Jenna Hamilton has made great strides since Season 1 of "Awkward." At the start of the series, she was known only as "that girl who tried to kill herself," but now, most girls her age would actually kill to be her. Not only is she dating the BMOC, but she's invited to every 'cool kid' gathering, like the one in this sneak peek of the next episode. In it, the party guests -- all dressed up in their finest costume attire -- play a game of Bless Me Father For I Have Sinned (a.k.a True or False), in which you have to guess whether the secret one of your friends just shared is the real deal. As everyone goes around in a circle, purging their scandy stories, Jenna starts to feel pressure mounting for her life to measure up. Her adventures up to this point certainly don't hold a candle to fake-Andy Warhol's nose job admission, Gatsby's Collin's lady friend's story of her first sexual encounter (with a...mountain?) or Matty's tale of possible sexual harassment (with a...special ed student?), so when her turn comes, she pulls out all of the stops by bringing up her past as, yeppppp, the girl who tried to kill herself. *record scratch* Just when things were starting to get less awkward...

Check out the clip, and let us know what you think possessed Jenna to resurrect her old dirty laundry!

Tonight's "True Life" explored the stories of two young people who were struggling with severe social anxiety. We had an opportunity to check in with them to find out how their lives have changed since filming wrapped -- take a look at the follow-up Q&As below.

NONIE SocialAnxietyNonie

Did participating in the show make you more aware that you had a diagnosable disorder?
I still don't feel that my disorder has been properly diagnosed, and the anxiety caused by social situations is only part of something deeper.

Do you think you're now more aware of how much social anxiety holds you back?
Being on the show definitely opened my eyes to the limitations my anxiety creates for me. It wasn't until actually telling my story out loud that I became aware of how unfulfilled my life has been.

Was the trade-off in stopping Paxil worth it?
There is no better or worse when I have Paxil operating in my system. My decision to stop taking the drug was not met with a consequence, I only reverted to my former self. Both states of being were unbearable, I just chose the one with which I am most familiar.

Where do you think you will be in five years?
I have to start from scratch, so I imagine in five years I will be living on my own and finishing school.

TM2412KailJavi

By Lauren Mann of the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy

Now that we've come to the close of "Teen Mom 2" Season 4, it's time to reflect on the ups and downs in the lives of the cast. They've grown from unsure pregnant teens into young adults parenting toddlers, with high school behind them and the rest of their lives ahead. Let's take a look back at what they've been through this season:

Chelsea grew up a lot. After obtaining her GED, she finally started cosmetology school. Less than 2 percent of teen mothers earn a college degree by age 30, so this achievement was big for Chels. Though she took some time off, by the end of the final episode she kept her promise and was back in school. She also went back on a long-acting reversible contraceptive, the IUD, after a pregnancy scare with Adam, and has finally moved on from him completely...we hope.

Kailyn made major strides as well. Her relationship with Javi moved quickly, but their marriage means more financial stability, insurance coverage and a family environment for Isaac. There's no doubt he's a great influence on both Kail and Isaac. Though Kail and Jo hit a rough patch early on, counseling has helped. They're able to speak to each other with more civility and respect now, and hopefully that will continue as they deal with custody issues should Kailyn need to relocate.

By Lauren Mann of the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy

Getting over past loves can be difficult for anyone, but when you and your ex share more than just memories -- kids, for instance -- that struggle increases exponentially. Not only do teen moms have to involve lawyers every time a custody-related decision needs to be made, there's also the obligation to remain in constant -- but cordial -- contact because of pickups and drop-offs. Being civil with someone you've broken up with is never easy, but it's important to set a good example for the children.

All of the "Teen Mom 2" girls --  Kailyn, in particular -- need to keep their exes up to date on what's going on their lives, since it will impact the guys as well. Though Kail waited it out, she finally told Jo about her engagement, Javi joining the Air Force and the fact that she may even relocate with Isaac. Negotiation and compromises haven't always come easy to these two, but with the help of their counseling sessions, they'll hopefully be able to figure out an arrangement that works for both of them.

Maci Bookout and Leah Calvert may not be teenagers anymore, but they can still very much relate to each other's complicated lives as young mothers. They understand one another in a way that someone who hasn't walked in their shoes cannot, which made Maci the perfect person to deliver your questions and comments to Leah during a recent online chat we set up for them. Among the topics discussed: Leah's new baby, Adalynne (more pics are on the way, she promises!), the status of her relationship with her biological dad (he's living with her and Jeremy!) and her response to "Teen Mom 2" fan criticism that she asked Corey for too much child support.

"People want to blame me and how I was so horrible," she says in a clip from the full interview below. "If I was a horrible person, and really mean to Corey, I would have took him for the $1200 that I could have got; but instead, I wanted to work with him." Maci is empathetic, and shudders at the thought of ever needing to have the same discussion with Bentley's father. "I completely agree with you, but Ryan is so difficult I would have to figure out a way to do it without having to rip his head off," she says. Ah, some things really do never change.

Check out the video below to hear the girls talk more about the subject of child support, and watch the entire Q&A here.

Season2

As if it needed to be said: Nikki Glaser and Sara Schaefer are no flash in the pan, and we can now confirm with extreme joy (and hometown pride!) that the duo's talk show, "Nikki & Sara LIVE," is officially coming back to MTV for a second season! Katie Couric had the pleasure of surprising the comediennes with the good news (check out the clip below for a preview of the "Katie" segment), sharing that the success of the series' 12 episodes earned them another run. Are we surprised? Please, it was a done deal since the ghost sex roundtable.

"I need to text my mom!" Nikki squealed in reaction to hearing the exciting info. She and her generally composed co-star looked like gleeful schoolgirls that just got word they're going out for ice cream after dinner (this time they deserve a double scoop), and we can hardly blame them: the duo seriously worked their butts off to make it happen.

Sikki have gotten the dirt from stars like Ke$ha, Ashley Tisdale and Jessica Alba this season, and we can only imagine what they've already got brewing for their follow-up. When you can convince Max Irons to recite the best of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo," nothing's impossible.

+ Watch the video to see the ladies revel in the glory, check your local listings so you can tune in for the full "Katie" interview today and tell us which celeb guests you'd like to see next season!

Tonight's "True Life" explored the stories of two young people who were fed up with their boyfriends' need to be pampered by their mothers. We had an opportunity to check in with Nicole to find out how her and Chip's life together has changed since filming wrapped -- take a look at the follow-up below.

Nicole_Chip_041513

I loved sharing my story with you guys -- I had an awesome time! Since the show, I've been cooking Chip's lunch and sometimes his dinner, too. After he eats, I even clean up after him! I feel like he's satisfied with my progress. I've learned to make healthy penne alla vodka, and I make sauce from scratch, but I'm still trying to make his mom's special sauce that he is obsessed with. I think Chip loves my cooking -- he eats everything I make for him. I'll definitely continue to cook for him once I move in with him!

Jenelle410TM2

By Lauren Mann of the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy

Talk about financial matters is pretty common on "Teen Mom 2," as it would be in the lives of any young parents. Raising a kid is not cheap -- from birth until they're 18, a child could cost you more than $150,000 (just the first year alone averages at nearly $8,000). Between the essentials like housing, food and clothes, as well as water, gas and electric, it's no wonder the bills are piling up around Jenelle.

Forty percent of teen mothers receive food stamps at some point over the first three years of their child's life, and nearly half live below the poverty line. Jenelle is fortunate to have her mom around to help with Jace's expenses, but Kailyn wasn't as lucky back in Season 2. Like nearly two-thirds of teen mothers, Kail looked to a public assistance program to help her get back on her feet after moving out on her own with Isaac.

Tonight's "True Life" explored the stories of two young people who couldn't break out of their siblings' shadows. We had an opportunity to check in with one of them to find out how her life has changed since filming wrapped -- take a look at Joanie's follow-up below.

joanie-and-maurrenMy relationship with my mom and sister is interesting, because my family is crazy! We lived in Queens until I was 10, and then we moved to this tiny town. We're humongous people, and we're really loud, so it's not like we could have moved in and nobody would have noticed. Everybody noticed. I was lucky I had Maureen, because she's my best friend and she's all I need. There are no secrets in my family -- we're really close. We do fight lot, but we usually don't waste time being angry at each other.  I don't remember ever having a fight with anyone in my family that lasted more than a few hours. Actually, most of the time we just seem like we're fighting, because we don't realize we're so loud!

AshleyTisdaleNSL

Ashley Tisdale at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards last month.

Heyyy,

Warning: You have roughly 10 hours to prep for tonight's new "Nikki & Sara LIVE," packed with stars of screens both big and slightly smaller.

First, we'll sit down with accomplished actress and singer (not to mention Instagram royalty -- over one million followers can't be wrong) Ashley Tisdale! We love a funny girl, and this one's got the lead role in "Scary Movie 5," hitting theaters this Friday, April 12. Will she spill about her steamy "Fifty Shades of Grey" scene with…former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson? Awkward!

Not just a performer, The Tizz (think she'll let us call her that?) recently added an impressive new title to her resume: Entertainment Executive. Her new venture, Blondie Girl Productions, develops scripted TV series, movies and reality shows. Should we present her with our latest reality TV pitch? It's called "The Kardashian Splash Factor Voice Taste." Four amateur chef contestants must sing their hearts out while successfully completing a high dive into a pool of hissing Kardashians. The winner gets to have sex with Adam Levine. There's truly nothing like it on TV!
