Despite being caught in the middle of nearly every drama-filled, trashtastic situation on "The Hills," Lauren Conrad was ill-prepared for last week's dumpster diver on "Punk'd." Dax Shepard's creative prank aimed at the hard-working author was so good, it got us thinking about some of the more outrageous "Hills" moments. You know, those situations that were so outlandish, you couldn't help but question the show's reality. Here are a few of our faves that easily could have doubled as an episode of "Punk'd":
Lauren picking Jason over Paris (Season 1, Episode 10). Lauren chose to spend the summer with her cheater boyfriend, Jason Wahler, over working a job in Paris with Teen Vogue. What if LC had suddenly run to LAX to tell Whitney Port, "Um, just kidding! I'm totally going! Forget my loser boyfriend!" But instead, per Lisa Love, "She's going to always be known as the girl who didn't go to Paris." (Er, maybe back in 2007, Lisa. But we're totally past that now.)
Heidi choosing Spencer over Lauren (Season 2, Episode 12). So much for chicks before d**ks. If Heidi Montag had never moved in with Spencer Pratt in the first place, choosing her boyfriend over her friends, THIS could have been avoided and all of our lives (perhaps even Heidi's boobs) might be very different right now. Right? RIGHT?! A few bloggers can dream.
K-Cav and Audrina's cat fight over Justin Bobby (Season 5, Episode 11). Oh, it's on, b***h! When Kristin Cavallari made her diva entrance onto "The Hills" in Season 5, she instantly set her sights on Audrina Patridge's former flame, Justin Bobby. Seriously? JB might occasionally have Jesus hair, but he is not the Savior of the male species. Amen.
Speidi showing up at the same resto as LC and Jason (Season 3, Episode 7). That L.A... such a small, small world! Lauren and Jason were enjoying a nice dinner at Ketchup, when none other than Heidi and Spencer strolled in. This would have been the perfect opp for Ashton (like, back in the day) to jump out and yell, "YOU'VE JUST BEEN PUNK'D!"
Spencer calling Heidi's mom "The Vagina." (Season 6, Episode 3). When Heidi's sister, Holly, confronted the guy about his disrespectful comment, Spence showed his cray colors. If only his unnecessary blow-up towards his wife's family had been a joke...and his "pouch o' crystals" had been filled with Raisinets instead of magic rocks.
