Ronnie had Kenny jumping out of his chair before the video cameras even started rolling.

If you haven't caught on by now, MTV.com normally shoots the "Jersey Shore Hook-Up" twice every season. To start, we invite one group of cast members to our studio and discuss the first few episodes. Halfway through the season, we hold a second shoot--with a fresh batch of guidos/guidettes--to chat about all the drama that went down in the final episodes.

You've been watching Deena, Mike and Sammi represent the Dirty Jerz on the "Hook-Up" since Season 5 began, but come Episode 7 (Feb. 16), we've got a new crew on display. Snooki, JWOWW, Ronnie and Vinny were here in the Times Square studio (yep, the ol' "TRL" chill pad) yesterday to give host Kenny Santucci a run for his money in terms of swearing, sexual innuendo and general s***-talking. It was glorious, and we can't wait for you to see the hilarity that came out of it (spoiler: Our new favorite word is "vagetarian"). In the meantime, check out these behind-the-scenes pics from the taping of our most scandalous "Hook-Up" ever!

Snooki tweeted happy thoughts to her followers while getting her hair did.

Cooking a Jionni-worthy chicken cutlet is suddenly the least of dear Snooki's worries. She's got a meatball womanly problem that's causing some serious discomfort, and while those in the know usually prescribe a heavy dose of cranberry juice for such matters, she figures why not throw in a few splashes of vodka--as well as some tequila shots--to speed up the healing process.

Nicole is fearful she's got a UTI (urinary tract infection, not Ultimate Tanning Institute) in this sneak peek of Thursday's all-new episode. Lately, she's been in and out of the bathroom more times than Deena's fallen flat on her ass, but she's waiting till actual BLOOD emerges to schedule a doctor's visit. (Make that a sudden dash to the emergency room.)

Check out the video below to get to know Snooki even more intimately (we didn't know it was possible!) and make sure to catch Thursday's episode to see if she ever succumbs to a proper check-up and antibiotic.

Don't you EVAH dare touch Sammi Sweetheart's hair extensions, because if tonight's episode of "Jersey Shore" is any indication, girl will go loco.

Whilst enjoying a lovely couples' night out at Bamboo, Sam and her silky tresses were assaulted by a female clubgoer, who, apparently didn't know who she was messing with (guess she didn't watch the Miami season). The "Shore" cameras suddenly went all herky-jerky in a rush to capture the catfight, which quickly devolved into full-on coed melee. Needless to say, it was pretty awesome.

One person who wasn't laughing? Sammi, naturally, who spends an average of two hours each day perfecting her do before heading out in public. She tells Kenny Santucci in the below clip from our latest "Jersey Shore Hook-up" that as soon as she felt the tug, she flipped on her bitch switch. "I never had somebody disrespect me in that way, just to pull on my hair for no reason, so, of course, I turn around and throw my drink, and it just went downhill after that."

+ Watch the video to hear more from Sam about the sneak attack, as well as her natural instinct to defend herself hair, plus tell us in the comments whether you think she held shiz down!

We had a gut feeling--actually, it was more of a sneak peek--that Vinny's "Jersey Shore" departure wouldn't be permanent, especially if his friends had anything to say about it. The housemates, who successfully executed Operation GTGVB (Gym, Tan, Get Vinny Back) during tonight's episode, may have realized it was important for him to rest up at home, but they never fully understood the true nature of his anxiety and how much goes into the recovery process. We can't blame them for prematurely busting through the doors of his Staten Island residence with a demand to bring him back--they missed the guy like crazy, and so did we--but in our final "Jersey Shore Hook-Up with Vinny" interview below, he admits their surprise visit possibly came a few days too soon.

It's not as if Vin didn't want to spend the summer with his crew, and he was incredibly flattered by their kidnapping plot, but his form of anxiety isn't something that disappears the moment he hugs his mother and eats a homemade meal. Heading back to the beach wasn't as easy for him as it may have looked. "I mustered up enough strength just to get through the door of leaving my house and into the car...When I went back, it was still hard."

Watch the video to hear more from Vinny on his shaky return to Seaside and how he coped for the rest of the season, plus check out the second clip for an explanation on his "Let Go, Let God" chest tattoo.

Well, that was awkward. After years of not speaking, former lovebirds CT and Diem were named a "Battle of the Exes" team on tonight's premiere. And not long after TJ Lavin broke the news, the two were bickering over who was the suckier significant other.

We like CT. We also like Diem. We're not positive we like DiCT. They were totally weird with each other before the game even started, and it remains to be seen if the sum of their parts is greater than they're individual strength--surely it's difficult to rely on a partner who once broke your heart, and as we know from past competitions, trust between teammates is an essential component for winning.

We've seen Jenelle struggle with anger issues ever since her "16 and Pregnant" days, but she's really been put to the test on the current season of "Teen Mom 2." Unfortunately, during tonight's episode she failed at keeping her temper in check and wound up getting into an incredibly violent fight with her housemate Tori. It was startling to witness both girls attacking each other so viciously, yet we've sensed an increase in Jenelle's irritability for weeks now and weren't necessarily surprised to see her finally blow.

In the below clip from our latest "Teen Mom 2 After Show," Jenelle defends her actions to SuChin Pak, saying that her roommates were constantly partying and she didn't want her son regularly visiting the equivalent of a frat house. Her point is valid, though we can't help but wonder if the young mother will eventually own up to her part. Check out the video below to hear Jenelle's take on the incident.

It was the love story of all "Challenge" love stories. CT and Diem, polar opposites that attracted while competing for cash on "The Duel," ultimately returned home with a prize worth arguably more than all the money in the world: butterflies. Their mutual crush quickly blossomed into a serious relationship that seemed to have real staying power, but sadly, the couple's storybook romance eventually soured and they went their separate ways.

It had been quite a long time since DiCT had even spoken--since the "Duel 2 Reunion," to be exact--when we sat them down in the Dominican Republic to talk about being "Battle of the Exes" teammates. And, boy, was it uncomfortable! Check out our interview with the pair, in which CT ups the awkward level by saying he "liked her better when she had the wiffle." Wethinks some feelings still exist on both sides, but go ahead and decide for yourself whether or not you agree.

Not everyone's cut out for a club brawl. After all, when you don't meet the height requirement for the boardwalk Ferris wheel, it can be a stretch trying to make people think you're all gangsta. But Snooki and Deena are determined to learn some swagger in this sneak peek of Thursday night's new "Jersey Shore" episode, in which they look to Pauly D for a lesson in how to "walk hard." Covered in fake tattoos and trucker hats, Team Meatball put on their best street thug act, which basically amounts to a lot of slightly off-the-mark hand gestures, hip wiggles and threats of violence directed at the confessional room camera. Sadly, for all their effort, Pauly gives them a thumbs-down when asked if they're ready to rumble. They should probably just stick to dance battles for now.

In the words of Cinderella (the band, not the chick with the fairy godmother), you truly don't know what you've got till it's gone. Tonight's "Jersey Shore" proved the lyric's legitimacy as we powered through an entertaining yet sadly Vinny-less episode. The house's voice of reason was noticeably absent as Deena sobbed that she'd lost her "soul," Snooki nearly took another nosedive in the sand and Sitch was faced with a birthday cake devoid of his name.

Somewhat selfishly, none of us wanted Vinny to check out of Seaside, yet resting up in Staten Island was crucial to his well-being. So how exactly was he helping himself while the rest of the cast continued to party and engage in dance battles? In this week's clip from our "Jersey Shore Hook-Up With Vinny" series, he shares the most essential part of his recovery, which turned out to be keeping his mind active. Check out the video to hear how he accomplished his goal and get advice from MTV Act on coping with anxiety.

Team Meatball had a damn good time on tonight's "Jersey Shore," though Deena's precious Rapunzel-length locks narrowly escaped a full-on buzz cut due to the bosom buddies' misadventures. After playing in the salty ocean waves, helping Snooki stay upright amid a drunken stupor and engaging in an "ABDC"-worthy dance battle with some Seaside townies, the Blast in a Glass couldn't find a hairbrush capable of sorting through her doubled-duty weaves, which appeared to have formed into a nesting center for rats and their young. In our latest "Jersey Shore Hook-Up," she tries to make sense of the unnatural disaster, saying "We came right from Italy, so my extensions were not up to par, and I had the clip-ins on top of my fused-in extensions, so they were just getting all tangled in together." Who knew so much was going on inside there?
