No matter how many times you've tuned in for a "Real World" season premiere, watching a new group of intentionally mismatched housemates size each other up for the first time never gets tiresome. There's all that nervous energy a-flowin' combined with immediate sexual tension between some, immediate irritation between others, which gets the ol' synapses firing right off the bat over which cast members are going to really bring the drama. Thing is, we didn't have to play too much of a guessing game tonight.

After soaking in a few alcoholic bevvies, a just-friends vibe from his crush, Alexandra, and a gay slur from some jackhole at the bar, Frank threw himself a pity party, fought the wall and passed out on the floor, but not before rubbing his face-grabby (and borderline homophobic) roommate Nate the wrong way. If "Real World" history is any indication, then you know this kind of initial wonky behavior usually foreshadows a complete breakdown.

+ Are we only episodes away from a voluntary leave of absence, or possibly even an expulsion? Take the poll and vote on Frank's murky fate.

Three seasons of watching "Teen Mom" have taught us plenty about the reality of premature parenting, namely that the job doesn't come with built-in vacation time. It's a 24/7 gig, leaving barely a moment for rest and relaxation, not to mention self-reflection. And that's what Farrah misses most about her pre-baby life: doing nothing. "Just walking and sitting and staring, and not having anything to worry about...it feels so good to think about that," she says in the video below. "Life is not like that, and will never be like that probably for me ever again."

We caught up with Sophia's proud mama and grandma Debra backstage at the "Teen Mom Finale Special" to chat about how life has changed since Farrah's carefree days of adolescence, as well as what she has planned for her new future in Florida. While she yearns for a time when she's not constantly in motion, she's still very determined to have a successful career. Her latest ambition? Creating a "dating cooking show." Watch out, Rachel Ray, Farrah's prepared to wear lingerie.

They're not technically married, and we're not saying they should be, but contract or no contract, Amber and Gary are bound together for life. No matter how many times they break up (and make up), they're connected till the very end because they share a daughter. And because they somehow still love each other after five years of dating and parenting drama.

In these clips from our interview with the couple backstage at the "Teen Mom Finale Special," Amber admits that she wouldn't be with Gary if not for Baby Leah; however, she's incredibly grateful to always have him there to count on. When she was put in jail, it was Gary--not her boyfriend--who showed up to the courthouse to offer her comfort, and his support will remain crucial throughout her future legal proceedings.

+ Check out the video to hear more from Amber and Gary on their unorthodox relationship, plus tell us in the comments how you think the couple has grown since their days on "16 and Pregnant."

Ronnie and Sammi got a rude awakening during tonight's episode of "Jersey Shore" when they had the displeasure of witnessing another couple's PDAHI (Public Display of Hatred and Intoxication), and thus, experiencing its soul-sucking effects on all those in range. Boy did they feel shmucky. In fact, when Kenny Santucci asked the infamous Bedroom Destroyer in our latest "Jersey Shore Hook-up" how it felt to be on the other side of the relationship drama (direct quote: "Now do you really feel like an ass, like you should?"), all Ron could muster was a robotic nod and long-drawn-out expletive.

So now that we've all seen the kind of damage that SamRon and Snionni (Snooki+Jionni=Snionni) are capable of wreaking, we want to hear how you think the two couples' psycho-fighting stack up. Take the poll and then watch this clip from the "Hook-up," where Vinny offers up his own comparison, commenting that while Snionni's showdown was a onetime thing, easily avoidable by stepping out of the house for a gelato nightcap, "Ronnie and Sammi's s*** was always in your face...It always found it's way into your life somehow." A valid point, yet it's highly likely the customers in the gelato place could hear the high-pitched sobbing that Snooks unleashed--without pause--well into the morning.

It can be tough to gauge which of Snooki's inappropriate (yet wildly entertaining) antics will set off Jionni--he went unbothered by her Meatball Mashup in Riccione, yet prior to that snapped at her for belching over the phone. On tonight's episode of "Jersey Shore," however, there was no question about how he'd respond to seeing his girlfriend flash her koo-kah to the beat of a club remix. It was obvious he'd go postal, and indeed, he did so with great gumption.

After dodging Friar Ron's attempt at imparting wisdom (Lord knows the guy's got some experience with this sort of relationship drama) and taking a self-guided tour throughout the streets of Florence, Jionni returned to the cast palace, where he exacted his revenge using the sword of silence and abandonment--the words "I'm done, Sam Nicole!" were never actually uttered (or were they? you couldn't hear much over Snooki's wailing) as he recklessly packed his Affliction tees and fled the scene--though we imagine next week's episode will conjure many an ultimatum from his pouty gorilla lips.

Unfortunately, panic is bound to set in for Snooks once the morning light, not to mention the stink of Parliament Lights and regret, hit her Soco-soaked brains, and we're not sure she'll be capable of having a rational conversation with him.

It started with a common obsession of gorilla juiceheads, finger food and the color tan, but after almost four "Jersey Shore" seasons of sharing good times, bad times and a nonworking toilet, JWOWW and Snooki have formed an unbreakable bond. And though we've never seen them shout at each other for something more serious than borrowing a set of eyelashes without permission, it's a given that all best friends eventually have it out at some point.

The time is now, y'all.

In this new sneak peek of Thursday night's episode, we'll finally get to see what happens when a meatball and praying mantis collide. It appears as if Snooki's had a bit too much to drink, and thus, scared her humiliated visitor, Jionni, straight down the back alleyway of a nightclub. As Jenni rips her bestie a new one for acting like an "a**hole," Snooks lets out a battle cry that would force a flock of seagulls into crash landing.

We'll let you decide whether or not "a**hole" is accurate terminology, but there's one person who strongly--and quite vocally--objects to such phrasing. It's the midget with the mascara-smudged cheeks who's demanding to "lay with" her man as she struggles (unsuccessfully) to balance herself on the stiletto-unfriendly streets of Florence.

It's going to take us a while to rid our minds of the heart-wrenching scene from tonight's "Teen Mom" season finale in which Catelynn's little brother Nick clings to Tyler for comfort as he struggles to understand why Butch is headed back to jail. In a clip from this week's "Teen Mom After Show," Cate clears up any confusion viewers might've had over what happened, explaining that her step-dad broke the mandated No Contact Order by getting together with his wife, April, and therefore violated his parole.

We rarely see Catelynn express anger over her parents' poor judgment, but in the video below she finally speaks of her resentment. Apparently, Butch and April only had three months left to go until they were allowed to see one another again, and deciding to be sneaky cost them even more time apart. Butch is currently out of prison and back to living with Catelynn and Tyler--still prohibited from spending time with his wife--and Cate can only hope that he's learned his lesson.

When we first heard that former Hillzie Kristin Cavallari would be competing in the 13th season of "Dancing with the Stars," we kinda doubted her ability to keep a beat under pressure. Sure, we knew she'd show up looking the part--if anyone can pull off those skimpy, sparkly, borderline slutty (in a "just for Halloween" way) costumes it's K-Cav--but we were skeptical about her natural ability to work classic routines like the cha-cha and impress them picky judges. Shame on us.

Last night's "DWTS" premiere featured a handful of crappy first performances, and Kristin's definitely wasn't one of them! She and her partner, Mark Ballas, racked up a respectable 19 points and some encouraging words from the twinkletoes triumvirate of Bruno, Carrie and Len. It appears as if her main competition moving forward will be fellow blonde beauties, singer Chynna Phillips and crowd pleaser Carson Kressley.

From this moment forward, consider us true believers and supporters. Go Team KristinBalls!

Ex-Hillzie Heidi Montag strikes a seductive pose on the red carpet of club Vanity.

She may have lost VH1's "Famous Food" competition for not putting in enough hard work (in a bizarre twist, it was former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast member, Danielle Staub, whose blood, sweat and tears emotional instability earned a restaurant partnership with The Dolce Group), but clearly Heidi Montag is still winning--and working it REALLY hard--when she wants attention from the paparazzi.

On Friday night, the publicity hound, along with hubby Spencer Pratt, celebrated her birthday at club Vanity inside Las Vegas' Hard Rock Hotel. Heids, who made headlines after undergoing extensive cosmetic surgery back in 2010, shook her buoyant bootay across the dance floor and even took time to socialize with partygoers who weren't allowed safe passage through the velvet ropes of the VIP area.

+ Check out these hot shots of the buxom blonde enjoying an epic evening in the heart of Sin City and tell us what you think of her solid gold ensemble.

What happened in Riccione definitely didn't stay in Riccione.

Pauly and Deena's sloppy kiss on the season premiere of "Jersey Shore" took us all aback, but tonight's hookup between Deena and Snooki really took the cake (and ate it, too). No one saw THIS coming! Well, unless you watched the sneak peek. Or unless you're Jionni, who, according the party girl with faulty underwears, has seen her and Snooki make out many a time before. Guess that's why he didn't care when his gf came clean about her sapphic tryst.

It was a looooong evening of publicly digesting each other's tongues, but the question remains: What exactly did those two do with each other once they jumped under the covers? In this clip from our "Jersey Shore Hook-up," Kenny Santucci presses Deena for answers to the definition of "we played" while JWOWW cops to enjoying the peep show. Check out the video, then take the poll and vote whether or not you think D's telling the complete truth about what happened between the sheets.
