Maci's typically a level-headed decision maker, but the reasoning behind her desire to attend Ryan's family vacation was slightly fuzzy. During last week's episode of "Teen Mom," the determined mother claimed it was because she wanted to lend her babysitting skills and spend time with Bentley, but after seeing the way her presence made everyone--especially Ryan's new girlfriend, Dalis--feel, it's not clear whether or not she made the right choice to show up.
When Maci appeared on the Florida shore hoping to share a sunny beach day with her son, she was surprised to see Bentley throw a tantrum because he wanted to continue hanging out with his dad and Dalis. Unable to calm him down, she had to suck it up and carry him back to Ryan and his girlfriend instead of building sand castles and creating lasting memories...which was the whole point of going to begin with.
