The expecting couple poses on the red carpet at a New Jersey lounge event.
Millions of people tuned into E! last summer for its two-part, four-hour-long Kim Kardashian wedding extravaganza, and as ridiculously over-the-top as the ceremony turned out, fans were fixed to their television sets 'til the very last second.
Now, let us make clear that we have no inside info whatsoever--we're just curious bloggers who value our audience's opinions--but...if MTV were to air Snooki's nuptials, do you think you'd watch? The expecting mom and soon-to-be-wife of Jionni LaValle recently spoke to the "New York Post" about whether she'd be open to the concept: "I mean, I film pretty much everything already, so it only makes sense to film the wedding," she said. "I would love that, to have my fans, like, see my wedding and stuff like that." (Yesss!) 'Course, planning for the big day has taken a back seat for now, as Nicole is seven months pregnant and has cut out alcohol. "Obviously, I want to drink champagne at my own wedding," she commented about wanting to deliver before walking down the aisle.
Jacquelyn French, senior vice president of series development at the network, isn't against filming the occasion either. "I think it's fair to say Snooki is a very big part of MTV right now. She's someone we want to be in business with," French says in the article. "Her life continues to get more interesting and fabulous. We would love to take that ride with her."
+ We're SO on board for a televised Snionni wedding special, but what do you think? Would you watch? Take the poll!
