Rachel's current girlfriend! But that doesn't mean we shouldn't expect to catch one of these girls engaged in a steamy makeout sesh this time around. According to Aneesa, there's one housemate she'd actually hook up with. You'll have to watch the exclusive interview below to find out who she's got her eye on.

When the "Jersey Shore" world travelers set foot on American soil during the series' Season 5 premiere, they were ecstatic. It meant getting back into their neglected GTL routines and doing what they do best--sleeping the day away. And even though Snooki and Mike continue to be at odds with one another over their alleged hookup, they certainly know how to let the drama fall to the side when it comes to figuring out ways to avoid doing actual work.

In a bonus scene from last week's episode, Snooki, Mike and Ronnie drag their feet back to the Shore Store, where their boss is cheerily waiting for them (why Danny still expects productivity out of his employees is beyond us--Mike once took a nap inside the dressing room while he was on the clock.) After a few minutes slanging T-shirts, Snooki and Mike bail and go hit up the boardwalk. It's nice to see them hanging out, even if it's just for a little.

While they were at work not working, the rest of the house was out trying to put some pep back in Vinny's step. In the second bonus scene below, Pauly D shoots some hoops with his bestie to snap him out of his funk. It doesn't work, but it's still pretty great that everyone's acting like a fam.

We may have thought "Duster" was a cute couple name for "Battle of the Exes" teammates Heather and Dustin, but earlier this week, Dustin tweeted his own suggestion: "Team Ken and Barbie." (Hmm, isn't that selling themselves a little short?) The beautiful couple's old chums and fellow "Challenge" competitors Leroy and Naomi sealed their alias long ago (Leomi!), but their jealousy issues seem far from straightened out. Naomi took to Twitter to stake her claim and ensure that no one else in the house--or perhaps in the world--hits on her partner. Leroy, of course, is only focused on the money. That sounds like a problem in the making, which means we are definitely tuning in come Jan. 25.

Elsewhere, "San Diego" alum Ashley (of Team ZAshley) was rooting for none other than Pauly D, who met Seaside's most guilt-trodden klepto on Thursday night's "Jersey Shore." The jury's still out on why the jewelry thief returned the goods, but Ash agrees with the DJ on one thing: Girl definitely didn't need her shoes!

MTV's original tastemakers in 1983.

Ever wondered why our name is Remote Control? Aside from the obvious play on words, there's actually another, more important reason. In the '80s, MTV regularly aired a super-rad game show, which, along with "Club MTV," was one of the network's first series. "Remote Control" ran for three seasons (1987-1990) and was hosted by Ken Ober, who passed away in 2009, and showcased young comedic talent such as Adam Sandler. It was pretty groundbreaking for the network to introduce non-music video programming, and without the show, this blog may have never existed. (Or maybe it just would've been called MTV Show Blog.)

Anywho, what's the whole point of this trip down memory lane? We just learned from the Associated Press that four of our original veejays scored a book deal, and it totally fired us up to get you (re)acquainted with MTV's heyday.

Nina Blackwood, Mark Goodman, Alan Hunter and Martha Quinn are signed up to write "an 'uncensored' oral history of the music channel," the AP reported. "The veejays will talk about everything from partying with Van Halen to a disastrous 'Paint the Mutha Pink' contest with 'Pink Houses' singer John Cougar Mellencamp." Since you might not remember some of these innovators--or have absolutely no clue who they are--we posted a throwback video and put together a mini cheat sheet to get you pumped for the book's release. Check it out:

'Pants' star Jordan Carlos shows me and colleague Brandon Freeberg his Dizzy Gillespie impression.

Last night, while the rest of Team Remote Control was live-tweeting Episode 2 of "Jersey Shore," I ventured over to Brooklyn for night one of a three-part "Pants" celebration. "I Just Want My Pants Back," MTV's new hyper-hipster series about Jason Strider and his irreverent friends trying to survive in New York City (sigh, aren't we all?), premieres on Feb. 2 at 11/10c, and to help promote the new show, the network took over Williamsburg's gritty performance space, Public Assembly.

The doors to the mini-warehouse opened at 8 p.m. sharp, and by 8:20, the locals had filled the venue and nonchalantly assumed their spots at the cocktail area, quickly depleting the open bar of all its openness. Some bit the bullet and paid for their PBRs; others stayed dry and ventured over to the photo booth, where Nicky Digital snapped portraits of friends happily holding a chalkboard with the #IJustWant hashtag emblazoned on the top.

If you're interested in getting a chance to hobnob with the cast during the next two parties, keep your eyes glued to @MTVPants for more deets. We might see you in line!

Hope all these guys got in!

If you don't remember the days when beefcake Mark and outspoken Robin were an item, it might be because their tryst was short-lived. They met on "Battle Of The Sexes 2," where he eventually took the bronze with then-partner (and now opponent) Aneesa, and while Mark and Robin have gone their separate ways since then, they've been paired up on this steamy season of "The Challenge." So are there still feelings there, or has this duo totally moved on?

In our exclusive interview below, the former lovebirds disagree about the details of their past (Robin seems to think they lived together at one point, but he's not so sure), as well as their chances on "Exes." Even though Mark hasn't competed since "The Duel 2," he's in great shape and is banking on one little factor to help them do well. Robyn’s lost her voice, which means she can’t get into any (more) verbal confrontations. Hey, whatever works.

Season 5 of "Jersey Shore" has introduced us all to a new side of Vinny. The typically happy-go-lucky cast member has always been calm and levelheaded, but as we saw during last night's episode, his anxiety became unmanageable and he had no choice but to depart Seaside earlier than expected. In our special "Jersey Shore Hook-Up with Vinny," he spoke openly about having chronic anxiety and what he was experiencing when he left the house. Many fans felt strongly about his big reveal--here's what some of you said on Remote Control and Facebook:

Remote Control:
"Vinny taught me something tonight, I have wrestled with anxiety for over 5 years now. I am going to take steps in recovering and ask for help. This episode really was amazing and taught me about myself. I know exactly what Vinny was going through--everything around you just suffocates you and you feel isolated." -- IamAwesome247

"People are weirdos. The more you have, the more emotional issues you have?? That's crazy. Vinny seems to have a loving, supportive family, friends, etc. And he has anxiety? I'm sorry, I'm not buying it. People make up excuses for everything. It's crap." -- TooReal4Ya

"I really felt Vinny's talk about anxiety was extremely important as well as helpful. It really touched me....as I'm going through the same kind of thing. Him discussing this issue makes you feel like you're not alone...at least for me. I appreciate his honesty and courage to even consider talking about it." -- Sweet Like Candy?

"To all you d***heads that said he should of stayed, you are ******. If someone has a mental issue big or small, you still need to get help! Just cause he's making millions doesn't mean he's happy." -- Kendall

Once Kieffer found out that Jenelle saw her ex-boyfriend while he was in jail, his jealousy got the best of him and he said he didn't want to be in a relationship anymore. He completely ignored Jenelle at first, but when he finally came over her place to talk, things got ugly. Following her breakdown outside, Facebook fans of the series jumped online to share their thoughts about her temper. Here's a sprinkling of the insight some of them shared:

"My advice to both is to get away from each other and take anger management classes. I have never lost my temper like that." -- Cindy

"Jenelle, listen to your mom. She's right. It may seem to you as if she's not right, but if you take a chance to listen to her advice, then later you will be very glad you took a chance to listen to her. Change your life." -- Bridgit
