Leah, Chelsea, Kailyn and Jenelle take a break during the 'Teen Mom 2 After Show' taping.
Now that Season 2 of "Teen Mom 2" has officially come to a close, we want to know which young mother you think changed the most. While the individual hardships they faced were vastly different, they all matured in their own ways. Let's review how far the girls have come:
CHELSEA
After spending the first half of the season consumed with Adam, Chelsea finally found the inner strength to look beyond their failed relationship and focus on herself. She moved into a new apartment, purchased a car (with the help of her dad), got a job and even passed her first GED test. While it looked as if she was leaning toward getting back with Adam during the season finale, she still seems to be in a much better position to handle the stress that her child's father tends to cause.
JENELLE
Between the combative mother-daughter fights and run-ins with the law, Jenelle had an extraordinarily tough battle. At times, it appeared as though she was close to bettering her life, but even moving in with her friend Tori to get distance from her mom proved to cause more harm than good. Jenelle's pain peaked when a judge slapped her with a year of probation for a drug possession charge, but she turned over a new leaf after entering a 30-day rehab program to deal with her marijuana habit.
KAILYN
After deciding to move out of her mom's house, Kailyn left her comfort zone and asked for financial assistance from the government. She was embarrassed to seek help, but not feeling welcome in her mother's home was worse so she met with a nonprofit agency and got a place for her and Isaac. Her relationship with Jordan seemed promising all season long, until she cheated on him with Jo, resulting in an unfortunate breakup.
LEAH
Married life wasn't easy for her and Corey. Their daughter, Ali, experienced serious health issues and could still have a rare disease known as skeletal dysplasia, and Corey's lack of emotional support left Leah feeling continually frustrated. They got by, until Leah confessed that she'd cheated on Corey around the time of their wedding. They eventually passed the point of no return and decided to divorce.
