It hasn't been confirmed by the woman herself, but the proof is kinda/sorta in the pudding photo above: Lo Bosworth has possibly joined the ranks of reality stars who've put their boobs under the knife. Life & Style reports that Lauren Conrad's sidekick expanded her, uh, horizons late last year, and according to their source--a pal of the former Hillzie--she's "very happy with the results." While we're pleased to hear that she's pleased, it's always a little confusing to us when beautiful girls risk a plastic surgery nightmare for a bigger cup size.
