After a far too long hiatus, Nick Cannon's "Wild 'N Out" returns July 9 to MTV2! As we await the highly anticipated sketch show comeback, each Throwback Thursday we'll be getting nostalgic about some of the most memorable moments and cast members from the series' first four seasons. We can't think of a better way to utilize the #TBT hash tag!

#TBT: Kanye West performs on Season 2 of "Wild 'N Out"

If you think Kanye West's shocking behavior started with his online rants and VMA stage crash, think again! West was "Wildin' Out" years before his anger issues became office gossip. Way back in 2006, during his Christmas sweater phase, the rapper let his freak flag fly on the zaniest comedy show MTV had to offer: "Wild 'N Out."

The still above features Kanye performing his then hit single, "Brand New," during his second stint on the show. When he first appeared during Season 1, he not only rocked the stage with "Diamonds," but also demolished Nick Cannon and the rest of the Red Team during the Wildstyle Freestyle. Note to all aspiring comedians: Never battle Kim K's baby daddy in a freestyle war. You will lose.

+ Check back for more old-school "WNO" photos, and tune in July 9 to see which rappers will face off against Nick and his team when "Wild 'N Out" returns!

SteveMini

One of Steve Mini's many faces.

The "Nitro Circus Live" cast gets banged up pretty badly on occasion, so it's essential for the gang to get some good stretching in before their performances in order to help prevent permanent damage. Arms and legs are a given, but during last night's episode, we learned that not a single body part escapes the crew's warm-up routine -- not even their faces.

"Every day before the show, I do my yodeling exercises," Cam McCaul said, before stretching his lungs and mouth to perform a makeshift opera. "You gotta warm up every part of your body. I'm doing calves and vocal chords right now," he explained. Crazy Cam's eccentricities are no shock to us by now, but his facial exercises seem to have caught fire among the cast, because almost everyone got on board with the funny faces last night. Check out some GIFs of the guys' goofy looks, below!

AngelaandBowWow

Angela Simmons and her ex, Bow Wow.

Famous people are said to live in a bubble, so when it comes to crossing paths with their equally famous exes, it's bound to happen often. Especially when both parties are in the same line of work! Angela Simmons, formerly of "Run's House" and "Daddy's Girls," is joining forces with her old flame, Bow Wow, to co-host BET's "106 & Park" starting today, through Friday at 6/5c, and we can't wait to see the public reunion. But don't expect a "Battle of the Exes"-type showdown between the two -- since the breakup, Angela and Bow Wow have remained good pals. "Been riding with each other 9 years and counting #realfriendship," she recently Instagrammed about their relationship. Hmm, we hear real friendship is the foundation for true love... Wishful thinking?

While this is not Angela's first appearance on the hip-hop countdown show (check out the segment below, where she gives her two cents on Grammy night fashion), this is the first time she'll be sharing the stage with the series regular. Wish her good luck, and make sure to tune in to her co-hosting gig this week!

Topanga always knew how to work a high pony!

Danielle Fishel is shaping up to be quite the love guru, if her PopSugar Q&As are any indication (has she been watching "Girl Code" lately?), and we're not surprised, considering the "Girl Meets World" mom is half of one of the most iconic TV couples ever. The '90s teen queen, who just placed 27th on this year's Maxim Hot 100 list (three cheers for hot mamas!), dishes out post-millennial advice in the video below, specifically on how to navigate dating in the social media age.

Now, just because the soon-to-be bride has been off the market for a while doesn't mean she's totally out of touch. She dives right into the dos and don'ts of interacting with boys on the world wide web i.e. how to use the Internet to your advantage and not become a stalker. Then, she channels her teenage self for a throwback formula -- consisting of Lisa Frank, "Full House" and a Tamagotchi -- on how long to wait to respond to your crush. Check it out to see if you agree with her advice!

Nitro_travis_gokarts_2

X Games legend Travis Pastrana is arguably the most accomplished competitor on "Nitro Circus Live," but once in a while, the leader of the pack needs to take a backseat and help motivate the underdogs from the sidelines. In this sneak peek of the next episode, Travis gets the group riled up by turning a go-kart race into a winner-takes-all, dollar-per-rider bet, but it quickly becomes clear that impartiality isn't his strong suit -- his girl is one of the competitors, after all.

Cam Sinclair takes an early lead, but Travis' wife, Lyn-Z, trails close behind. "Oh, here comes Lyn-Z!" Travis shouts in excitement as she inches up to Cam. But Travis gets bent out of shape when a little rough-housing among the racers leaves Lyn-Z stuck on the course wall. "Oh, I'm gonna have some words," he tells the cameras. Yeah...you may want to drive that go-kart right on outta there, Cam.

See how Travis defends his main squeeze in the clip below, and don't miss an all-new "Nitro Circus Live" tonight at 11/10c on MTV2!

NickCannon_host

Nick Cannon looks dapper at the "America's Got Talent" premiere.

Nick Cannon's no stranger to TV hosting gigs -- he already has "America's Got Talent" and "Wild 'N Out" under his belt -- but late-night TV is a completely different beast he's yet to slay. Until now...? According to the online rumor mill, it might not be long before The Jack of All Trades gets a chance to take on the space where true comedy legends are crowned. TV Guide reports that NBC execs are currently considering Nick as Jimmy Fallon's "Late Night" successor!

Following the news of Fallon's official "Tonight Show" takeover, the rumblings spread quickly about who'd replace the ex-"Saturday Night Live" star. Nick is one of three names supposedly being thrown around so far, with Jimmy's former "SNL" co-star Seth Meyers and "Watch What Happens Live"'s Andy Cohen also said to be in the mix. According to TV Guide, insiders feel Nick is an option because he's "a workhorse who would bring some much-needed diversity to NBC's late-night programming." And we concur! This would be HA-YUGE.

MacMiller_album

Mac Miller took a page out of Rev Run's book yesterday when the "Most Dope" star bewilderingly chose his bathtub to reveal the date his new album drops. In this 20 minute USTREAM video, the now clean-shaven rapper prepares for the big announcement by jamming to music, smoking a cig and soaking in bubbles -- fully clothed. Well, almost. Pants clearly would've been overkill.

"I hate these built up f**king announcements, because I had a pretty rough morning," he says, referring to his mustache mishap earlier this week. "Right, OK. I can grow it back. This is what I'm hearing," he adds. Mac must have read our post! However, he quickly sets aside his moody demeanor due to the shaving incident to finally deliver what the fans have been waiting for: "Watching Movies With The Sound Off" debuts June 18!

Simmonsfamily

The Simmons family. Now that's a framer!

For six seasons, The Simmons gave us an unfiltered glimpse at their daily lives on "Run's House." And although Angela and Vanessa have since left the family's lavish pad for the Hollywood Hills (as documented on MTV's "Daddy's Girls"), several remaining members of the clan still reside at the New Jersey estate. Problem is, the place is falling apart.

HGTV recently announced that a series based on The Simmons giving their famous digs a facelift will premiere in 2014. In our wildest dreams, we never would have imagined this fam at the center of a home improvement show, but as the reverend always c0nveys through inspiring quotes on Twitter, "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get." Oh. Whoops. That was Forrest Gump, huh?

"Can't wait for everyone to see it .. Talk about funny ?? Lol!!!!!!!!," Rev Run tweeted about his NINE THOUSAND sq. foot home renovation project. As long as it has a nice bathtub for end-of-day reflection...

+ We've got some time before the show hits, but in the meantime, start off your weekend right by checking out Rev Run's latest online wisdom, and tell us if you're looking forward to seeing the Simmons' family's return to TV!

Mac_makeover

Two of the many faces of Mac Miller.

According to "Girl Code" expert Carly Aquilino, a lady typically alters her look following traumatic events to symbolize the change she's gone through. But due to the recent actions of a certain "Most Dope" star, we're left to wonder whether that theory applies to men, too. Recently, Mac Miller completely shaved off his signature scruff, leaving a thin strip of hair above his lip. So, we mustache Mac a question: Is everything okay?!

The rapper used to rock a beard that'd have Ke$ha reeling (it suited his "I'm a multi-millionaire entrepreneur and I'm too busy to shave" look perfectly), and while that low maintenance approach seemed to work for a while, in the past few days, the 21-year-old decided to opt for a more Ron Burgundy-esque alternative. However...though there's no photographic evidence yet, the 70s theme didn't last long either, because earlier today he tweeted, "I'm really f**kin pissed right now. why did i shave off my mustache before i went to sleep. F**K!" Mac, fear not, hair does this magical thing: It grows back.

Affion-Crockett-TBT

#TBT: Affion Crockett impersonates Chris Rock.

Chris Rock recently joined the MTV2 family when his sitcom, "Everybody Hates Chris," began airing on the network, but did you know that the legendary comedian also appeared on Nick Cannon's improv show, "Wild 'N Out," way back in the mid-2000s? Well, sort of. Affion Crockett had audiences doing a double-take when he stepped on the stage in Chris Rock's likeness. His spot-on impressions, like Jay-Z's signature "eh heh" ad-libs, made us all LOL, so we're not surprised the funnyman landed his own show on FOX! Just you wait, Affion's well on his way to being the next big thing.
