AnaSadAndLonely

Though Anastasia and Averey were two peas in a girly pod on the latest "Real World," Averey's friendship might be starting to fall short for Bird. And though A&A edged out Jessica, causing tension between the girls, in this sneak peek of the next episode, it's Jess -- of all people -- who comforts Ana after a thoughtless comment from Marlon brings her to tears. Perhaps Bird might want to rethink her whole anti-Jess crusade...

"I just think people here really don't give a f**k," Ana explains after Jess asks her what's wrong. The problem is, Bird's spent the majority of her time in Portland trying hard to get to know her housemates, so when Marlon couldn't bother to remember Bird's boyfriend's name -- who she yammers on about endlessly -- she felt like the effort to learn about one another was something only she took seriously. "Well I don't want you to think I don't care," Jessica says, trying to comfort her. "I'm here if you need me."

Poor Ana...did she not get the memo that one of the hardest things to do on reality TV is make friends?

When it's your job to kick back on camera with celebs, having your family around the office 24/7 could get annoying, but for Vinny Guadagnino, it just makes for more interview cannon fodder...and a ton of laughs.

Paola and Uncle Nino tagged along to Vin's first offsite interview on last night's "Show with Vinny," where he met up with "Pain And Gain" stars Anthony Mackie and Mark Wahlberg at a gym, and when Nino tried to mess around with the jacked superstars, Mark gave the OG a dose of his own medicine, eventually rendering him speechless. Who knew it was possible?

In the clip below, Mark and Nino get to ball-busting as everyone tastes Mark's new protein drink, Marked. Nino takes a whiff before he sips: "It smells like s**t, but it tastes delicious," he says. "It's gonna make you take a s**t," Mark fires back. "Thank God you got your diaper on."

The two go shot-for-shot for a bit longer, until finally Nino surrenders. "Ahhh, get the f**k outta here," he says, effectively shutting down the smack talk.

MarthaLaurenConrad

Lauren Conrad and her inspiration, Martha Stewart.

Jane of all Trades, Lauren Conrad, just checked off another item on her master to-do list for reaching home decor world domination: collaborate with the queen of the crafting mafia, Martha Stewart. Earlier this week, LC announced on her website that for the next four weeks, she'll be guest-pinning (that's a thing now, eh?) for the Martha Stewart Living Pinterest page. We know our #DIY chica will do her best to impress the Don.

We've been calling the former "Hills" star the next coming of Martha for some time now, and in her blog post about her month-long dream partnership, she mentions that she's "drawn a lot of inspiration" from Martha's career. It definitely shows in her own brand! Though LC's only two days into her gig, she's already pinning up a storm, focusing on al fresco entertaining -- just in time for summer. Her pins range from recipes to party ideas, and each one is cuter than the next, like this great idea for turning boring ol' watermelon wedges into sailboats.

Now that Lauren's finally working with Martha, what's next? Joining Match.com? We don't think her boyf, William Tell, would like that very much, so hopefully she'll just stick to modeling her career, and not her love life, after Martha's.

NiaGettingFired

Paging Nia's sense of entitlement, your table at Pizza Schmizza is ready! Tonight on "Real World," Hurricane Nia blew her winds away from the Portland loft, for once, and laid into the housemates' manager, Brett, after she fired her for not showing up to work (even though she was told by another employee that she wasn't on the schedule). Nia would never let someone other than herself have the last word, so instead of enjoying the fact that she was no longer tied to a job she hated, she all but cussed out her old bosses and told them they'd never amount to anything. Stay classy!

In the MTV.com "Real World" After Show clip below, Nia defends her rude behavior by blaming the whole incident on Jordan tainting Brett's view of her before she was even interviewed. "So you're not firing me because I did poor quality or anything like that, you're firing me because you have this already f**ked up impression of me from before I even started," Nia says of Brett's impulse move. Hmmm, so those super-long smoke breaks and not knowing the table numbers had absolutely nothing to do with it? We kid, we kid. Kind of.

+ Nia's out of a job, but do you feel bad for her? Watch the video to hear her side of the story, then take the poll and tell us if you think she deserved the axe!

IsaacTeethCleaning

Not even an ounce of fear on Isaac's face.

Most kids (hell, most adults) will do anything to avoid a trip to the dentist (including screaming for their lives), but not Kailyn Lowry's son! The "Teen Mom 2" tot clearly takes after his brace-faced mom in the courage department. Yesterday, Kail brought Isaac to the dental office she works at, and while we're not sure if he was given a head's up about the cleaning appointment, the wee one certainly put on a brave face.

It's too hard to tell whether that's Kail sporting the protective glasses in the pic, but it's quite possible she's Isaac's hygienist considering her recent graduation from dental school. Big ups to Kail for not only fulfilling her dream, but making sure her son receives the biggest perk of her job: sparkly choppers! While we're sure 3-year-old Isaac would probably enjoy the benefits of being the offspring of the Power Ranger he's clutching (Take Your Mini-Ranger to Work Day would be a blast) more than getting teeth cleanings at Mommy's office, he seems pretty content in that reclining chair. Just remember to floss, kid.

Whether it's why you should love your boobs or why you should not cut your own bangs, MTV's "Girl Code" delivers fresh insight about all-too-familiar topics, and is sure to sometimes have its female viewers fervently nodding their heads while mouthing to the television screen, "Yessss, exactllllly!!!" Oprah calls that kind of catharsis an "aha! moment," which sounds like a positive thing, so we're highlighting a different part of the show each week that made us feel like maybe, just maybe, we're not the loner freaks we originally assumed. Take a look at the latest below.

GirlCodeGyno

"What do you say when someone is sticking an object in your vagina?" Good question, April Rose.

For females, going to the gynecologist is essential in order to keep the traffic flowing downtown without any major collisions, but why is it that OBGYNs tend to get chatty as soon as you're spread eagle? It's as if their med school rotation included a segment entirely dedicated to the practice of being talkative while up in a patient's vag.

Though it's not "Girl Code" to ask how someone's thesis is progressing while investigating her netherbits, it's definitely common. In fact, we're willing to bet it's happened to every woman who's ever placed her feet in stirrups. And while trying to maintain small talk with your doc is not an easy task, some of MTV's Codemasters seem to handle it with flair.

JWOWW_OLTLStill

Jenni Farley, as Nikki, flirts with her boss and occasional fling, Cutter, on "One Life to Live."

When we first heard JWOWW's acting debut would involve the portrayal of a flirty drink-slinger, we had all the confidence in the world our "Jersey" girl would do us proud. And she did precisely that this morning on "One Life to Live," bringing the role of Shelter bartender Nikki to life in a way that would make any employee on the Karma payroll proud. Pay attention, Hollywood up-and-comers: Josh Kelly's acting tips are clearly golden.

In the full episode below, the more-hot-chick-than-actual-bartender Nikki struggles to impress with her signature cocktail, which -- in defense of the man who grimaces after a sip -- sounds absolutely disgusting (scotch, simple syrup and Red Bull mixed together is essentially an ipecac alternative). Nikki tells her boss, Cutter, who's played by Kelly, that she's never tasted her own cocktails, as she's more of a "beer person," but as long as she's able to keep patrons entertained with her seductive cherry-eating, we have a feeling she won't struggle much to rack up tips.

Chelsea4122

Three of the "Teen Mom 2" cast members' lives have changed drastically over the last few years, yet Chelsea often seems to be stuck in the same old patterns that landed her "16 & Pregnant" in the first place. As recently as the Season 4 premiere, she admitted to having unprotected sex, and on last night's reunion conclusion, Chelsea pointed out to Dr. Drew that she's the only one of the girls who hasn't moved on romantically. Then again, how could she when she's STILL HOOKING UP WITH HER EX!?

When Adam, who's currently dating someone other than Chelsea, joined his child's mother on stage, Chelsea dropped a major truth bomb. "We've been hooking up for the last, like, month or so," she told Dr. Drew after giving Adam a death-stare for labeling their relationship platonic. Adam responded with a casual "whoops," which solidified his status in the doghouse, but it remains to be seen if his behavior will deter Chelsea from sleeping with him again.

As always, we're pulling for Chelsea to finally break free from her ex's grip and leave him in the dust.

This is Nicole Byer's "More 'Girl Code' for all" pose.

"Girl Code" is still the new kid at MTV, but it's safe to say any show that advocates for the drop 'n flush rule deserves some time in the limelight. Starting tomorrow night, we're adding a SECOND all-new episode to each week's lineup so that you can continue to learn from the women who taught you the fundamentals of the makeup face, and exposing one's inner-slut. MTV is officially turning Tuesday night into the unofficial weekly slumber party, starting with "Girl Code" at 9:30p/8:30c, followed by "Awkward" at 10/9c and ANOTHER "Girl Code" at 10:30/9:30c -- and each episode is brand new. Brett Davern and Beau Mirchoff: Race car pros and lovers of five o'clock shadows!

We knew Brett Davern had a thing for race cars, but it seems the passion has rubbed off on his BFFBeau Mirchoff!  A while back, we heard the "Awkward" buddies were joining forces to take the sport of racing to the silver screen, and now, we've got the exclusive on-set pics of "Born To Race: Fast Track" to prove it. Gentlemen, start your engines!

In the flick, Brett and Beau will play racing rivals Danny Krueger (Davern) and Jake Kendall (Mirchoff), who are forced to become allies when a world class champion threatens their professional racing dreams. We can't imagine these two ever acting as arch nemeses, but at the very least, we're glad to hear this tiff isn't over Jenna Hamilton.
