Beau Mirchoff, Ashley Rickards and Brett Davern come together on the red carpet at the Paley Center.
The "Awkward" Season 2 premiere screening might have been a glitzy red carpet affair, but plenty of the show's cast members are familiar with acting out the plight of the less-popular crowd. For this reason, Ashley Rickards, Beau Mirchoff and crew seemed like the perfect guides to help welcome the cast of MTV's new comedy series, "The Inbetweeners," premiering Monday, August 20.
Following a crowd of high school students stuck on the social ladder's middle rungs, "The Inbetweeners" will serve as a televised love letter to anyone that's ever slapped his or her forehead in embarrassment (i.e. all of us). Will McKenzie, Simon Cooper, Jay Cartwright and Neil Sutherland are friends striving to survive the gray area between jocks and squares, but are generally just humiliated in the process, and the show's actors were on hand at the Paley Center for Media last night to introduce the discomfort to come.
