'Bout time some ladies took the crown, eh? We got to speak with the winning crew after tonight's live finale, and their mood was nothing short of ecstatic. Check out We Are Heroes' response to beating AfroBorike -- and seven other talented crews -- for the coveted title of 'America's Best Dance Crew'!

As everyone knows, only one crew can win the competition -- and it just wasn't AfroBorike's moment. Hear their bittersweet goodbye and watch as Randy Jackson himself gives these talented dancers a proper send off.

Shooting video and snapping photos at the ABDC set ain't a bad gig. And to top off the fun we've had every day, all season long, we're live-blogging from the show finale. Before, during and after this last episode airs at 9pm, we'll be sharing video of everything and anything we catch happening on stage, off stage, in the stands, behind the blahblahblah. You get the picture. Take a peek below and see what's already been goin' down!

We brought in the big gun for our last guest blogger of the season: Super Cr3w's Murda, who wasted no time digging deep into the final two crews. Watch as Mike gets to the bottom of whether AfroBorike's Elisabet Riero's ass is the real deal...

Plus, don't forget to check back here all day tomorrow for live video updates before, during and after the ABDC finale!

Earlier this week, we caught up with costume designer extraordinaire, Kara Saun, who gave us a Cribs-like tour around the wardrobe department of ABDC. Watch as she shows some of the crews their finale costumes for the very first time...

All of the crews got a surprise today: Right outside Stage 15 on the Warner Brothers lot (where ABDC is filmed), the one-of-a-kind Nike Sportswear AW77 Hoodie Customization Truck opened its doors to every dancer!

This pimped out ride is fully capable of turning any normal gear into unique pieces of stitched art. Contrary to popular belief, the crews don't get to keep any of the clothes or shoes they wear on stage, but the show's costume designer Kara Saun made sure everyone took home a personalized hoodie. (ABDC Insider wears an XL, Kara Saun. In case you're feelin' extra generous.)

During a little down time from filming rehearsals this morning, we snooped around backstage and found some artist drawings of the costumes each crew will rock during their group numbers. Check 'em all out, then tell us whose gear looks the hottest!

AfroBorike and We Are Heroes have been tirelessly rehearsing their final routines, but that doesn't mean the returning crews can't squeeze in a little social time! Check 'em all out, kickin' back at the hotel and goofing around like they never even left...

When all nine Season Four crews take the stage this Sunday night, there will be one dancer missing -- Massive Monkees' Tim Soriano, whose fiance Cember Dacoscos gave birth to a baby girl yesterday! The labor was induced for the safety of both mom and baby, but all is well with both. When I spoke with Tim last night, he was just waking up from a nap at the hospital in Seattle.

"We named her after our parents. Cember's mom's name is Paulina and my mother's name is Anabelle, so we named her Lina Ann," he told me.

Because it was an early delivery, their doctor is keeping Cember and Lina Ann in the hospital to make sure there are no complications, so it was a no-brainer for Tim to stay back home with his girls.

Congrats, Tim, from your Massive Monkees fans and everyone here at ABDC!

All the Season Four crews trickled back into Cali this week to reconnect with each other and rehearse a special number for ABDC's live finale. The excitement revved up immediately after finding out that they'd be split into three different groups for a Judges Choice performance. Check out the lineup:

Shane Sparks' group - Beat Ya Feet Kings, Massive Monkees, Southern Movement
"I Do (Represent)" Lil Jon ft. Swizz Beatz & Snoop Dogg

Lil Mama's group - Artistry In Motion, Vogue Evolution, We Are Heroes
"Girls On The Dance Floor" Far East Movement

JC Chasez's group - AfroBorike, Fr3sh, Rhythm City
"Fire Burning" Sean Kingston

Last week we showed you ABDC's final dance cypher of the season -- or so we thought. The number of dancers has dwindled, but at the end of Sunday night's show, the remaining two crews still did their thang on stage. And so did Lil Mama ... (Hey, at least she's got a sense of humor about that whole VMAs thing!)
